This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership training on work engagement of CV BM employees. The hypothesis proposed is that there are differences in the level of employee work engagement before transformational leadership training at leaders and after transformational leadership training at leaders where employee work engagement scores are higher after providing transformational leadership training interventions to leaders. The subjects in this study were 32 employees of CV BM company and leaders as the experimental group. The design used is one group pre-test and post-test. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test show that the pretest and posttest scores for employees obtained the value of t = -4.989 p (0.01), which means there are differences in work engagement scores between pretest and posttest, where the posttest score is greater than the pretest score . This shows that transformational leadership training given to leaders affects the increase in employee engagement work at CV BM Yogyakarta.

This research was airned to know the correlation between reward and employee work performance. Participants of this research were 47 employees from a cafe in Yogyakarta Method of research is quantitative with population reseach. Data collection tool is using Reward Scale and Work Performance Scale. Method of data analysis in this study is using a product moment correlation analysis techniques.The results showed a correlation value of rxy = 0,750 with a significance level of p = 0,000 (p <0.01). Value of R² = 0,562. This means that the effective amount of donations given reward variable in increasing employee work performance variables of 56.2%. It is about 78.72% (37 respondents) of subjects have high work performance. The results show that there is a very significant positive correlation between reward and employee work performance. The more they received reward, the higher their work performance becomes.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the differences in the level of anger among adolescents who live in anti-care treatment before and after forgiveness training. The method used in this study was a non-randomized control group with a pretest-posttest design and measured three times (pretest, posttest, and follow-up). The subjects of this study were 10 adolescents in the orphanage and had anger scores in the high and medium categories. Subjects were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given treatment in the form of a forgiveness training intervention. The measuring instrument used to see the anger score of adolescent orphanages using State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-2 (STAXY-2). The data analysis technique used is the Mann Whitney U-Test analysis technique. Result analysis (p = 0.008 <0.05), meaning that there is a difference in the anger score of adolescents in the orphanage after being given a forgiveness training intervention compared to the control group, where the level of anger in the experimental group after being given the intervention was lower than the control group. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that forgiveness training can reduce anger in adolescents living in orphanages.

ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a persistent psychotic disorder that includes disorders of behavior, thoughts, emotions, and perceptions. Paranoid schizophrenic is usually characterized by delusions of persecution. There are various background that support paranoid schizophrenic. One of the back ground could be explained through humanistic paradigm based on the theory of Carl Roger. Carl Rogers explained that every human being needs to be loved and accepted or called get a positive regard. Positive regards from parents would determine the personality of the children whether conditional or unconditional positive regards. The aim of this research is to determine the dynamics of the problems people with paranoid schizophrenia through humanistic paradigm approach. This is a single case qualitative research with case study as its method. Datas of research are retrieved integration techniques, which is combined observation, interview, and psychological tests. This study shows that paranoid schizophrenia is caused by the lost of dependency object who usually protect schizophrenic’s self-esteem. Conditional positive regards are the former caused of paranoid schizophrenia. As the absence of emotion focused coping and withdrawal tendency caused by conditional positive regards from parents, schizophrenic would form a delusion of persecution to maintain their self-esteem when the depencency object is gone. Delusions of persecution is used to decrease the incongruency between actual self and ideal self.

ABSTRACTInnovative behavior is driven by self-leadership, because employees can direct themselves to create ideas and solutions for their job. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of self-leadership training to improve employee innovative behavior. The subjects of this study were 10 employees who had innovative behavior in the medium and low categories. The research design used in this study was one group pretest-posttest design. The result show that in the paired sample t-test, t value was -8,533 (p < 0.05). Based on the results of research conducted, we can conclude self-leadership training can increase employee innovation. It is hoped that the company can use self-leadership training as an alternative to increase innovative behavior. In addition, further researchers are expected to involve the control group in order to make sure the effect of this treatment and can use another treatments to increase innovative behavior.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1) the relationship between self-control and bullying behavior, 2) the relationship between peer conformity and bullying behavior, 3) the joint relationship between self-control and peer conformity and bullying behavior. The research sample was 142 high school students who had bullied. Methods of data collection in this study using the bullying scale, self-control scale and conformity scale. Data analysis using product moment correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed there was: 1) Negative relationship between self-control and bullying behavior, the correlation was -0.622 (p<0.01); 2) Positive relationship between conformity and bullying, correlation value is 0.626 (p<0.01); 3) The relationship between self-control and conformity with bullying obtained an F value of 73,592 and a correlation coefficient of 0.717 (p<0.01) and the effective contribution of self-control and conformity to predict bullying in students is 51.4% while the remaining 48.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1) the relationship between work engagement and work-life balance for employees, 2) the relationship between workload and work-life balance for employees, 3) jointly between work engagement and workload and work-life balance. life balance for employees. The research sample was 52 employees at Bank X in the Marketing division. The data collection method in this study used the WLB scale, work engagement scale, and workload scale. Data analysis using product moment correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed: 1) There was a positive relationship between work engagement and Work Life Balance for employees, the correlation was 0.718 (p<0.01); 2) The negative relationship between workload and WLB, obtained a correlation value of 0.654 (p<0.01); 3) The joint relationship between work engagement and workload with WLB obtained an F value of 43.750 and a correlation coefficient of 0.801 (p<0.01) and effective contribution work engagement and workload to WLB is 51 .4% while the remaining 48.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

ABSTRACT An individual with antisocial personality disorder if meets the criteria in DSM V, such as a persistent pattern of violence, at least 18 years of age, conduct disorder, and the appearance of antisocial behavior without schizophrenia. Antisocial personality disorder is closely related to crimes committed by prisoners. This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics and personality disorders experienced by prisoners. In addition, the researchers also identified the factors that influence the disorder. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The participants were one prisoner in Lapas X with cases of robbery and murder. This research is equipped with data from interviews, observations, and several psychological test tools to enrich the research results. The results showed that the conditions and experiences experienced by participants from childhood to adulthood influenced the formation of antisocial personality disorder. Furthermore, there are factors that influence the formation of the disorder, both internally and externally to the participants

ABSTRACT Transsexuals are individuals who feel that they are born with the wrong biological sex and consider themselves to be a group of the opposite sex. The background factors are internal (natural) and external (family and environmental influences). This study aims as a case study to find out what causes self-acceptance of transsexuals at the Pondok Pesantren Waria Al-Fatah Yogyakarta. The research method used is qualitative research using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection methods. This study used 2 (two) subjects including students from the Pondok Pesantren Waria Al-Fatah Yogyakarta. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it can be concluded that transsexual self-acceptance can be influenced by social support such as support from the community where they live, support from friends and most importantly family support

ABSTRACTObjective of this research is to describe on how to construct the students’ report card at the SMPN 4 Kebumen, Central Java, based on the learning program evaluation. This report card portrays students’ progress on understanding all school subjects. This is a descriptive-qualitative research, and we use either observation or interview as a method to collect data. When interviewing the head master, teachers and some students, we use three postulates i.e. literation, numeric, and character. Those three postulates are the crucial content of the minimum competency assessment. It means that a success student should have at least those three competencies. This research revealed that the students’ report cards have already reflected those three minimum competencies. Majority students have good literation quality, high order thinking skill and ability to apply Pancasila (Indonesian basic ideology) in their daily life.
