Abstract

ABSTRACK In cases that are under the authority of the religious courts, there are several cases that are closely related to the rights of children, including the case of applying for a marriage dispensation. Marriage dispensation is a voluntary case in the form of concessions given by the court to prospective husbands and wives who have not reached the lowest age limit of 19 years. According to Article 7 paragraph (1) of Law no. 16 years old, boys and girls are 19 years old. However, if a man and a woman are less than 19 years old, their marriage is considered invalid by the State. If you are in an emergency situation, such as pregnant, afraid of adultery, embarrassed because you are not married, afraid of things that are prohibited by religion. Aims to find out the application of Law NO 16 of 2019. The results of the study explain that the panel of judges considers and makes a very fair decision to decide whether it is appropriate for a couple who applies for a dispensation to get a marriage dispensation. taking into account the circumstances of the two prospective brides both in terms of economic, social, health and others.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how important the curriculum is in the learning process at SMPIT Fatahillah Cirebon. This research uses qualitative research methods, based on descriptive studies. The result show that the curriculum plays an important role in the learning process at SMPIT Fatahillah Cirebon in order to create a structured learning atmosphere, facilitate educators in the teaching and learning process, facilitate educators in the process of making Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) and also so that schools and educators have achievement targets in learning. The curriculum at SMPIT Fatahillah Ciebon uses an internal curriculum and the curriculum is still in the process of being developed by the foundation team

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at MI Nurul Huda with the aim of describing the application of Civics learning methods by using picture media to improve the activities and learning outcomes of fifth graders in Civics learning themes adapted to KI and KD. The problem that becomes the background of this research is that students tend to be passive, because there is less interaction between students and teachers, the teacher is more focused on lectures so that students only listen during the learning process and the learning outcomes of class V students are still not good. This research is a qualitative research that uses a descriptive approach. Describing a phenomenon according to the actual situation experienced by the research subject, in this study the researcher wanted to describe how the Civics learning method used image media at MI Nurul Huda. Sources of research data how many observations and interviews. The results showed that the image media was effectively used in Civics learning and made students' learning motivation increase. Abstract

One of these coaching institutions for the art of reading the Alqur'an is the Majelis Ta'lim Daaru Ta'allumil Qur'an in the Kemanten Cirebon. Researchers choose this institution as objects in research due to seeing the high enthusiasm of students in learning the art of reading the Alqur’an. Which aims to understand how is the learning model for the art of reading the Alqur'an, especially at the elementary school level. Research methods is qualitative methods with descriptive study approaches, data collection techniques are observation for 25 days, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that the learning levels were divided into three classes. There are two kinds of art of reading the Alqur'an with seven nagham’s. The learning system applied are blended learning, repetition of maqro verse for 3-4 months at each meeting, differences in the selection of verses, and the beheading of words in each verse. Furthermore, scheduled activities are daily activities, weekly, annual and urgent activities such as special coaching for the Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) competition in certain institutions. And the learning method applied are the combination of the sima'i and tausyikh methods.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami tentang perihal macam pewarisan yang ada di Indonesia dan dimana surat keterangan waris itu dibuat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan menggunakan bahan hukum berupa peraturan Perundang-undangan, bahan hukum seperti buku-buku yang ditulis oleh para ahli dan penulis buku hukum dipilih yang relevan, bahan hukum lainnya yang dapat memberikan petunjuk atau pun penjelasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih berlaku Penggolongan-penggolongan dalam sistem hukum pewarisan di Indonesia, mengingat pluralnya hukum di Indonesia, pembagian golongan tersebut masih diakui keberadaannya sampai sekarang,maka hukum waris yang berlaku pun mengikuti golongan tersebut. Pertama, hukum waris menurut KUHPerdata atau BW, untuk golongan penduduk Eropa dan Timur Asing keturunan Tionghoa. Kedua, hukum waris menurut islam, untuk warga negara yang beragama islam. Yang ketiga, hukum waris menurut hukum adat setempat. Kata Kunci: Surat, Keterangan Waris, Penggolongan Penduduk, Sistem Waris

Abstract

The writing of this article explains the urgency of character education in the face of juvenile delinquency. This study was conducted on students of mi nurul huda. This research method uses descriptive methods with trigulation data collection techniques. Based on observations made, the formation of important characters is applied early on to prepare themselves so as not to be affected by association. Character education is not only with material but also requires habituation and monitoring of Teachers and parents.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam keberlangsungan dan kualitas lembaga pendidikan, komponen keuangan, dan pembiayaan merupakan salah satu indikator tercapainya tujuan lembaga pendidikan. Dengan adanya manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan yang baik merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan suatu lembaga pendidikan untuk memajukan serta meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Adapun tujuan pembahasan adalah untuk mengetahui sumber pembiayaan yang diperoleh MTs Annajah Kalimukti, mengetahui pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan di MTs Annajah Kalimukti, serta mengetahui pengawasan keuangan pendidikan di MTs Annajah Kalimukti. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan Kepala Sekolah MTs. Annajah Kalimukti. Teknis analisis data menggunakan observasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) Sumber dana pendidikan di MTs Annajah diperoleh dari 2 sumber, pertama dari dana BOS dan kedua dari usaha mandiri sekolah/kantin. 2) Pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan di MTs Annajah Kalimukti sama seperti pengelolaan umumnya. 3) Pengawasan keuangan pendidikan di MTs Annajah Kalimukti dilakukan oleh : pertama, Kementrian Agama Cirebon dan kedua, Yayasan Pendidikan Wakaf Islamiyah (YPWI) Pondok Pesantren Madinatunnajah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetuhi apakah implementasi prinsp-prinsip pendidikan islam sudah diterapkan secara baik atau sebaliknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada di sekolah. hasil penilitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan islam di SMPIT Fatahillah sudah cukup baik. Baik meliputi prinsip-prinsip jujur, adil, bertanggung jawab, ikhlas, amal ma’ruf nahi munkar dan hubungan pergaulan yang baik. 2) Prinsip manajemen pendidikan islam menurut Hasan Langgulung, salah satunya hubungan pergaulan yang baik. Dalam mewujudkan prinsip manajemen tersebut SMPIT membuat program apel pagi dan do’a bersama. Pertemuan dengan wali murid setiap 3 bulan sekali dan program wirausaha.

Abstract

All financial institutions, including KSPPS Perambabulan, in providing murabahah financing do not want their financing to be problematic, however problems often arise. This study aims to determine the strategy used by KSPPS Perambabulan Babadan in dealing with problematic murabahah financing. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Methods of data collection is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that KSPPS Perambabulan applied 3R (Restructuring, Rescheduling, Reconditioning) in dealing with problematic murabahah financing. In addition, if the above method does not work well, the cooperative will advise the customer to sell the collateral object, then the customer only needs to pay the principal to the cooperative. The remaining sales are the full rights of the customer. This strategy has been proven to be able to overcome the problematic murabahah financing problems that occur and have a good impact on the customer's responsibility in fulfilling their obligations.

Abstract

One of the efforts to alleviate poverty is to utilize zakat for productive businesses. This study aims to determine the effect of productive zakat on the level of the economy or the welfare of mustahik during the Covid-19 period by BAZNAS Cirebon Regency, and how to review the sharia economy. This type of research is a qualitative research with interview research methods, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with Baznas Cirebon district as the party authorized to collect and distribute zakat. The utilization of zakat for productive businesses is also divided into several forms, namely business capital in the form of money, production equipment, business loans, and training that supports entrepreneurship. This aims to optimize and maximize in running their business in accordance with the needs and business continuity of mustahik as the party who gets this productive zakat.
