Abstract

The hospitality industry is one of the most dynamic and competitive sectors, especially in growing cities like Ambon. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and leadership style on hotel employee performance in Ambon City. A quantitative approach with a survey method was used in this research. This approach was chosen to measure the impact of independent variables (organizational culture, job satisfaction, and leadership style) on the dependent variable (employee performance) objectively through the collection and analysis of numerical data. The population in this study comprises all hotel employees in Ambon City. Purposive sampling was used to select the sample, with the criteria being employees who have worked at the hotel for at least one year and hold positions ranging from staff to manager. The sample size used was 125 employees from various hotels in Ambon City, selected proportionally from different types of hotels (3-star and 4-star) to ensure representativeness. Data collected through questionnaires were processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the multiple regression analysis, it was found that the three independent variables significantly influence employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The findings of this study are consistent with previous research, indicating the importance of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and leadership style in improving employee performance in the hospitality industry. Abstract

As a company that publishes Print Media, PT Radar Ambon is faced with increasingly sharp competition, namely with the emergence of various online media, this has become a threat to the company. Thus, hard work is needed to improve employee performance through improving organizational culture and employee discipline, such as office hours, customer service and carrying out work in accordance with company norms and rules, so that it is hoped that employee performance will increase. With a good organizational work culture and high leadership, employees will have the enthusiasm to complete their tasks and responsibilities so that company performance can improve. Based on the multiple linear regression test, it shows that organizational culture variables influence employee performance. PT. Ambon Radar. This is because the calculated t value is greater in the t table value (tcount 3.059 > ttable 1.721) and the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (sig value 0.006 < Probability 0.05). And based on multiple linear regression testing in this research, it is known that leadership influences employee performance. The calculated t value is equal to the leadership variable which is 3.058. > ttable 1.721 with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05 so there is a significant influence. Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by and enhanced by work discipline. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how PT. Tri Samudra Ambon employees perform in relation to work discipline.Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 90 respondents was selected. Simple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis using SPSS software were the analytical techniques employed in this study. The derived regression is Y = 4.630 + 0.784. Descriptive analysis indicates that employee performance at PT. Tri Samudra Ambon has an average score of 3.34, which is regarded as good, and work discipline has an average score of 3.27, which is quite good.These findings support the notion that PT. Tri Samudra staff performance is positively impacted by discipline. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Service Quality is a factor that is expected to increase community satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Community Satisfaction at Nania Health Center, Ambon City. The sample was taken from 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The method used in this research is a simple linear regression analysis method with SPSS 25 software, the regression obtained is Y= 12.189 + 0.669X Based on these results, it can be concluded that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Nania Community Health Center, Ambon City.Keywords: Service Quality and Community Satisfaction

Abstract

Marketing is the management process responsible for identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer requirements profitably. Successful marketing communication relies on a combination of options called the promotional mix. These options include advertising, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing, and personal selling. Advertising is utilized primarily to attract new guests and serves to build awareness. Advertising is far more specific than marketing; advertising is a function of marketing, and basically encompasses methods of communication with audience designed to produce sales enquiries, and/or improve awareness/perceptions of product/brand/organization. Advertising refers to printed and electronic media that is presented one way or another to market or audience, including packaging, point of sale, brochures and sales literature. Advertising (when properly executed) is the statistically driven and measurable implementation of marketing strategy, via carefully selected communications methods, targeted at predetermined audiences.When all the company’s departments work together to serve the customer’s interests, theresult is integrated marketing. The analytical tools used in the project were: 1) technique statistical analysis Pearson Product Moment Correlation. 2) Statistics coefficient determinant. 3) hypotesis test. The results of calculating the product moment correlation by 0,66 and the coefficient of determinant by 43,56% and according to the t test of the calculation by 14,09 and 2,0 t test table which shows that t calculate > t tabel or 14,09 > 2,0 which means that the hypotesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted where there is a significant correlation between the advertising to the guest make decision in choosing Aston Bogor Hotel and Resort. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer trust and satisfaction on the loyalty of "Tabungan Harapan" savings customers at PT Bank BCA Ambon Branch. The study adopts a quantitative approach, using a survey method to collect data from "Tabungan Harapan" customers at the BCA Ambon Branch. The quantitative approach was chosen because it is suitable for measuring the relationships between the research variables, namely trust, satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This research utilizes a descriptive and explanatory research design. The descriptive design is used to provide an overview of the levels of trust, satisfaction, and loyalty among "Tabungan Harapan" customers at BCA Ambon Branch. The explanatory design is employed to analyze the influence of trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty. The population in this study consists of all active "Tabungan Harapan" customers at BCA Ambon Branch. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, where the sample is selected based on specific criteria. The total sample size used in this study is 115 respondents. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to test the influence of the independent variables (trust and satisfaction) on the dependent variable (customer loyalty). The regression analysis results show that trust (X1) has a regression coefficient of 0.320 with a p-value of 0.010, which is less than 0.05. Satisfaction (X2) also significantly affects customer loyalty, with a regression coefficient of 0.144 and a p-value of 0.020 (p < 0.05). The F-test results indicate that the overall regression model is significant, with an F-statistic value of 4.058 and a p-value of less than 0.002. Trust has a greater influence on customer loyalty compared to satisfaction.Keywords: customer trust, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

Tourist facilities are one of the determining factors for the interest in revisiting a tourist attraction. The purpose of this study is to determine whether tourist facilities affect the interest in revisiting the Hunimua Beach. This research is a descriptive study. The population in this study includes all visitors to the Hunimua Beach, with a sample size of 70 people. The research results show that the t-test indicates that tourist facilities have a positive and significant impact, demonstrated by the hypothesis testing results with a t-value of 9.903, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.667, with a probability of 0.002 (or <0.05). Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. Based on these research results, it can be concluded that tourist facilities have a positive and significant impact on the interest in revisiting the Hunimua Beach. Abstract

Spending is a routine government activity that is prone to leakage and inefficiency if there is no proper planning, supervision and control, therefore spending analysis must be carried out as a basis for evaluation, improvement, and correction in the future. Regional Spending of West Seram Regency during 2020-2023 has tended to decrease in terms of spending budget. This study aims to determine the performance of the West Seram Regency Government in managing its spending budget. This quantitative descriptive study uses quantitative data in the form of Government Expenditure Realization Data of West Seram Regency during 2020-2023. The data collection technique in this study is the documentation method. The data is then processed using spending growth analysis and spending harmony analysis. The Growth Analysis results show that the shows that the spending growth ratio of the West Seram Regency Government has a negative growth tendency, meaning that from year to year the amount of spending has decreased. The Harmony Analysis shows that the pattern and orientation of West Seram Regency Government spending is mostly used for employee spending, goods and services spending, Capital Expenditure, and Financial Assistance Spending. This is in line with the results of the analysis of direct and indirect spending, with almost the majority being used for indirect spending. Abstract

Organization which is a collection of people who have the same goal. What happens to the organization and employees when the world around them is changing so fast? The organizational structure, remuneration system, resource management practices, leadership styles used in the 1900s or 1960s do not necessarily correspond anymore to the current environment or the symptoms that arise in the 21st century. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Variable Leadership, Organizational Culture and Strategy effect on productivity. Based on the study of theoretical and empirical studies the conclusions of this research can be stated in more detail (more detailed) that: (1) Leadership and Organizational Culture bias each influences; (2) The effect on Strategy Leadership Organization; (3) Cultural Organization affect the strategy of the Organization; (4) Leadership and organizational culture affect the strategy of the Organization; (5) Leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Strategies effect on employee productivity.
