Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the relationship between social support and burnout of students’ learning of Grade XI students SMA N 4 Yogyakarta year 2015-2016. The research used quantitative approach and the type of research was correlation. Subject of the research were 258 students of grade XI SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. In addition, the sampling technique was cluster random sampling. The samples consisted of 5 classes of 146 students. The data collection used was social support and burn out scale. The validity was referred to expert judgment in social support scale meanwhile burnout learning had validity rate of P>0,01. The reliability test result using Cronbach Alpha was 0,862 for burnout learning and 0,946 in social support scale. Data analysis of the research used Pearson’s product moment using SPSS for Windows version 22.0. The result of the research showed the negative relationship and significant between social support burnout learning of grade XI students SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta, the relationship correlation value was -0,417 as the significance was p=0.000<0,05, means that the higher the social support is the lower burnout learning and vice versa. The determinant value (R square) was 0,714 could be defined as social support gave contribution of 17,4 % against burnout. The rest of 82,6% variable was caused by other variables in this research.

Abstract

General elections or elections that occur in Indonesia are held regularly every 5 years, in which the general election is held in 2024, in general elections the people give their aspirations to vote to elect members of the executive and legislative members, so that members of the legislative and executive candidates register themselves with the General Election Commission (KPU) thus prospective legislative and executive members must follow the regulations issued by the KPU. Through the normative juridical research method, the approach is very relevant in examining campaign implementation deviations from the perspective of administrative law and criminal law. The practice of legislative elections still has deviations from the law by legislative and executive candidates thus the consequences obtained by the candidates and also the role of Bawaslu must be for the affirmation of deviations in the 2024 general election.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of education in shaping the social and cultural values of students in elementary schools in Ogan Komering Ilir district, Sumatera Selatan. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The results of this research are the role of education in forming social values and cultural values, teachers' strategies in integrating social values and cultural values in learning, teachers' challenges in forming students' social values and cultural values, as well as examples of social values and cultural values that students must preserve. Education has an important role in forming students' social and cultural values at school. During the learning process, teachers can always remind students of the importance of caring for others so that the goal of maintaining social and cultural values can be realized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat partisipasi diskusi Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi kegiatan diskusi pada perkuliahan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui arti partisipasi diskusi mahasiswa, mengetahui tujuan partisipasi diskusi mahasiswa, mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi diskusi mahasiswa dan mengetahui minat partisipasi diskusi mahasiswa. Terdapat beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa dalam kegiatan diskusi seperti kurangnya pemahaman permasalahan yang dibahas dan kendala dalam berkomunikasi. Solusi untuk mengatasinya ialah memperbanyak banyak sumber referensi dan membiasakan diri untuk aktif dalam diskusi.

Abstract

Islamic banking faces significant challenges in maintaining profitability amid global economic instability. One potential strategy is optimizing profit-sharing financing schemes, such as mudharabah and musyarakah. This study aims to explore the relationship between profitability and the implementation of these financing schemes while assessing their effectiveness in enhancing the profitability of Islamic banks. A quantitative approach with descriptive-literature analysis is used to examine the correlation between profitability and profit-sharing financing. The data is obtained from Islamic banking financial reports over the past five years. The findings indicate that mudharabah and musyarakah positively contribute to Islamic banking profitability. Mudharabah is more effective in business sectors with measurable risks, whereas musyarakah offers greater flexibility for long-term investments. However, the implementation of these schemes faces challenges such as high risks and market uncertainty. Therefore, stronger risk mitigation strategies and supportive regulations are necessary to ensure that profit-sharing financing can have an optimal impact on the profitability growth of Islamic banking.

Abstract

This literature study aims to analyze and synthesize literature on the urgency of diagnostic tests in education. Using a qualitative approach and content analysis, this study descriptively and analytically examines various relevant sources such as journal articles, theses, dissertations, and books obtained through systematic searches in electronic databases (Google Scholar, ERIC, ProQuest) with keywords and selection criteria set. Data analysis was carried out through reduction, presentation, interpretation of content, comparison, synthesis of findings, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that diagnostic tests play a crucial role as essential formative instruments in realizing quality and inclusive education. This test allows educators to deeply understand the individual learning needs of students, become the basis for personalizing learning, early identification of learning difficulties, and empowering students through specific information on areas of improvement. It is concluded that in the era of demands for quality and inclusive education, diagnostic tests are no longer an option but a basic need for educational units to provide optimal support for each student, creating a responsive, fair, and effective learning environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kesesuaian pelaksanaan langkah-langkah pembelajaran pada Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) di jenjang pendidikan dasar 2023 pada pembelajaran matematika kelas V di MI Munawariyah Palembang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu observasi dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini berupa penyajian fakta, masalah dan solusi dalam pelaksanaan langkah-langkah pembelajaran pada Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Terdapat beberapa ketidaksesuaian antara pelaksanaan dengan perencanaan pembelajaran, yaitu penggunaan media realia yang menimbulkan masalah bagi guru dan siswa, langkah pembelajaran saintifik tidak sesuai, dan kurangnya keterampilan guru dalam menjelaskan contoh soal.
