Skills in people with schizophrenia observable are listening skills, skills making, demand skills, revealing feelings of fun and expressing unpleasant feelings. The data analysis techniques used in this study use visual inspection using observations performed by 3 raters. The early termination behavior of the increase in each phase, the average of the A1 phase listening skills from (3) to (3.9) in phase B then (5.3) in phase A2. The results of observation observations make the A1 phase request from (2.6) to (3.6) in phase B and increase to (5.3) in phase A2. The results of behavioral observations reveal a pleasant expression could not be observed as a result of the research process, while the average skills expressed unpleasant feelings from (1.9) in the A1 phase increased to (2) in phase B and became (2.1) in phase A2. Abstract

Work is a human activity both physically and mentally which is basically an innate which has a purpose in life for the individual who undertakes it, in this case whatever the field of work undertaken by an individual (both private and TNI workers) all must be lived and enjoyed in order to get happiness and satisfaction in life or better known as subjective well-being. The high or low subjective well-being felt by individuals, especially the Indonesian Air Force (AU) in the field of work, cannot be separated from the important role of optimism in individuals. This study aims to determine the role of optimism in increasing subjective well-being in the Indonesian Air Force (AU). The data were collected by spreading the optimism scale and the Likert scale type of subjective well-being with a total of 79 research subjects. The research method used is in the form of quantitative methods with product moment correlation analysis techniques and simple regression. The result of the product moment correlation analysis that have been carried out show that, there is a positive and significant relationship between optimism and subjective well-being as evidenced by the correlation coefficient value of 0.695 and p = 0.000 (p <0.01). It means that the higher the optimism, the higher subjective well-being. On the other hand, it also means that the lower the optimism, the lower the subjective well-being. Then, from the results of simple regression analysis, it is known that the magnitude of F = 0.696 and the correlation coefficient value R Square (R2) is 0.009 with sig. F table 0,000 (p <0.01). It means that optimism has an effective contribution of 0.9% in increasing subjective well-being to the Indonesian Air Force (AU).

Abstract

Objective of this research is to understand the effectivity of the progressive muscle relaxation in order to decline the stress level among the HIV/AIDS infected ladymen. We propose the hypothesis that there will be a decline stress level among those HIV/AIDS ladymen just after they received the progressive muscle relaxation. Five ladymen participate in this research and their stress level are moderate untill high. Design of this research is the one group pretest-posttest. Instrument of data collection is the DASS 42 Stress Scalle. We ask participants to complete the scale just before and after receiving five times progressive muscle relaxation. This research reveals that there is a significant difference in stress level between before and after receiving five timer progressive muscle relaxation (Z = -2,032, p = .042 or p< .05). The mean scores for the stress level are 26.00 and 15.00 just before and after receiving the progressive muscle relaxation respectively. Based on that data, we come to conclusion that the progresssive muscle relaxation is effective in reducing stress level among the infected HIV/AIDS ladymen.

In this study, the independent variable is burnout, while the dependent variable is achievement motivation. Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests with the product moment from Karl Pearson. While the data analysis method used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between the burnout variable and achievement motivation as evidenced by the hypothesis using bivariate analysis (r = -0.521, p < .05). We conclude that the high burnout correlate with the low achievement level among the PT. X employees in Samarinda.
