Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana
Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and work facilities on employee work productivity, either partially or simultaneously on MNC TV Production Section. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research method with a sample of 75 respondents. Data collected by using method is multiple linear regression analysis, double correlation and coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis (Test F and Test t).The results showed that work discipline and work facilities have a significant effect on increasing productivity of employee of MNC TV Production Division.

This research is based on competition for the struggle of customers in the banking world, thus demanding banking companies to compete to attract customers by constantly improving the quality of service and competence of employees who are considered as representative banking companies as a form of satisfaction fulfillment to its customers. The purpose of this study to determine how the influence of Service Quality and Employee Competence to customer satisfaction PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Bank BTN), either partially or simultaneously. This research used qualitative method with descriptive research type. Sampling is used with non probability method of incidental sampling. The result of the simultaneous research on the quality of service and the competence of the employees is significant to customer satisfaction, partially the quality of service and employee competency also have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Thus, banks should continue to improve the quality of service and employee competence in order to achieve customer satisfaction and attention to other aspects that add value from customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that service quality and customer value positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that customer value was dominant than service quality in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

Decision making is an individual activity that is directly involved in obtaining and using the goods offered. Promotion is one of the variables in a marketing mix that is very important to be implemented by a company in marketing its products or services, thus influencing consumers to make purchasing decisions. The quality of the product can also affect consumers in making purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decision of Melon fruit. Population and sample of research is purchasing or buyer from consumer of PT. Syafina Niaga as many as 30 companies and sampling methods using saturated sampling techniques as well as analysis used with regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence between product quality and promotion of purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of Bank Branch's Bekasi Index employees. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research method with sample number 50 respondents. Data were collected by using questionnaire method, data instrument test, classical assumption test and data analysis used were linear regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination. Test hypothesis Test F. The results showed that the competence and discipline of work have a positive and significant effect on the performance improvement of Bekasi Bank Index employees.

This study aims to know and analyze the influence of education, training, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia. Population and sample in this research is all employees of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia has 35 employees.. The results showed there was a significant influence between education, motivation training work on employee performance at PT. Jasa Jasa Indonesia (Persero). There is a significant effect of education on employee performance in PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) partially, There is significant influence of training on employee performance in PT. Service Insurance Indonesia (Persero) partially and there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance in PT. Service Insurance Indonesia (Persero) partially. From these results indicate that the value of these three variables affect the achievement of employee performance in PT. Service Insurance Indonesia (Persero) is optimal.

The purpose of this research is to know the potential of the e-commerce industry and to establish preliminary assessment, evaluation and understanding of the characteristics of online shopping in Indonesia which experienced the slowest growth in the last five years. Chi-test tests are used to determine the relationship between current online shoppers and demographic variables. The t-test sample is then used to compare the average difference between the current online buyers and the non-online buyers. It also investigates the influence of factors (demographic profile, previous online shopping experience, perceived benefits, consumer lifestyles, and perceived buyer confidence)

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Service Quality, Trust and Consumer Satisfaction of fashion product at online shop “Yellow Facy Jeans” through social media social instagram. This research was conducted on Yellow Facy Jeans customer in Bekasi Timur in 2017. The method used in this research is non-probability through quota sampling procedure with total sample of 120 respondents. Data collection techniques with questionnaires distributed from a total of 165 subscribes minus 40 customers who did not meet the criteria and the rest 5 customers did not answer the question completely so it could not be tested. The results showed that (1) the F test of Service Quality (X1) and Trust (X2) against Consumer Satisfaction Yellow Facy Jeans (Y) shows that Quality of Service and Trust simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Yellow Facy Jeans; (2) the effect of Service Quality partially on Yellow Facy Jeans Consumer Satisfaction through t test showing sig value of 0,000 < 0,05, which means partial Service Quality significantly influence Consumer Satisfaction on Yellow Facy Jeans ; and (3) the partial influence of Trust on Yellow Facy Jeans Consumer Satisfaction is tested by t test showing sig value of 0,000 <0,5, which means partial Trust has significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Yellow Facy Jeans.

Bastard Clothing is a home industry that is also used as a brand or brand T-shirt distro that began to appear in early 2015. Promotion of the right target and good product quality greatly affect the community (consumers) in making the purchase of these products. Product quality greatly affects consumer purchasing decisions on a product, a good product in terms of quality or price will not be easy to compete if it is wrong in doing promotional activities. This study aims to analyze the contribution of simultaneous between product quality and promotion to purchase decision, analyze the partial contribution between product quality to a decision of purchasing and analyze the contribution of partially between promotion to purchasing. Samples in this research counted 44 respondents. The analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that promotion and product quality simultaneously have a significant contribution on purchasing decisions, which means that the more attractive promotions made by companies and products offered quality can improve purchasing decisions. Product quality affects purchasing decisions, it indicates that the more quality products offered to consumers can improve purchasing decisions. Promotion contribution purchasing decisions, indicating that the more companies promotion can improve purchasing decisions.

This research raises the issue of financial accountability for non-profit organizations. The object of the research was conducted at Al Muttaqin Mosque Jatibening Bekasi for the 2016-2017 reporting year. Data obtained from cash in and out cash recap, observation and interview. The results of the study were that the Al Muttaqin Mosque had not made a Financial Report in accordance with PSAK 45 so that the preparation of the Financial Statements in accordance with PSAK 45 was tried to be compiled in the study.
