Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa pada Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literasi dengan menggunakan 15 jurnal ilmiah online yang ditemukan melalui searching di Google Scholar atau Google Cendekia yang dipilih secara selektif dan relevan untuk di analisis. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang sudah diteliti oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah dimana dalam menerapkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang terdiri dari beberapa elemen atau dimensi yaitu beriman, bertaqwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia, berkebhinekaan global, bergotong royong, bernalarkritis dan kreatif. Siswa menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk memecahkan masalah yang ada pada Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL, siswa dapat memecahkan masalah. Project yang dibuat pada P5 ini dengan dimulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah sampai dengan mempresentasikan produk hasil dari projek tersebut. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi model pembelajaran NHT untuk sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis 28 artikel jurnal terkait model pembelajaran, model pembelajaran NHT, dan implementasinya untuk sekolah dasar. Model pembelajaran NHT merupakan model kooperatif atau berkelompok yang ditandai dengan setiap siswa yang diberikan nomor kepala. Kelebihan model pembelajaran NHT yaitu dapat meningkatkan interaksi siswa dengan saling berdiskusi dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. Kekurangan model pembelajaran NHT terletak pada lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam penerapannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran NHT untuk sekolah dasar terbukti mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswanya. Namun, terdapat pula penelitian yang menyatakan model pembelajaran NHT tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar, hal ini dikarenakan oleh faktor rendahnya motivasi belajar yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan penjelasan konseptual tentang bagaimana strategi proyek dapat memperkuat profil Pancasila terhadap nasionalisme dalam kurikulum produktif sekolah dasar di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Dalam artikel ini, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah meninjau jurnal, buku, artikel literatur, dan dokumen lain yang terkait dengan masalah penelitian. Setelaah itu, hasil pengumpulan data dicatat dalam analisis dan dideskripsikan. Studi ini mencakup: satu proyek untuk meningkatkan profil siswa Pancasila; dua faktor yang memengaruhi pemilihan elemen dan subelemen profil siswa Pancasila di sekolah dasar; dan tiga metode yang digunakan oleh proyek untuk meningkatkan profil siswa Pancasila terhadap nasionalisme dalam kurikulum yang produktif di era globalisasi di sekolah dasar. Abstract

ABSTRAK Studi literatur ini mengeksplorasi implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, dengan menekankan peran pendidikan dalam membentuk karakter nasional. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kreativitas para guru dalam mengembangkan potensinya di dalam pengajaran merupakan hal penting untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar para siswa. Penggunan media di dalam pembelajaran merupakan contoh dalam pengembangan kreativitas guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan studi literatur mengenai kreativitas guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka yang dilakukan melalui sejumlah jurnal nasional melalui Google Cendekia. Artikel dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini adalah artikel yang terbit antara 2019 sampai 2024. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran di beberapa sekolah sudah cukup baik dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Dengan bantuan penggunaan media dalam mengajar, akan membuat para siswa lebih tertarik untuk mengikuti pelajaran dibandingkan guru tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran sama sekali di kelas. Kreativitas guru bukan hanya didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang memadai, melainkan juga adanya peran kepala sekolah yang mampu memberikan motivasi dalam mengajar. Dengan ketegasan dan pengawasan yang baik, para guru dapat mengembangkan potensinya masing-masing dalam menggunakan media untuk pembelajaran di kelas. Abstract

This study aims to examine how human resource management (HRM) deployment can enhance school efficacy. The caliber of current human resources, such as teachers, administrative personnel, and management, has a significant impact on how effective schools are in the educational context. The caliber of these human resources is crucial to fostering a positive learning environment and assisting students in achieving their academic objectives. A case study was used in this study. methodology in conjunction with a qualitative approach in a number of urban and rural schools. In-depth interviews with principals, educators, and administrative personnel were used to gather data, in addition to firsthand observation of the HRM procedures that were put into place. According to the study's findings, implementing sound HRM procedures—like performance reviews, continuous training, and selective hiring—significantly increases the efficacy of educational institutions. While continuous training aids in teachers' skill and knowledge development, selective recruitment guarantees that only competent people join the teaching staff. Constructive performance review also motivates teachers to keep refining their instructional strategies. The significance of HRM in developing successful and high-quality schools is thus supported by this study

Abstract

Stunting is often a serious public health problem because it can negatively impact children's physical and cognitive development. Children who are stunted tend to have a higher risk of developing diseases, poor school performance, and difficulty in reaching their full potential physically and intellectually. This condition can be the result of poor diet, nutritional deficiencies, frequent infections, and other environmental factors. This study aims to see the extent of stunting prevention policies in Bakti Jaya Village. The research method used is qualitative research with narrative descriptiveness. With the results of the study showing that the implementation of stunting prevention policies in Bakti Jaya village has been running effectively in accordance with applicable policies, it can be seen through the reduction of stunting prevalence from 2022-2024.

Abstract

Pancasila education is one of the most important factors and needed in building the nation's character based on Pancasila values, which are the basis of the ideology of the Indonesian state. This journal aims to investigate how PKn is implemented in schools in Indonesia and how it impacts the formation of students' character. In this qualitative research, data was collected through observation, comprehensive interviews, and documentation investigations from various sources. This study shows that the effective use of PKn increases national and state awareness and instills national values such as tolerance, justice, and solidarity. The study also found problems in implementing PKn, such as a lack of teacher training and limited resources. Based on these findings, this journal provides recommendations to improve the PKn curriculum to make it more relevant and relevant. The journal also emphasizes how important it is for schools, parents, and communities to work together. in implementing PKn, such as limited resources and lack of teacher instruction. Human Resource Management is planning, organizing, implementing and controlling human resources in an organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Especially if its implementation is based on human values. The problem of assessment is closely related to the problem of the structure of the sciences of human activity and human relations. In today's market-led economy, material well-being seems to trump all measures of human performance. In a blind attempt to achieve economic progress, there are times when managers compromise with human values. This, if not controlled at this stage, can lead to a lot of social inequality. Pancasila values, for example: justice, mutual cooperation, deliberation, the presence of law and unity in working together to achieve common goals. This type of research brings qualitative approaches to library study methods and data collection techniques by taking sources from e-book journals and internet media. Abstract

This research examines the impact of Presidential Instruction No. 1/2025 on the efficiency of education budget allocations, particularly on the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) and teacher certification programs in Indonesia. Using a systematic literature review method and a qualitative approach, this study collected data from reliable sources, including the official website of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and media publications. The results show that budget efficiency policies led to a revision of the PPG participant quota target, which was originally set to exceed 800,000 teachers in 2024 to around 400,000 teachers in 2025. However, there was a significant increase in participation in digital training that supports the modernization of learning processes, as well as additional funding allocations for learning innovations that improve the quality of training. On the other hand, the decline in the number of teacher certifications, especially in remote areas, reveals serious challenges in equitable distribution of education quality and competency verification. This study concludes that the implementation of budget efficiency policies must be balanced with intensive mentoring strategies, continuous evaluation and improved inter-agency coordination to ensure an inclusive and highly competitive education transformation. The findings of this study provide a comprehensive picture of the dynamics of policy change and its implications for teacher professionalism and welfare, and provide room for improvement in the future. This research opens up opportunities for the development of targeted policy strategies to support the transformation of Indonesia's education system in the future.
