Politea : Jurnal Pemikiran Politik Islam is peer-reviewed and open access journal published by Department of Islamic Political Thought, Faculty of Da’wah and Islamic Communication, Sunan Kudus Islamic State University. <![CDATA[Tanah merupakan harta berharga yang dapat dimanfaatkan melalui wakaf untuk kepentingan individu, sosial, dan agama. Di Indonesia, praktik wakaf tanah sering menghadapi masalah hukum karena kurangnya perlindungan hukum sebab sifat hartanya yang abadi dan berharga serta dapat dimanfaatkan di masyarakat, sehingga pelaksanaannya belum berbasis keadilan. Melalui penelitian ini, dianalisis bagaimana kaitan kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia dengan hukum wakaf tanah supaya dapat ditegakkan secara adil di masyarakat. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penetapan kebijakan pemerintah dalam bentuk perundang-undangan, yang digunakan sebagai landasan/pedoman dalam berwakaf tanah. Manfaat penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai ide dasar pemerintah dalam mewujudkan hukum yang berkeadilan. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian library research dan pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini memerlukan data sekunder untuk pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah mengenai hukum wakaf tanah bertujuan memberikan kepastian hukum, mengharmonisasikan hukum negara dan agama, serta menyelesaikan sengketa wakaf. Kebijakan ini meliputi regulasi wakaf yang dinamis, sesuai dengan tuntutan dan transformasi hukum Islam ke dalam sistem hukum nasional, untuk mewujudkan penegakan hukum yang adil.]]>

<![CDATA[The politics of Muslim identity in Germany and France. Islam is a universal religion. It became a religion that grew very rapidly in Europe. Germany and France are countries in Europe affected by Islamic growth. This happens because of many factors, such as the entry of Muslim immigrants, conversion to Islam, and others. This research, firstly, comprehensively describes the concept of Islamic political identity in Germany and France. Second, analyzing it in a descriptive-substantive way to find the ideal pattern of the concept of Islamic political identity in Germany and France. This type of research is a literature study with a qualitative approach to the nature of descriptive-analytical research. This study found that the development of Islam in Germany and France was supported by policies in favor of Muslims, specifically regarding the establishment of places of worship and social and cultural relations. However, the absence of formal religious infrastructure and dealing with secularization are something that needs attention. German and French Muslims make religious ideologies and symbols, such as mosques, their political endeavors.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discussed the policies of the Indonesian government in dealing with the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) after the events of 212 from 2016 to 2021. The purpose of this study is to understand the state's attitude towards these movements, both in terms of repression strategies and tactics used to suppress social movements. , because of that the government carried out repression against FPI after the incident. year 212. Meanwhile, the method used in this paper is a case study type or model as part of a qualitative research using the concept of state repression against FPI after the events of 212. The data to be used is through a literature study from books, journals, and media reports, as well as official sources belonging to the government and social movements that are the object of study in this research. In reviewing state policy towards the Islamic Defenders Front movement, Boykoff's approach. The results of this study are the Jokowi government's policy of carrying out a repressive strategy against the FPI to drain resources (resource depletion) by committing violence against activists, detaining, and making extraordinary, stigmatizing, and intimidating rules and laws.]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini mencoba memotret sebuah fenomena kepemimpinan lokal dari seorang Walikota-Wakil Walikota yang menang pilkada melalui jalur independen dan upaya sungguh untuk mengimplementasikan kaidah “tasharruf al-imam ‘ala al-ra’iyah manuthun bi al-maslahah” (tindakan seorang penguasa atas rakyatnya harus berorientasi pada kemaslahatan). Pembahasan ini dipandang penting dan menarik mengingat kemenangan Wahdi-Qomaru merupakan sebuah anomali proses politik di Metro. Permasalahan utama kajian ini adalah sejauhmana upaya yang dilakukan Wahdi-Qomaru untuk menerapkan praktik nyata dari kaidah diatas dengan mengacu pada empat indikator utama yaitu menolak maju kontestasi melalui jalur partai, tetap fokus pada agenda padat maslahat walaupun dianggap tidak populis dan minim citra politik, enggan menjadi pengurus partai setelah menjabat dan mewujudkan janji kampanye dengan mengukir prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini berupa riset kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif tematik dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumentatif. Data diolah dan dianalisis secara mendalam untuk menghasilkan temuan sealigus kebaharuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian mendapati bahwa Wahdi-Qomaru dinilai berhasil membuat role model praktik politik yang unik dan berkesan dengan model pendekatan kemandirian terutama di jalur komunikasi politik. Kamandirian politik Wahdi-Qomaru berdampak baik pada corak kepemimpinan mereka berdua yang tetap harmonis dan komunikatif terhadap para elit partai dan mitra pemerintah daerah sekaligus berhasil mengukir banyak prestasi dan capaian terutama pada tata kelola pemerintahan.]]>

Islam has a comprehensive concept in all aspects of life, one of the aspect is politics (siyasa) that discusses the concept of the state, the exercise of power, who deserves to exercise power, how much power they can have, and the characteristics and objectives of Islamic politics itself. Political party is a superstructure in a political system that carries out several strategic functions, including political socialization, political recruitment, political articulation and aggregation of interests. Political party also has an important position in the policy making process. <![CDATA[Strategic Dimensions of Public Administration in Islam. Public administration as the work of government to governance all resources in serving public to gain public welfare. Therefore there are some strategic dimensions concerning to the governance of public administration such as public policy, structure of organization, management, ethic, environment and performance. Those dimensions would not running and inter connected well, when the values are different and bad behaviour such as corruption, laziness, ego, still become apart of public administrators. The value of Islam as the believe to Allah, guide the human to life and work well, dependently or independently. Islam govern the society to runs Allah’s rules in their daily life. This paper through literature research tried to explaining how the values of Islam covering the strategic dimensions in public administration. As a moslem country, Indonesia needs to understand how’s the values of Islam and how to implement the values in their daily lives. <![CDATA[A Kiai has a high position both socially and spiritually that affects the power of influence over society's choices. The writing was intended to analyze the travel process of hegemoni by Kiai as a sales figure for the golongan karya political party. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative through interviews and observations at the Darul Ma 'arif village Payaman Solokuro Lamongan. The hegemonic theory of Antonio gramsci was used as a basis for analysis. The final result is that the hegemoni sequence of Kiai is absorbed in two parts. This division is based on the difference in age and background. The first group is a society that is over 60 years old and hegemoni is taking a spiritual approach. Its real form, the practice of hegemony was melted down during recruitment. Intellectual ramming is directed as a measure of obedience to the strings to receive a blessing. The second group is scolars and educators. Hegemoni in this group uses discussion forums or coordination meetings by all members of the foundation. The hegemonic column for the educated and more rational group of educators. The real inversion, ramming was done by showing a good track record by the golongan karya party.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana kalangan umat Islam di Indonesia merespon penerapan sistem demokrasi dari masa awal kemerdekaan hingga masa reformasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode sejarah dengan tahapan heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa di masa awal kemerdekaan secara umum para tokoh Islam di Indonesia menyepakati penerapan sistem demokrasi dengan catatan bahwa dasar negara haruslah berdasarkan Islam. Namun di masa Orde Baru muncul generasi baru yang berpaham Salafi yang secara lugas justru menolak sistem demokrasi dan menganggapnya bertentangan dengan Islam. Padahal generasi baru yang berpaham Salafi ini pun lahir dari organisasi Islam modernis, yang di masa awal kemerdekaan itu menerima dan memperjuangkan demokrasi di Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan dan keberagamaan dari kalangan umat Islam, khususnya beberapa kelompok Islam modernis, dalam merespon dan memaknai ajaran Islam dalam kaitannya dengan pemikiran politik.]]>

<![CDATA[The Transnational Movement of Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and Palestine.The Muslim Brotherhood is a large transnational movement in the Middle East. Its influence is very strong in education, then extends to the fields of politics, economics, and culture. This research will map the position of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, trace geneology, and the concept of movement. In addition, it also analyzes the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and its influence on the social and political changes of Palestine. This will be explained using a descriptive analysis approach. This study concluded that the policies of the ruling leaders in Egypt experienced changes and ups and downs, especially in pre and post-revolution. This is related to its interaction with the Muslim Brotherhood. The struggle of the Muslim Brotherhood with the Egyptian government is often colored by conspiracies, oppression, which are then greeted with demonstrations and competition for power.]]>

<![CDATA[UN Security Council resolution no. 2334 is issued to resolve the conflict between Palestine and Israel. This resolution contains orders for Israel to halt the expansion of settlements and to stop the demolition of Palestinian homes. Basically, the resolution aims to defuse conflict and to create peace in the region. The expected peaceful situation will affect security for humans. Therefore, this paper will analyze UN Security Council resolution no. 2334 with a human security approach. This paper finds that UN Security Council resolution 2334 fulfilled the indicator of human security approach because the resolution urges the parties to comply with the laws of Geneva Convention IV, international humanitarian law, the opinion of the International Court of Justice, the Quartet Roadmap, as well as many previous resolutions. All international instruments that are mentioned are focused on discussion to protect human in economic, food, health, environmental, personal, community, political and human rights. However, in practice, this resolution met many obstacles, and even tended to be ignored by Israel. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out through a literature review.]]>
