Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of interest rates, inflation, and currency exchange rates on stock returns for businesses that are listed between 2018 and 2022 on IDX-MES BUMN 17. List the three macroeconomic factors that have an impact on the performance of the stock return of the firm and what those factors mean. A technique using linear regression analysis is used to determine each company's degree of influence. This study employs a purposive sample approach in addition to secondary data from corporate financial reports and macroeconomic data. The results of this study demonstrate that inflation, interest rates, and currency values ​​all have a significant and positive influence on stock returns, some of which have an effect concurrently. The goal of this research's results is to assist investors, financial professionals, and decision-makers in making more intelligent and prudent financial decisions. Furthermore, this study can contribute to the body of information in academic literature about the impact of macroeconomic factors on stock returns.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence service quality and promotion have on consumer purchasing decisions at Indomaret Buana Raya Padang Sambian Denpasar Bali. This research used 44 respondents as research samples using SPSS 2024. The method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis with a quantitative approach. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire with a total of 26 statements consisting of 2 statements from each indicator variable. Based on the results of data analysis, a simple linear regression equation was obtained from the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the research results showed that the service quality (x1) and promotion (x2) variables had a calculated f of >281.195 and a sig value of 0.001 and an f table value of <2.60. With the results of F count > f table and sig count < 0.005, it can be concluded that simultaneously service quality (x1) and promotion (x2) have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions (y) at Indomaret Buana Raya Padang Sambian Denpasar Bali.

Abstract

This research was motivated by inconsistencies regarding the utilization of village funds in Sukamukti, especially in one of the national priority programs related to animal sources and plant-based food security. This research aims to photograph the phenomenon of using Sukamukti village funds to carry out national priority programs, especially animal sources and plant-based food security programs. In solving the problems that occurred, the researcher used qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the use of village funds in realizing the priority program of plant and animal food security in Sukamukti Village has not gone well, this is due to the inappropriate allocation of village funds and less than optimal program determination. The plant and animal food security program in Sukamukti Village is also not in accordance with the needs of the community. Most of the people in Sukamukti Village work as farmers, especially rice farmers, but in 2022 in the plant and animal food security program there are no agricultural programs being implemented, especially in rice fields. This shows a mismatch between the practice of utilizing village funds and the needs and provisions that have been stipulated in PDTT Number 7 of 2021.

Abstract

The existence of a positive Word of Mouth marketing strategy and product quality can increase the tendency of consumers to make purchasing decisions on products. This study aims to examine the effect of Word of Mouth and product quality on purchasing decisions for coffee products at the Gisting Coffee Roastery business in Gisting District, Lampung. This research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 67 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test). The results of this study indicate that Word of Mouth and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for coffee products at the Gisting Coffee Roastery business in Gisting District, Lampung.

Abstract

This research is to determine the level of financial health of BUMN based on BUMN ministerial decree Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002 at PT. X period 2017-2022. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with eight indicators, namely: ROE, ROE, Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Collection Periods, Inventory Turnover, Total Assets Turnover, and Total Own Capital to Total Assets. From the results of research that has been carried out, in 2027 and 2018 they received scores of 53 and 50 so they were included in the "Unhealthy" category with the predicate "BBB". In 2019 it decreased to 44, falling into the "Unhealthy" category with the predicate "BB". In 2020 and 2021 the score rose to 49 and 51, falling into the same category, namely "Unhealthy" but with the predicate "BB" for 2020 and "BBB" for 2021. In 2022, the score dropped drastically to 44, so it fell into the category “Unhealthy” with the predicate “BB”. It can be concluded that during the 2017 – 2022 period, based on an assessment of the financial aspects of PT. X is in a “Unhealthy” condition.

Abstract

Ditemukannya perbedaan persepsi masyarakat di kecamatan Wringinanom Gresik mengenai kredibilitas serta kualitas pelayanan host live terhadap minat beli mereka sebagai konsumen di aplikasi TikTok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: apakah kredibilitas host live berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen, apakah kualitas pelayanan host live berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen, serta apakah kredibilitas dan kualitas pelayanan host live berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda, serta uji hipotesa (koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji F). Hasil analisis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan kedua variabel menghasilkan nilai t tabel > t hitung (1,98580), dimana kredibilitas sebesar 5,572 dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 4,315. Temuan ini menunjukkan baik kredibilitas maupun kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen. Selain itu, hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung (99,298) > F tabel (3,09) yang menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of return on investment in the investment portfolio of PT. Jasa Raharja for the period 2013 to 2022. This research method uses a quantitative method involving the process of collecting secondary data for ten years, then conducting a financial ratio analysis followed by multiple regression analysis, then describing the interpretation of the research results. The results of the financial ratio analysis using the net investment income ratio showed that in each period the level of return on the investment portfolio tended to continue to decline from 10% in 2013 to 6.89% in 2022. The results of the normality test to test the sample obtained a normally distributed sample, then the results of the multiple regression test showed that the results of the investment portfolio and the value of the investment portfolio together affected the net investment income ratio. In this study, the company was less than optimal in managing its investment funds. Therefore, the company is less able to rely on the investment returns obtained to add new investment funds in the next period. If this happens continuously, the company in meeting funds for payment of claim expenses and other company operational expenses can only rely on premium income from customers so that the company's profits are low.

Abstract

This research was conducted to prove the influence of role ambiguity and role conflict variables on auditor performance with emotional intelligence as a moderating variable. The samples taken were 35 Pontianak City Inspectorate auditors. Sampling using a questionnaire is distributed directly with a hard file. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26 software. This research proves that the role ambiguity variable has no effect on auditor performance. The role conflict variable has a negative and significant effect on auditor performance. The emotional intelligence variable does not moderate the role ambiguity and role conflict variables on auditor performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, and capital structure on financial distress in non-cyclicals consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. Profitability is measured by return on assets (ROA), leverage is measured by the debt to asset ratio (DAR), and capital structure is measured by the debt to equity ratio (DER), while financial distress is assessed using the Springate Score. This research employs a quantitative method. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 63 companies as the observation sample. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The R Square value obtained is 0.631, indicating that 63.1% of the variation in financial distress can be explained by profitability, leverage, and capital structure, while the remaining 36.9% is explained by other factors outside the model.The results show that profitability has a significant positive effect on financial distress, whereas leverage and capital structure have a significant negative effect on financial distress.

Abstract

For Indonesians, fried chicken is a popular food that has been served in several foreign fast food restaurants that are now popular in Indonesia. Many entrepreneurs have partnered with Rocket Chicken including in the city of Yogyakarta and have opened several outlets to meet customer needs. This study intends to determine how product quality and price affect purchasing decisions, using customer trust as a mediating factor. By utilizing a quantitative approach, Rocket Chicken customers in Yogyakarta became the following study population, related to the number of samples totaling 119. Tested using Smart PLS. The study results prove: 1) a score statistic of 1.965 indicates that purchasing decisions have a positive effect on product quality. 2) a t-statistic value of 3.742 indicates that price is positively influenced by consumer purchasing decisions. 3) a t-statistic value of 5.54 proves that product quality is positively influenced by consumer trust. 4) a t-statistic value of 4.477 proves that price is positively influenced by consumer trust. 5) t-statistic score of 2.982 proves that consumer trust has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. 6) VAF score of 0.439 shows that consumer trust is not the only mediating variable that influences the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions. 7) VAF value of 0.303 proves that consumer trust is not the only mediating variable that influences the relationship between price and purchasing decisions. Both variables are included in the partial category.
