Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana
Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality indicators on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Bank BNI Pondok Gede Plaza, Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study is used purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that reliability was dominant than the other service quality indicators in influencing the satisfaction of customers.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of advertising and brand image on Samsung brand purchasing decisions. The population in this study were 137 students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Krisnadwipayana who used Samsung smartphones consisting of 84 students majoring in management and 53 students majoring in accounting. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, which used purposive sampling technique, which was an economics faculty student who used a Samsung mobile phone and who had seen a Samsung advertisement. The results showed that there was an influence of advertising and brand image on the purchase decision of the Samsung brand at the Faculty of Economics at University of Krisnadwipayana.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety and the work environment against work productivity of employees of PT (limited liability company) Rickstar Indonesia. The population used in this research were part of the production of PT (limited liability company) Rickstar Indonesia as many as 50 employees with sampling techniques using simple random sampling and data analysis techniques using analysis multiple linear regression. <![CDATA[This study is about The Effect of Kesadaran merek and Brand Experience on Kepuasan pelanggan of Marina brand activation. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect between kesadaran merek and brand experience on consumer satisfaction of Marina brand activation in Bandung. In this study the sample took 50 respondents using saturation sampling technique, where all of the population became sample. The data that has been obtained tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results that shown from this study are kesadaran merek and brand experience simultaneous and partial gave positive and significant effect on kepuasan pelanggan, where brand experience has a more dominant effect to kepuasan pelanggan. Thus, it can be concluded that kesadaran merek and brand experience influence kepuasan pelanggan of Marina brand activation participants in Bandung.]]>

<![CDATA[In Indonesia the number of occupational accidents shows a fairly alarming number, there are cases of accidents that every day experienced by the workers of every 100 thousand workers. This research aims to analyze the effect of job accident guarantee and death guarantee of BPJS employment on employee productivity at PT Mitsubishi Kramat Yudha Motor and Manufacturing Jakarta, with sample of 97 employees. Adapaun sampling technique used using simple random sampling with SPSS version 18 analysis. The result of this research shows that there is partial influence between work accident to work productivity, there is partial influence between mortality guarantee to work productivity and there is influence between work accident and work death together to work productivity.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is conducted to meet the public demand for good public services and the equal to the developed countries, for it is strongly necessary to have professional state apparatus. The variables studied in this research are knowledge and leadership management which associated with PPPK performance in City Government of Bekasi. This research was designed to examine the possibility of causal relationship between variables . The analysis method in this study is using path analysis. The process of collecting data using survey techniques, conducted by submitting statements to respondents in written form or closed questionnaire. Population in this research are PPPK employees in city Government of Bekasi which consists of 98 officer of PPPK that using simple random sampling. The results showed that knowledge management have an indirect effect on PPPK performance, while the leadership is significantly have a direct effect on it. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on PPPK performance. Leadership can not be an intervening variable between knowledge management and PPPK performance, because the value of the total knowledge management influence through leadership is smaller than the value of direct influence on the performance of PPPK.]]>

<![CDATA[In investing, investors should be able to determine what investment goals will be done. The investment decision in question is the decision to buy, sell, or retain ownership of shares. This study aims to analyze the effect simultaneously between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Price, analyze partially influence between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Stock Price and Analyze the partial influence between Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Price and to analyze the partial influence between Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Price at PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The result of research shows that the relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) to stock price is very strong and positive, partially closeness relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to the stock price is very strong and positive. Partially it can be seen that the closeness of relationship between Net Profit Margin (NPM) to stock price is low and positive, and partially closeness relationship between Earning Per Share (EPS) The stock is moderate and positive.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays, the increasing need for transportation services has become a basic and major requirement. One of the causes of the increasing need for transportation is the interest to carry out various activities quickly and appropriately. This condition can be seen from the government's support for equitable regional economic growth by opening all access using various transportation modes created. However, in utilizing all these facilities, the public or users of transportation services often have limitations in ordering for various things. Then arose several companies managing transportation services with various facilities either through the services of land transportation, sea transportation, and air transportation services. In an effort to serve the needs of these service users, companies use a variety of media and infrastructure that in turn aims to maximize service and win the competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction PT. Rahman Wisata Mandiri Jakarta simultaneously or partially. The number of samples was 42 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is by using saturation sampling technique. The saturated sample is a sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as a sample. The sampling technique used is the census because the sample under study is the whole of the population. As many as 70 employees of PPSU Duren Sawit. The analytical tool used path analysis with the help of SPSS version 20.
