Abstract

General Background Accurate clinical documentation is crucial for healthcare service quality and patient safety. Specific Background High administrative volumes often cause inconsistencies in data entry among hospital personnel. Knowledge Gap Previous studies tend to evaluate administrative burdens and procedural adherence separately rather than assessing their simultaneous interaction on documentation precision. Aims This quantitative research analyzes how administrative workloads and procedural adherence dictate data entry precision at Bintang Amin Hospital. Results An analytical survey utilizing multiple linear regression on 78 purposively sampled respondents revealed that excessive administrative workloads significantly reduce documentation precision. Conversely, strict procedural adherence significantly increases data precision. Simultaneously, these two factors account for 77.5 percent of the variance in overall documentation precision. Novelty The primary innovation lies in evaluating the simultaneous interaction of administrative pressure and standard operating procedure adherence on clinical documentation precision using Method of Successive Interval data transformation. Implications Healthcare facilities must optimize task distribution and reinforce a strict procedural adherence culture to guarantee clinical data precision and ensure patient safety. Highlights Excessive administrative tasks significantly reduce the precision of healthcare documentation. Strict adherence to standard operating procedures strongly dictates clinical data quality. Task management and disciplinary culture simultaneously govern overall information precision. Keywords Workload; Staff Compliance; Medical Records; Documentation Accuracy; Hospital Administration

Abstract

General Background Teacher professionalism is central to educational quality, while digital transformation requires Islamic Religious Education teachers to combine pedagogical competence with technological adaptability and moral-spiritual responsibility. Specific Background Contemporary PAI teachers face rapid digitalization, changing social conditions, administrative burdens, unequal digital literacy, and limited access to professional training. Knowledge Gap Previous studies remain fragmented, commonly examining pedagogical or professional competence separately and providing limited integration of continuous professional development, digital literacy, Islamic values, and Society 5.0 demands within a comprehensive framework. Aims This qualitative study examines the current development of PAI teacher competence and professionalism, the factors shaping that development, and adaptive strategies relevant to contemporary education through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving teachers, principals, and students. Results Four central dimensions emerged: strengthened pedagogical competence, improved digital competence, cultivation of spirituality and exemplary character, and active participation in professional learning communities and continuous professional development. Barriers included restricted training access, administrative workload, and differences in computer literacy. Novelty The study frames PAI teacher professionalism as an integrated multidimensional process combining pedagogical, professional, social, spiritual, and digital competencies. Implications Educational institutions and government agencies should provide systematic, equitable, and sustained support for digital professional development, academic culture, professional learning communities, spiritual development, and context-responsive training. Highlights: Pedagogical capability, technology literacy, spiritual exemplarity, plus continuous learning formed four central dimensions. Restricted training access, administrative workload, plus uneven computer literacy remained primary barriers. Student-centered instruction, project-based learning, authentic assessment, plus online media reflected a transformative paradigm. Keywords: Islamic Religious Education, Teachers, Competency Development.

Abstract

General Background: Live shopping requires capable human resources because live hosts are directly involved in real-time consumer interaction, product presentation, and maintaining performance during streaming activities. Specific Background: The study context shows a consistent decline in live host performance throughout 2025, accompanied by indications of declining motivation and perceived inequity in the compensation system. Knowledge Gap: Previous research has shown inconsistent relationships between motivation, compensation, and employee performance, indicating the need to examine job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship with live host performance. Aims: This study aims to examine the relationships of motivation and compensation with live host performance and investigate the mediating role of job satisfaction. Results: A quantitative causal-associative design was employed with 45 active live hosts selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Motivation demonstrated a positive and significant relationship with performance (β = 0.296; p = 0.003), while compensation also demonstrated a positive and significant relationship with performance (β = 0.322; p = 0.000). Job satisfaction partially mediated the relationships of motivation (β = 0.209; p = 0.004) and compensation (β = 0.139; p = 0.013) with performance. Novelty: This study positions job satisfaction as a partial mediator between motivation, compensation, and live host performance in the digital creative industry. Implications: The findings provide theoretical contributions to human resource management and practical considerations for sustaining live host performance Highlights: Challenging work emerged as the dominant motivation factor. Workplace facilities were the dominant compensation factor. Supervision represented the dominant job satisfaction factor. Keywords: Motivation, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Performance, Host Live

Abstract

General Background Divorce generates continuing economic obligations toward former wives and children, making postdivorce maintenance a central concern in religious court proceedings. Specific Background Indonesian judges may exercise ex officio authority to determine maintenance even when it is not expressly requested, provided legal requirements and trial facts support such intervention. Knowledge Gap Previous studies have predominantly emphasized normative foundations and judicial authority, while empirical evidence concerning courtroom application, maintenance determination, implementation constraints, and the roles of judicial actors remains limited. Aims This empirical legal study examines the implementation of ex officio judicial authority in fulfilling postdivorce maintenance rights at the Malang Regency Religious Court and identifies factors shaping its application through a socio-legal approach, interviews, documentation, and legal literature. Results Ex officio authority functions as a legal protection mechanism based on trial facts, the husband’s economic capacity, the needs of former wives and children, proportionality, and child welfare. Its implementation is shaped by legal awareness, evidence of economic capacity, mediation, and judgment enforcement. Novelty The study proposes an integrated strengthening model comprising normative foundations, evidentiary reinforcement, procedural reinforcement, and judgment enforcement. Implications Religious courts should strengthen fact-finding capacity, legal aid services, mediation, and interinstitutional coordination to support the actual realization of maintenance entitlements after divorce. Highlights: Four implementation determinants emerged: legal awareness, proof of husbands’ economic capacity, mediation, and judgment enforcement. Awards depend on courtroom facts, financial ability, claimant needs, proportionality, and child welfare considerations. The proposed model integrates normative grounding, evidentiary quality, procedural coordination, and execution of decisions. Keywords: Ex Officio Judge, Maintenance Rights, Divorce.

Abstract

General Background Profitability is a central indicator of corporate financial performance, while liquidity, capital structure, and firm size represent key internal financial characteristics. Specific Background Indonesian Food and Beverage companies experienced a decline in average Return on Assets from 5.28% in 2022 to 2.39% in 2025, increasing the relevance of examining internal financial determinants. Knowledge Gap Prior studies report inconsistent findings regarding liquidity and capital structure, suggesting that contextual factors, including firm size, require further examination. Aims This study examines liquidity and capital structure in relation to profitability, with firm size as a moderating variable, among Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2022–2025. Using secondary financial-statement data, 252 observations were initially selected through purposive sampling, with 223 retained after outlier elimination and analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis. Results Liquidity was not significant (β = 1.631; p = 0.076), whereas capital structure showed a negative significant coefficient (β = −2.304; p = 0.001). Firm size weakened the liquidity–profitability relationship (β = −1.929; p = 0.004) but did not moderate the capital structure–profitability relationship (β = −0.775; p = 0.084). The model explained 26.7% of profitability variation. Novelty The study tests firm size as a contextual moderator of two financial determinants within the 2022–2025 Indonesian Food and Beverage subsector. Implications The findings support careful debt management and indicate that asset scale does not remove the profitability consequences associated with capital structure. Highlights: Current ratio was statistically nonsignificant at β = 1.631 and p = 0.076. Debt-to-equity ratio recorded a negative significant coefficient of −2.304 at p = 0.001. Firm size weakened the current-ratio–ROA linkage but did not moderate the debt-to-equity–ROA linkage. Keywords: Liquidity, Capital Structure, Firm Size, Profitability, Moderated Regression Analysis

Abstract

General Background:Blood services are essential to healthcare because they are directly connected to human safety, the right to life, and access to safe medical treatment. Specific Background:Mass blood donation contributes to national blood availability but may expose recipients to transmissible diseases, including HIV, when screening and safety standards are not consistently applied, placing legal responsibility on the Indonesian Red Cross as a blood-service provider. Knowledge Gap:Previous studies addressed blood screening, medical confidentiality, or institutional responsibility separately, without a specific and comprehensive examination of the development of the Indonesian Red Cross’s legal responsibility for blood safety in mass donation activities involving HIV risk. Aims:This normative legal study examines the development of legal regulation and Indonesian Red Cross responsibility through historical and statutory approaches, comparing Law Number 36 of 2009 and Law Number 17 of 2023 alongside related blood-service and human-rights regulations. Results:Law Number 17 of 2023 provides stronger provisions on safety, quality assurance, supervision, donor consent, and accountability, while retaining the Indonesian Red Cross as an authorized provider within a broader system of blood-service organizers. Its responsibility extends beyond humanitarian service to a legal obligation to protect the right to health and the right to life. Novelty:The study integrates normative legal analysis, public-health risk, mass blood donation practice, HIV-related screening, and legal consequences of negligence. Implications:Consistent implementation, rigorous screening, quality assurance, and sustained supervision are required to secure safe transfusion services and legal protection for donors and recipients. Highlights: The newer regulatory framework requires stricter quality assurance and supervision. PMI duties extend beyond humanitarian service to legally enforceable obligations protecting life. Consistent implementation and screening remainessential to safeguard transfusion recipients from HIV transmission Keywords: Indonesian Red Cross; blood safety; mass blood donation; legal responsibility; HIV transmission

Abstract

General Background Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia face growing organizational pressure amid curriculum reform and broader educational change. Specific Background Existing research predominantly treats occupational stress as harmful, although positive organizational psychology recognizes eustress as a potentially constructive response to manageable demands. Knowledge Gap Research on Islamic education remains fragmented across burnout, psychological capital, stress, and performance, with no systematic synthesis positioning eustress as a positive organizational resource in this context. Aims Using a PRISMA-guided systematic literature review of peer-reviewed studies published from 2015 to 2024 and sourced from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, this study identifies conceptual foundations, performance mechanisms, moderating factors, and a practical management model grounded in Islamic educational values. Results Three interconnected mechanisms were identified: strengthened intrinsic motivation, stronger self-efficacy, and development of an adaptive organizational climate aligned with amanah and istiqamah. Transformational-Islamic leadership and colleague support emerged as key moderators of eustress appraisal. Novelty The study proposes the School-Based Eustress Management Model, integrating psychological capital development, value-based meaning, and protective leadership and administration as a contextually grounded conceptual framework. Implications The model offers a basis for teacher development and institutional policy, but it is intended for future empirical testing rather than as a validated intervention. Highlights: Intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy, plus adaptive climate emerged as three central mechanisms. Transformational religious leadership together with colleague support moderated appraisal of constructive pressure. MMEBS integrates psychological capital, value-based meaning, plus protective administration but remains empirically unvalidated. Keywords: Eustress, Organizational Performance, Islamic Education, Work Motivation, Stress Management.

Abstract

General Background The growing number of registered taxpayers increases demand for tax professionals, while the number of tax consultants remains comparatively limited. Specific Background Accounting graduates possess competencies relevant to taxation but consider multiple internal and external factors when choosing a professional pathway. Knowledge Gap Previous findings regarding work environment, self-motivation, self-efficacy, and tax knowledge are inconsistent and are frequently based on students or professions other than tax consulting. Aims Grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior, this quantitative survey examines work environment, self-motivation, self-efficacy, and tax knowledge in relation to interest in pursuing a tax consultant career among 168 accounting graduates. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 26. Results Work environment, self-motivation, and tax knowledge showed positive and significant statistical relationships with career interest, whereas self-efficacy was not statistically significant. Simultaneously, the four variables were significant and accounted for 63% of the variation in career interest. The findings indicate stronger roles for subjective norm and attitude toward behavior than for perceived behavioral control. Novelty The study applies the Theory of Planned Behavior to accounting graduates rather than limiting analysis to students and jointly examines internal and external career-choice factors in the tax consulting context. Implications Career development initiatives can prioritize supportive work conditions, intrinsic motivation, and tax knowledge, while future research should examine additional variables and alternative analytical approaches. Highlights: Work environment, intrinsic motivation, plus fiscal knowledge showed positive significant coefficients. The four-factor model jointly explained 63% of variance within the dependent outcome. Subjective norm plus attitude toward behavior were more prominent than perceived behavioral control. Keywords: Career Interest, Self-Efficacy, Self-Motivation, Tax Knowledge, Work Environment
