Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

Work environment is one of the factors that affect employee performance. If the environment around the workplace gives an uncomfortable impression, employees feel lazy to work. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, competence to employees of PT. Sinar Mas Land, Tbk in Tangerang. Population and sample are all employees of HR division of PT. Sinar Mas Land a total of 30 people. Sampling technique using saturated samples. The results showed that there is a significant influence partially or simultaneously between the work environment on employee performance in PT. Sinar Mas Land Tbk Tangerang area

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The sample used is a saturated sample, which makes all employees (40 people in total) are respondents. The result of this study proves that leadership style has an effect on employee performance, it indicates that there are 4 (four) indicators on leadership style that must be maintained which is (1) Credible leader in managing the organization's future, (2) Committed to wages for the good performance on subordinates, (3) Realistically assessing the environmental constraints, and (4) Understand the ability of subordinates. Motivation also affects employee performance, where there are also 3 (three) maintained indicators which is (1) The leader provides real guidance according to work standards, (ii) Providing adequate working facilities and (3) comfortable working atmosphere.

Abstract

In investing, investors should be able to determine what investment goals will be done. The investment decision in question is the decision to buy, sell, or retain ownership of shares. This study aims to analyze the effect simultaneously between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Price, analyze partially influence between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Stock Price and Analyze the partial influence between Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Price and to analyze the partial influence between Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Price at PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The result of research shows that the relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) to stock price is very strong and positive, partially closeness relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to the stock price is very strong and positive. Partially it can be seen that the closeness of relationship between Net Profit Margin (NPM) to stock price is low and positive, and partially closeness relationship between Earning Per Share (EPS) The stock is moderate and positive.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of a brand image and quality product on purchase decision of Yamaha Mio motorcycle partially and simultanously. This was a quantitative research by a survey method. The research population were users of Yamaha Mio motorcycle. Sample taking technique used a purposive sampling method with samples numbered 100 respondent. Based on regression analyze, The research results showed that brand image positively and significant influence a purchase decision of Yamaha Mio motorcycle, and product quality positively and significant influence a decision purchase of Yamaha Mio. Brand image and product quality simultanously positively and significant influence purchase decision of Yamaha Mio motorcycle.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze in the corelation between the price fluctuation and the service quality through the customer satisfaction of Alfamart Akses Galaksi. The data collecting was conducted within the questioner method towards 100 Alfamart Akses Galaksi’s customers, and being analyzed by using SPSS Version 22. The data given was being tested in consists of validity with the Factor Analysis, and Reliability Test by using Alpha Cronbach. The classic assumption testing and double linier regretion, is to verify and prove this research’s hypothesis. The result shows that there has been a positive corelation between the price fluctuation and service quality through the customers’ satisfaction. On the result of simultanious regretion test, it was found ot that F counted> F Ttable > and significant <0,05. While for the double corelation (R) and determination coeficience (R2), determined that R = 0,872 (near to 1) dan R2 = 0,760 within 76% and the rest 24% is impacted by other variables which is not included in this research. (T test), it was found out that T counted > T table and significance < 0,05. Total contribution of the price through the customers’ satisfaction based on the table above is R2 (R square) sebesar 0,581 or 58,1% and the rest 41,9% impacted by other variables which is not included in this research. Meanwhile for the service quality variable towards the customers’ satisfaction on the partial testing (T test), resulted that T counted > T table and significance < 0,05. Total contribution of the service quality through the customers’ satisfaction based on the table above resulted that R2 (R square) is 0,734 or 73,4% and the rest 26,6% is impacted by other variables which is not included in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta. The research method used is Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique using random sampling samples. Data analysis technique used is quantitative statistical method by looking for validity and reliability test data, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results of this study found that the relationship and significant influence between organizational culture variables and motivation on employee performance PT Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta between variables with F test, where F arithmetic is bigger than F table (139,574> 3,150), Conclusion: There is significant influence which can be explained with result obtained from R square is 0,823 meaning that variable of organizational culture and motivation contributed 82.3% to employee performance variable PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Jakarta, while the rest of 17.3% donated another variable that is not researched.

Abstract

Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.
