Abstract

At the Korwil Office for Education and Culture in Leihitu District, the destruction of archives was not carried out according to the correct procedures. Archive destruction is carried out by burning, while the appropriate archive destruction procedure must go through the process of forming a committee, selecting archives, making a list of proposed archives for destruction, assessing archives, stages of requesting approval, stages of determining archives destroyed, and stages of implementing archive destruction accompanied by an official report. To find out how to implement effective archive destruction at the Regional Coordinating Office of the Leihitu District. This research is qualitative in nature where the author provides an overview of the destruction of archives at the Regional Coordinating Office of the Leihitu District. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature. Archive destruction at the Korwil Office is carried out by burning and only through the stages of requesting approval from the Head of Korwil and carrying out the destruction, this is not in accordance with ANRI Regulations where archive destruction should be carried out in 7 stages. The conclusion from this writing is that the destruction of archives at the Korwil office has not been carried out properly and does not follow clear guidelines/references, the destruction of archives should be carried out according to procedures consisting of 7 stages namely forming a committee, selecting archives, making a list of proposed archives for destruction, evaluating archives, application for approval, and finally the implementation of archive destruction. The implementation of archive destruction at the Korwil office has not been carried out properly and does not follow clear guidelines/references. The importance of conducting Archiving socialization/training to archive managers, this aims to increase awareness of the importance of managing records properly.

Abstract

Based on the results of the study that community participation in the implementation of development in the Tulehu State Sarimadu Hamlet is relatively less visible because some people do not participate in the implementation of the development in the Tulehu State Sarimadu Hamlet, it is relatively low, both in the form of community activity in development implementation, willingness to contribute in the form of thoughts or ideas. , skills, time, energy and responsibility for the success of development. This study aims to determine the level of community participation on the effectiveness of development. The population in this study was the community of Dusun Sarimadu as many as 173 people, the sample in this study amounted to 64 people. Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews and questionnaires (questionnaire). The analytical tool used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, it shows that community participation on the effectiveness of development in Sarimadu Hamlet, Tulehu State has a positive and significant effect. Based on the results of simple linear regression, it is known that the significant value (sig) is 0.000, which means it is less than 0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that community participation is very influential on the effectiveness of development, where good participation from the community can help smooth development in Sarimadu Hamlet, Tulehu State. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the financial condition of PT. Asia Pacific Fibers, Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchanged 2016-2019 period. The study uses the method of Altman Z-Score. The company is expected to be able to take appropriate actions and policies after knowing the financial condition experienced by the company. This research is expected to provide information to the company as early as possible so that the company can take appropriate action to address the company's financial problems. This type of research is a case study using secondary data that comes from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. Abstract

The tourism sector has a multiplier impact on various sectors and one that is inseparable is shopping activities carried out by tourists. Typical souvenir products are products that tourists always look for and buy when traveling somewhere because this behavior is an activity that often occurs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence tourist satisfaction in shopping for typical souvenir products. The research method used is explanatory research with a survey approach. This study seeks to explain the causal relationship between variables and their effects through hypothesis testing. To test the hypothesis, each variable is measured with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Tests were carried out using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) and analyzed jointly for 125 respondents. This research is limited to examining the relationship between marketing mix elements of typical souvenir products and their effect on tourist satisfaction. While the typical souvenir products studied were limited to typical Ambon handicraft products The results of the analysis show that only two elements of the marketing mix affect tourist satisfaction, namely product and promotion. The implication of this research is that managers or sellers of typical Ambon souvenir products need to emphasize the importance of maintaining the uniqueness and quality of the product considering that tourists still emphasize tangible product forms.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work facilities on employee performance at the Immigration Class I Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) Ambon. This research was conducted because based on the results of the initial survey there were several work facilities that had to be replaced or repaired. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The independent variable of this study is work facilities (X) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The population in this study were employees of the Immigration office, the sample in this study were 51 people. Based on the research results using simple linear analysis, work facilities have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.154> 0.05. This is reinforced by the determination test of R square 0.041, which means that 4.1% of employee performance is explained by work facilities while the remaining 95.9% is explained by other variables not in this study. Abstract

Ambon is a city in the eastern part of Indonesia which is called "Ambon Manise" and is known as the place where great musicians were born. Ambon has been declared to become a world Music City in 2011 and realized in 2019, various efforts, both thoughts, energy, materials provided by the Ambon City government, have made Ambon City successful in establishing itself and winning this title. This study aims to find out whether the branding of Ambon City of Music influences the tourists’ decision in visiting Ambon The type of research used is descriptive verification. The population in this study are all the characteristics of those who visit Ambon city. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability sampling by way of Incidental Sampling so that the sample obtained is 100 tourists visiting Ambon. Data analysis technique and hypothesis testing used is multiple regression method.The research results show that brand image has a significant effect on visiting decisions. The factor that most influences the decision to visit is the strength of brand associations, this is supported because the information entered into consumers' memories is very strong and that information survives as the brand image of Ambon City of Music, this aspect needs to be considered so that brand image of Ambon city of music can be optimized to increase the number of tourist in visiting Ambon.Keywords: Brand Image, Visit Decision

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal control system applied by the government related to the collection of building permit levy. Data collection is done through literature study, documentation and interview. The method used is descriptive-qualitative method.The results of this study indicate that the internal control system of Makassar City government in levies of building permit permit has not fulfilled the elements of internal control system according to Government Regulation number 60 Year 2008 because there are still some weakness or non-conformity.The results suggest that DPMPTSP of Makassar City to analyze target determination every year is expected to firstly analyze the potential to be gained and further improve the quality of service by accelerating the completion of the application file process. Furthermore DPMPTSP Makassar City must hold cooperation with the village and sub-district to socialize the community about the importance of IMB. Abstract

Each accounting student is expected to have knowledge, understanding, and applying ethics adequately in the learning process so that later can be applied in the implementation of his professional work. This study aims to identify and empirically test the influence of ethical thinking, idealism, and relativism, on sensivity of accounting students. Data from this study were collected from accounting students S1, faculty of Economic, Pattimura University with criteria accounting students who passed the course of auditing 1 and auditing 2 with an A or B. Data obtained by distributing directly to the students asa much as 150 questionnaires and 127 questionnaires were used as samples for analysis. Data analysis using XLSTAT-PLS applications. The results showed that ethical thinking positive effect on ethical sensivity. Next idealism positive effect on ethical sensivity. Which follows relativism has no effect on ethical sensivity. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the influence of audit quality dimensions, which includes reputation, capability, independence, expertise, experience, responsive attitude and auditor empathy for auditee satisfaction. This research was conducted on Maluku provincial government officials from 20 SKPD who are regional financial managers in each SKPD (Head of Sub Division / financial sector and PPKD staff, as well as SKPD Treasurer).Data collection techniques used were survey techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression.The results of the research show that the auditor's reputation, capability, independence, expertise and experience have a positive and significant influence on the auditee's position. Abstract

The Bento Jok Segeri Jaya Sofa business was founded in 1984 which is a hereditary business by Mr. Iwan's family until today. Because, he also opened manufacturing services by visiting directly to places that consumers need. The business he started has also reached out of town to rural areas and villages because many consumers need his sofa making services. And from that business can also help his family's economy. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bento Jok Sageri Jaya Sofa. The analysis technique that will be used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results found are that the product quality variable has a t-test value of 9.214 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that product quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. This can be seen from the respondents' answers on consumer quality with a positive Likert scale, the majority of which answered 4 which means agree and 5 which means strongly agree. And the respondents' answers to consumer satisfaction with a positive Likert scale measure where the majority answered 4 which means agree and 5 which means strongly agree. This means that the better the quality of consumers Bento Jok Segeri Jaya Sofa Di Nania, Baguala Ambon District, the higher the level of consumer satisfaction. With good product quality, physical inspection of product feasibility, monitoring and evaluation can be carried out continuously so that there is no decrease in consumer satisfaction. Based on the results of research on the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Bento Jok Segeri Jaya Sofa in Nania, Baguala Ambon District, the following conclusions can be drawn: Product quality variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction seen from the results of the t test value of 9.214 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. With good product quality, a physical examination of the feasibility of product quality, monitoring and evaluation can be carried out continuously so that there is no decrease in product quality.
