Abstract

This research is a quantitative study using sun,ey research methods to the population. Respondents data were tested using the test of assumptions of classical instruments. analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple correlation analysis and determination analysis used in order to see the relationship and influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. Independent variables in this study is organizational culture, leadership, and motivation, while the dependent variable is performance. This research tests the hypothesis using simultaneous and partial. Based on the results of research and the discussion shows there is a significant variable influences organizational culture, leadership, and motivation integratedly on the perforrnance of employees of PT. Bank Panin Tbk Pangkalpinang Branch, it can be seen from the results of I: test with the significant/probability (0.000) <a (0.05) and Fhitung (9.274)> Frabel (2.883), these results shows that integratedly the organizational culture, leadership, and motivation have a signific effect on performance. Multiple regression equation was Y = 11.916 + 0.576 X1 + 0.086 0.078 X3. The value R = 0.863, which means the influence of organizational culture, leaders p and motivation integraledly have a very strong relationship to performance. Determination coefficient = 0.745, this value can be defined that 74.5% of performance vanables •an be explained by organizational culture, leadership, and motivation integratedly, the remaming 25.5% of the other variables not included in the research.

Abstract

Peranan insentif terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan merupakan salah satu sarana yang dapat memotivasi untuk bekeija lebth bersemangat sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktifitas kelja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh insentif terhadap produktifitas keija karya wan pada PT.Eka Sari Lorena Transport Populasi penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan jumlah insentif dan produktifitas kerja karyawan yang dmllrkr penisahaan sejak perusahaan berdiri. Sampel penelitian ini adalah data junilah insentg data jumlah karyawan, dan data jumlah produksi, serta jumlah produktifitas keija karyawan selama 10 tahun 2001 - 2011. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada karyawan PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh insentif terhadap produktifiias keija karyawan sangat kuat dan positil yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pen garuh insentif terhadap produktifitas keija karyawan pada PT. Eka Sari Lorena Transport. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh atau persentasi konfribusi insentifterhadap produktifitas keija karyawan. Kata Kunci Insentif dan Produktifitas

Abstract

Problems Identified in this study are : (1) How does the internal environment RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot ? ; (2) How External environment RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot ? (3) How to formulate a marketing strategy on RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot ? ; (4) How does the syatem marketing information on RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot ?. Hermina Daan Mogot RSIA hospital that specialized in maternal and child health. In support of its activities, marketing strategy is needed which can be used as a guide for hospitals to implement marketing activities. Therefore, it is important for hospitals to find out how internal and external environment influences companies to produce the correct marketing strategy for the company. Methodology in carrying out the author traveled through one step method. Method of descriptive method with a type study examples on RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot. The study was conducted on the basis of a survey by interviewing and questionnaires for staff and management at the secondary and higher. When analyzing data matrix Aids CRM/EFAS, SWOT diagrams, internal-external matrix and SWOT matrix. On the basis of the analysis was done, the alternative strategies that should be run hospital consolidation strategy. This strategy can be realized by increasing advertising in the media more effectively. To support this strategy, the authors analyze the marketing executive information systems. This system is expected to need Executive reporting in the form of charts and tables that have been completed at the site expand and drill through can be met, so that managers can get the data and information as possible in accordance with their needs.

Abstract

The aimed of the research was determined the level of work stress of PT. Bank Danamon employees, Balikpapan Branch, East Kalimantan psychologically, physically and total. Analyzing the influence of generating stress factors on employment status, interpersonal relationship, career development and role ambiguity. 60 random respondents assigned. They were permanent and temporary employees. Result of analysis showed that employee work stress was not influenced by employment status, but interpersonal relationship, career development and role ambiguity influenced stress sympthoms psychologically, physically and total. The amount of influence of each variable differ each other, while interpersonal relationship significantly influenced on the emerge of stress sympthoms. Abstract

Researh titled Analysis of Service Quality Satisfaction Passenger Air Transportation. The primary data used 100 respondents from PT. Garuda, 30 respondents from PT Bouraqe, and 50 resondents from PT Lion. The study aims to determine the effectof service qality on customer satisfaction. By using the method of comparing the level of compliance with the level of service performance to the level of interest or customer expectations. The result showed that 86 percent concordance rate for the international flight (Garuda Airline) and 91 percent for thhe domestic flight.

Abstract

Dalam setiap perusahaan sumberdaya manusia merupakan asset yang sangat penting. Karena peranannya sangat menentukan bagi berhasil atau tidaknya perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Selain itu keberhasilan dari suatu perusahaan juga sangat dipcngaruhi oleh kemampuan dan kemauan dari setiap karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Namun, masalah yang dihadapi oleh setiap perusahaan saat ini adalah masih banyaknya karyawan mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan yang rendah dan keterampilan yang kurang memadai, sehingga sulit untuk mengkoordinir tujuan-tujuan yang ada sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan, perusahaan publik harus merubah posisi dan peran (revitalisasi) dalam memberikan pelayanan. Sumber daya merupakan kunci pokok yang harus diperhatikan dengan segala kebutuhannya. Sebagai kunci pokok, sumber daya manusia akan menentukan keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan instansi/organisast.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat karakteristik para manager pengusaha yang ada di Jakarta. Manager dibagi menjadi manajer puncak, manajer menengah, dan manajer terendah -dan untuk mengetahui profil dari para manajer.Untuk menjadi profesional, seorang manajer membutuhkan keahlian tertentu yang bisa diambil -dari pelatihan manajemen, pengalaman kerja dan keterampilan, manajer harus memiliki karakter tertentu yang membuatnya unggul,Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, data diambil dari sampel yang menggunakan metode yang berdasarkan kemudahan. Ada empat puluh tiga data yang dikumpulkan yang ditabulasikan dalam tabel "ringkasan tabel nilai" yang telah disiapkan oleh lembaga industri skala kecil, Universitas Philippina dalam menentukan skor yang selanjutnya menentukan tingkat rata-rata pengusaha itu, pada tingkat manajer yang * lebih rendah, manajer yang dipilih adalah memiliki karakteristik pengusaha kurang, sedangkan -manajer tingkat menengah memiliki cukup karakteristik sebagai pengusaha. Abstract

This study aimed to test the significant relationship between the size of the company, company profiles and industry types with depreciation methods. The sarnple in this.tudy is a publicly traded company that is listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSE) as many as 63 companies. The method used in this study is aimed at sampling (purposive sampling), one type of sampling aims (purposive sampling) used in this study was a purposive sample (judgment sampling). Collecting data using secondary sources (books, journals, and other literature that is still associated with the title). Contingency coefficient or Contingency Coefficient (C) is used to test the hypothesis and the results showed that (1) there is no significant relationship bet-ween firm size variable with variable depreciation method, (2) there is no significant relationship between the variables of company profiles with variable depreciation method, and (3) there is no significant relationship between the variable types of industries with variable depreciation method.    Keywords: company size, company profiles, industry types, methods of depreciation.

Abstract

This study examines theeffect oftotal bank assetsonthe bank's position on the sepesifikasi LQ45 comparative descriptive study. Source datafromthe Indonesia-Stock ExchangeandBanklndonesiaby usingsecondary data. The results show that: first, the influence ofthe total assets ofthe banktothe bank's positiononLQ45be disclosed. second, the total assets ofthe bankhad no effect onthe bank's positioninLQ45. Third, businesseshave not fullyincludetotal assetsas datain making decisionsfor tradingon the sharesof bankswith assetsin Indonesia.
