Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang skema murur di Muzdalifah yang diterapkan pemerintah Indonesia pada pelaksanaan ibadah haji tahun 2024. Secara spesifik penelitian ini menganalisis Keputusan Pengurus Besar Harian Syuriah Tentang Hasil Bahtul Masail Al Diniyyah Al- Waqiiyah dengan menggunakan pendekatan moderasi beragama. Melalui studi literatur dan menerapkan metode analisis deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa murur di Muzdalifah merupakan aktualisasi dari moderasi beragama dalam pelaksanaan ibadah haji. Dari tiga pilar utama moderasi beragama; moderasi pemikiran, moderasi gerakan, dan moderasi perbuatan, murur di Muzdalifah termasuk dalam moderasi pemikiran. Murur di Muzdalifah sebagai bukti fleksibelitas pemahaman agama dalam memadukan konsep haji dengan kondisi jemaah haji tanpa menghilangkan substansi ibadah haji dan nilai-nilai spiritual yang mendasarinya dan dengan lahirnya keputusan Syuriah PBNU tentang murur di Muzdalifah memberi pandangan yang holistik dan inspiratif bagi umat muslim dalam menjalankan praktik ibadah yang lebih ramah dan inklusif di masa depan.

Abstract

One of the implementations of E-Government by the local government is the creation of the Dispar Ciamis Regency website, developed by the Ciamis Regency Government. This initiative aligns with Ciamis Regency Regional Regulation No. 19 of 2011, Article 27, which mandates the local government to provide various tourism information, legal protection, safety, comfort, and security for tourists. Therefore, the government is obliged to provide tourism-related information on the official website while considering user security, legal protection, comfort, and safety. This study utilizes the E-GovQual method to assess user satisfaction with the services provided by the Dispar Ciamis Regency website. A total of 54 responses were collected. The analysis methods employed include Scriptural Hash Table Analysis, Validity and Reliability Analysis, and Hypothesis Analysis. The study results indicate that the variables of usability, trust, interactive environment functionality, reliability, content, and information display, as well as citizen support, do not influence users' intention to use (REI), except for the content, information display, and citizen support variables, which influence user satisfaction (AS) or intention. Additionally, to enhance user trust in the Dispar Ciamis Regency website, it is necessary to include features that measure the level of understanding between the website administrators and users regarding each applicable rule or policy.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan persolan keterlibatan relasi kekuasaan dalam perencanaan pemekaran wilayah yang ditinjau berdasarkan sudup pandang filsafat pengetahuan, baik secara ontologi, epistimologi dan aksiologi yang belum banyak dikaji secara eskplisit. Metode yang digunakan ialah studi literatur , yang diperoleh dari beberapa jurnal, buku, dokumentasi, penelitian sebelumnya yang berkenaan dengan topic yang dibahas baik filsafat ilmu, perencanaan wilayah/kota, pemekaran wilayah. Relasi kekuasaan dalam perencanaan pemekaran wilayah secara ontologis memperdalami esensi pengetahuan dari hal yang diteliti, Eksistensi Wilayah menjadi bagian dari ontologis yang tidak akan lepas dari relasi kekuasaan yang menumbuhkan pengetahuan baru sebagai hakikat pengetahuan yang perlu diketahui secara menyeluruh. Secara epistimologis penelitian ini tentunya menggunakan metode atau cara ilmiah untuk memperoleh validitas suatu kebenaran penelitian dengan membahas keterlibatan aktor penguasa yang memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan menggunakan kuasa yang dimiliki dalam melakukan pemekaran wilayah yang berimplikasi besar pada hajat hidup orang banyak. Secara ontologis, penelitian ini tentunya perlu menekankan pada nilai (value), yang memiliki kegunaan dan manfaat yang dapat dirasakan oleh semua orang, dalam hal ini diharapkan penelitian ini bisa memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk aktor yang terlibat dalam pemekaran wilayah, sebagai dasar ilmiah dalam pengambilan keputusan atau decision making yang akan membantu mengantisipasi kegagalan pemekaran wilayah dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted nursing education, necessitating the development of virtual learning models and media to improve critical thinking and maternal nursing competencies. This study aimed to develop an interactive virtual learning model based on problem-based learning and to assess its effectiveness in enhancing nursing students' critical thinking skills in maternal nursing practice. The development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) was applied to create a virtual learning model. Data was collected using questionnaires to assess the validity and practicality of the developed model. The results demonstrated that the virtual learning model developed using the problem-based learning approach was valid for application in the learning process. After testing, the virtual learning model was found to be practical and effective in optimizing the implementation of learning and in improving student learning outcomes. The study concluded that the developed virtual learning model is a valid and practical tool for enhancing critical thinking skills and maternal nursing practice competencies. These findings contribute to addressing the knowledge gap in the literature regarding the effectiveness of virtual learning models in improving maternal nursing practice competencies, particularly in the context of critical thinking. This study highlights the importance of integrating technology and innovative learning approaches to adapt to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and prepare nursing students for the demands of the 21st century.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether traders in Ujung Berung Market carry out buying and selling activities in accordance with the hadith of Islamic business ethics, which include honesty, trustworthiness, fairness, not selling prohibited goods, not swearing falsely, and not committing najasy (fraud) acts. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation involving 25 traders, 3 buyers, and 2 market administrators as samples from a total of 250 traders. The results of the study indicate that most traders in Ujung Berung Market understand the principles of Islamic business ethics, although some only know the basics. Although there are traders who have never violated, there are also traders who still carry out buying and selling practices that are contrary to the hadith of business ethics. In conclusion, traders in this market generally know the hadith of Islamic business ethics, although their understanding is often limited to the basics, and there are still buying and selling practices that are not in accordance with the hadith. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah para pedagang di Pasar Ujung Berung menjalankan aktivitas jual beli sesuai dengan hadis etika bisnis Islam, yang mencakup sikap jujur, amanah, adil, tidak menjual barang haram, tidak bersumpah palsu, dan tidak melakukan perbuatan najasy (penipuan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan 25 pedagang, 3 pembeli, dan 2 pengurus pasar sebagai sampel dari total 250 pedagang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pedagang di Pasar Ujung Berung memahami prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam, meskipun sebagian hanya mengetahui dasarnya saja. Meskipun ada pedagang yang tidak pernah melanggar, terdapat juga pedagang yang masih melakukan praktik jual beli yang bertentangan dengan hadis etika bisnis. Kesimpulannya, para pedagang di pasar ini umumnya mengetahui hadis etika bisnis Islam, meskipun pemahaman mereka sering kali terbatas pada dasar-dasarnya, dan masih ada praktik jual beli yang tidak sesuai dengan hadis tersebut

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of an English learning management system aimed at accelerating student competency at MAN 2 Mataram. This study analyzes aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling in the English learning process in an accelerated program tailored for language track students. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis at MAN 2 Mataram, a leading Islamic high school in Mataram. The findings indicate that effective planning and organizing are essential to adapting the curriculum to the needs of diverse students, especially those with high cognitive abilities. The English curriculum is tailored to emphasize essential materials, allowing students to learn in an accelerated manner without being distracted by less relevant content. The implementation is supported by motivated and well-trained teachers, who use a variety of teaching methods to encourage active learning. However, this study identified several challenges, including limited resources and varying levels of student readiness, which were addressed through targeted interventions and continuous teacher supervision. This study concludes that a well-managed learning system, supported by a strong curriculum and effective teaching strategies, can significantly improve students' competency in English, especially in an accelerated learning environment. These findings provide valuable insights for educators and policy makers aiming to improve educational outcomes in similar contexts.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of supervision and management training on the performance of police officers at Nkurenkuru Police Station, focusing on improving law enforcement effectiveness. Conducted in the Kavango West Region of Namibia, the study aims to understand how training programs influence personnel performance. Qualitative research methods were employed, using semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis for data interpretation. The findings highlight a complex relationship between supervision and management training and police officer performance. While acknowledging some positive impacts of the training, the study identifies various obstacles that hinder its full effectiveness. These challenges include resource limitations, lack of follow-up support, administrative burdens, resistance to change, inadequate integration of training, and heavy workloads. The study suggests the importance of a comprehensive approach to supervision and management training tailored to the needs of law enforcement agencies. Recommendations include customising training programs, increasing participant engagement, and establishing consistent follow-up mechanisms. These insights are not only relevant to Nkurenkuru Police Station but also offer valuable lessons for law enforcement agencies worldwide seeking to optimise their performance through effective training strategies.

Abstract

This study discusses a cryptocurrency model that is in accordance with Islamic sharia principles. The study was conducted using a qualitative method involving interviews with experts in digital technology and Islamic finance, as well as secondary data analysis from various literatures. The results of the study show differences in the views of scholars regarding the permissibility of cryptocurrency, where some state it is halal, some are haram, and others are neutral. The elements that make cryptocurrencycontroversial in sharia include uncertainty, excessive speculation, and the absence of supporting assets. This study offers a halal cryptocurrency model that is free from gharar, maysir, has supporting assets, is under the supervision of sharia authorities, is transparent, safe, free from usury, and is supported by fatwas. This model aims to provide a halal alternative for Muslims in transacting using modern cryptocurrency technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of admission pathways (SPAN PTKIN, UM PTKIN, and Independent) on students' academic performance at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung for the 2022 and 2023 cohorts. The research evaluates academic indicators such as GPA, credits taken, participation in seminars, and organisational involvement. Using a mixed-method design, quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 560 students. Data were analysed with ANOVA and post hoc Games-Howell tests, while qualitative data explored students’ perceptions. Results indicate no significant differences in GPA, credits taken, seminar participation, or organisational involvement among students from different admission pathways. However, significant differences were found in the intensity of the study between UM-PTKIN and independent pathways. These findings suggest that UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung has successfully implemented an inclusive education system, ensuring equal opportunities for all students regardless of their admission pathway. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of admission pathways on student performance at PTKIN, contributing to the discourse on higher education inclusivity in Indonesia.
