Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of developing long sand beach tourism objects on the income of business actors in Ngilngof Village, Southeast Maluku Regency. The sample in this study were 45 business actors on Pasir Panjang Beach. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. The analytical technique used in this study was simple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, validity test, normality test reliability test, heteroscedasticity test. The results of the study show that the long sand beach tourist attraction greatly affects the income of business actors because long sand beach is good for business land because many tourists always and want to visit long sand beach attractions.Keywords: Tourist Attractions, Income of Business Actors.

Abstract

Aktivitas perikanan di Kota Ambon didominasi oleh perikanan tangkap disamping perikanan budidaya yang akhir-akhir ini mulai berkembang dengan sumberdaya ikan sebagai potensi perikanan unggulan. Usaha perikanan tangkap membutuhkan biaya operasional yang tidak sedikit. Nelayan membutuhkan bantuan pembiayaan untuk melaut. Intitusi formal seperti perbankan sudah dirangkul oleh pemerintah untuk memajukan sektor marjinal, namun belum memberi peranan secara langsung terhadap nelayan. Salah satu program yaitu dengan peluncuran Kredit Usaha Rakyat yang merupakan kredit atau pembiayaan yang diberikan perbankan kepada UMKM yang feasible (layak) tapi belum bankable (memenuhi syarat bank untuk mendapatkan dana), yakni usaha tersebut memiliki prospek yang baik dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengembalikan dana pinjaman. Kendala penyaluran KUR adalah belum meratanya informasi kepada UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui apakah prestasi kerja, keahlian, dan perilaku berpengaruh terhadap kinerja KKMB pada usaha perikanan tangkap di Kota Ambon. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan 60 pelaku usaha perikanan tangkap di Kota Ambon yang melakukan peminjaman melalui KKMB (Konsultan Keuangan Mitra Bank) sebagai responden selain beberpa konsultan sebagai narasumber. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner yang kemudian ditabulasi dan dianalisis dengan alat analisa regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prestasi kerja, keahlian, dan perilaku baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Konsultan Keuangan Mitra Bank (KKMB). Hasil penelitian ini, digunakan sebagai masukan bagi Biro Perekonomian Daerah Maluku dan Organisasi Konsultan Keuangan Mitra Bank (KKMB) dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya serta memperhatikan prestasi kerja, keahlian, dan perilaku yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja KKMB dalam pengembangan usaha perikanan tangkap di Kota Ambon. Abstract

The influence of the rolein improving employee performance at the general bureau of the Maluku groveror office,under the guidance of the first thesis Evandro A.W manuputty,SE.MM and thesis supervisor II kalsum lussy. This study aims to determine the influence of leaders in improving employee performance. The method uses simple linier analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that 1% increase in leadership value,the employee performance will increase by 0.602. the regression coefficient is positive,so it can be said that the direction of the leadership influence (variable X) on employee performance (Variabel Y) is positive. And based on the signicance value obtained from the table above, it can be concluded that the leadership variable (X) on employee performance (Y). Keywords : Leadership,Employee Prformance.

Abstract

The current era of economic globalization entailing the enterprising competitiveness prompts every company to rapidly innovate in achieving company goals that might result in an overwhelming pressure upon its workers. In most cases, the employees have undergone the stress at work regardless of their job description that could be perceived as a detrimental element since the performance of an employee would determine the progress of the company per se. Hence, this study is aimed to gauge the effect of stress on employee's performance at PT Federal International Finance Group Ambon Branch. This research is a quantitative research. Collecting data using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population of this research is the employees of PT Federal International Finance Group Ambon Branch, consisting 46 workers as the sample. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used for this study is simple linear regression accommodated by SPSS software. The results of this study prove that stress indeed affects employee's working capacity. Employees with high level of stress at work tend to possess a low efficacy level of working performance at PT Federal International Finance Group Ambon Branch. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to calculate and analyze the production forecast for sofa chairs at Erlan Furniture for the next 3 year period from 2022-2024. Mebel Erlan is a company furniture sector, that manufacture and sale of sofa chairs according to consumer demand based on the order data obtained. The production of sofa chairs is always increasing in every year. In this study used Linear Trend Analysis with the Least Squares Method using the equation Y = a + bx and to determine the accuracy of known forecasts used Standard Error of Estimate Analysis. From the results of the forecasting analysis it is expected that Erlan Furniture can be used as an input in developing company activities, especially in knowing the number of products that must be produced. The results of the calculated of the Linear Trend Analysis can be seen that the forecast for sofa chair production at Erlan Furniture is that in 2022 there will be 113 Sofa Chair Units, in 2023 there will be 114 sofa chairs, and in 2024 there will be 115 sofa chairs. Standard Error of Estimate Analysis Calculation, shows that the level of error from the results of production forecasting calculations is 14 sofa chairs. These figures can be a reference for Erlan Furniture to plan the number of products that must be produced to fulfill consumer needs. Keyword: Forcasting Production

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty as well as the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The development of the Salon Service Industry in Ambon city has increased competition for salon services. Heterogeneous customers, workers who already have experience and high competence move, usually the salon customers also move. Service providers must recruit new people who are not necessarily quickly accepted by customers. Besides the lack of participation in seminars, courses, and exhibitions related to the salon business in order to follow development trends and increase expertise. Respondents in this study were salon customers at middle to upper-class salons in Ambon City, with a total of 150 respondents. The analysis used in testing data quality is validity and reliability analysis. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple regression analysis The regression test results show that service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty as well as customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty.  Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The Ambon Class I Harbormaster and Port Authority Office is a Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) which has the task of carrying out supervision in the field of shipping safety and security, coordinating government activities at ports as well as regulation, control and commercial supervision. One that affects performance is creating good work discipline. However, there are still some problems in employee discipline. So this study aims to influence discipline on the performance of KSOP Class I Ambon office employees. This research is an empirical study, with the population being all employees of the class I Ambon port authority and Kesyahbandaran. The sampling technique uses an approach using the slovin formula and the sample size is 47 respondents. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, where the hypothesis test uses a t-test statistic to test the partial regression coefficients with a degree of significance used is 0.05 or 5%. The results of testing the responses of 47 respondents gave the conclusion of the study, namely, Discipline has a positive effect on the performance of class I Ambon port authority and Kesyahbandaran office employees. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination obtained in this study of 0.825, meaning that the independent variable (Discipline) explains the dependent variable (employee performance) of 82.5% while the remaining 17.5% is influenced by other variables. Based on these results it can be concluded that Work Discipline Has a Positive Influence on the Performance of Class I Ambon Port Authority and Harbormaster Office Employees. Abstract

Records management is one of the most important things to achieve work efficiency. good and good archive management will certainly encourage increased work efficiency. This study aims to measure the effect of archive management on the work efficiency of the employees of the Nusaniwe Ambon District Office. The problems faced by the Nusaniwe Ambon District Office are: Based on the observations of archiving officers who are not careful in storing archives so that archive officers have difficulty finding archives, the Filing Cabinet Facility which is used to store archives at the Nusaniwe Ambon District office is used to put glasses and cloth napkins. In terms of salvage many files are not secured, files are left piled up on the floor. Likewise with archives that have been unused for years and are left piled up without any follow-up from the archivist to destroy them. This research is a quantitative research supported by descriptive. The method of data collection is by using a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 20 with a sample of 7 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. From the results of statistical research on archive management, it has a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of the employees of the Nusaniwe Ambon District Office. This is evidenced by the value of the archive management variable coefficient of 7.539 and the significant value of the discipline variable of 0.01 which is smaller than 0.05, meaning that with good archive management, employee work efficiency will increase. In conclusion, archive management has a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of the employees of the Nusaniwe Ambon District Office, there is a correlation coefficient value of x to variable y of 0.959 with a very strong category. And Suggestions, the Nusaniwe Ambon District Office, especially the archive management section, should be able to implement a good Archives Management plan, so that it can help overcome several problems related to the existing Archives Management. That way, employee work efficiency can be improved because of the ease in the process of carrying out work. Keywords: Records Management, Employee Work Efficiency

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for VIVO brand smartphones at the Bandung Jaya A. Y. Patty Ambon store. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents and after that it was tested and analyzed using SPSS software version 21.0. According to the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the characteristics of respondents based on age are mostly 19 year old respondents with a percentage of 19%, while the characteristics of respondents based on work are mostly students with a percentage of 57%. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that 0.733 or about 73.3% of the purchasing decision variables can be influenced or explained by brand image and product quality variables, while the other 26.7% are influenced or explained by other variables not discussed in this study. Abstract

Initial survey at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon shows that there are indications of workload problems for employees. On the other hand, employees also show symptoms of work stress. This study aims to determine how the effect of workload on work stress on employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis shows that the workload of the employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon with an average value of 2.69 which is interpreted as quite high, while work stress has an average value of 2.92 which is also interpreted as quite high. The results of the regression analysis showed that the workload had a positive effect on the work stress of the employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the workload, the higher the employee's work stress. To overcome this, PT. Hasjrat Abadi Ambon must try to reduce the workload by paying attention to the use of working time, targets that must be achieved and working conditions. Employee stress levels must also be reduced by paying attention to employee stress symptoms on psychological, physical, and behavioral indicators. Keywords: workload, work stress
