Abstract

This research aims to determine "The Influence of Discounts, Free Shipping, Online Customer Reviews on Buying Decisions at the Shopee Marketplace (Case Study of Muhammadiyah University Bengkulu Students)". This type of research is quantitative research, research on measuring data and object statistics through calculations. The population in this study were students at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The sampling technique was carried out using non-probability sampling, so the total sample in this study was 96 respondents, but for convenience in this study it was rounded up to 100 respondents. Based on the results of the t test, it can be seen that the calculated t for the Discount variable is 5,597 greater than the t table of 1,660 with the probability of t being sig 0.00, which is smaller than the significance limit of 0.05. Based on this value, the Discount variable has a positive effect on the Buying Decision variable. In the Free Shipping variable the calculated t test value is 2.861 which is greater than the t table of 1.660 with a t probability of sig 0.005 which is smaller than the significance limit of 0.05. In the Online Customer Review variable the calculated t value of 8.276 is greater than the t table of 1.660 with a probability t, namely sig 0.00, is smaller than the significance limit of 0.05. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value is 35,622 > 2.70 with sig 0.00 < 0.05, Ha is accepted, meaning that Discount, Free Shipping, Online Customer Review simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Buying Decision variable. The R Square value obtained was 0.527. To see the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable by calculating the coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, to obtain KD = 52.7%. This figure shows that 52.7% of Buying Decisions (dependent variable) can be explained by discounts, free shipping, and online customer reviews. The remaining 47.3% was influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

This research aim to analyze the influence of work culture and organizational climate on employee performance. The Research conducted is of a quantitative nature and was carried out at Perumda Tirta Hidayah City of Bengkulu from December 2023 to completion. The study involved a total of 50 employees. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques employed in research inclueded validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that work culture has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at Perumda Tirta Hidayah City of Bengkulu. Organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at Perumda Tirta Hidayah City Of Bengkulu. Work culture and organizational climate jointly have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at Perumda Tirta Hidayah City of Bengkulu.

Abstract

on purchase intention (Case Study on Students of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu)". This research is a quantitative study, focusing on measuring data and statistical objects through calculations. The population in this study is students of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Sampling technique was done through purposive sampling, and data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents for the sake of convenience, although initially 96 respondents were targeted. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive influence of the imported brand variable on purchase intention. Based on the partial test results, a t-value of 2.947 and a regression coefficient of 0.111 were obtained with a significance level of 0.000. (2) There is a positive influence of the fashion lifestyle thrift shop variable on purchase intention. Based on the partial test results, a t-value of 10.406 and a regression coefficient of 0.877 were obtained with a significance level of 0.000. (3) Imported brands and fashion lifestyle thrift shops have a positive influence on purchase intention. This is evidenced by the obtained F-value of 99.238 compared to the F-table value of 1.984, with a significance level of (0.001 < 0.05).

Abstract

The title of this study is the effect of self-actualization needs and workload on employee performance at the Bengkulu City Industry and Trade Office. This research is based on the importance of employee performance for public organizations. Employee work performance is influenced by several factors, including self-actualization needs and workload. This study aims to analyze the effect of self-actualization needs and workload on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu City.This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all employees of the Bengkulu City Industry and Trade Office. The number of research samples was 65 people. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 10.995 + 0.567 X1 - 0.406 X2. The results of the analysis show that the need for self-actualization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount = 7.757 and Sig. = 0.000) and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount = 5.582 and Sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, self-actualization needs and workload have a significant effect on employee work performance (Fcount = 98.024 and Sig. = 0.000).It is recommended to the Bengkulu City Industry and Trade Office to be able to improve employee performance by increasing self-actualization needs and managing employee workload.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Religious High Court of Bengkulu. The object of this study was 55 employees of Religious High Court of Bengkulu. The data collection technique of this study used observation. interview, and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondent responses, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and also hypothesis testing. The research results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Religious High Court of Bengkulu. The organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Religious High Court of Bengkulu. So, from the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that compensation and organizational culture have a partial and simultaneous effects on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Religious High Court of Bengkulu.

Abstract

Digitalisation enables companies to significantly reduce costs associated with their foreign trade activities. The implementation of digital technologies simplifies the organization and execution of foreign trade operations, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of exported goods. Furthermore, the widespread adoption of digital technologies within companies' foreign trade activities is driving the emergence of new trends in both the supply and demand of goods. This shift allows for the substitution of expensive resources with more cost-effective alternatives, reduces labour costs, and uncovers previously untapped resources in the production process. The article explores and substantiates the potential benefits of digitalization in the foreign trade activities of companies.

Abstract

This study explores how social media marketing affects brand loyalty through customer engagement as a mediating factor in media/news company. This study focuses on Nihao Indonesia, a media platform that provides Indonesian news and content in Taiwan. The research objective is analyzing how social media marketing affects consumer interaction on Nihao Indonesia's Instagram account in order to enhance brand loyalty. A survey was conducted through Google Forms utilizing purposive sampling, distributed to 115 respondents. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to examine the data. The research outcomes demonstrate a significant, positive correlation among the three variables. The findings are expected to offer hands-on knowledge for media companies on optimizing marketing endeavors on social media to make customers more engaged and loyal to a brand.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas proses pengambilan keputusan yang diterapkan dalam organisasi dan manajemen. Hal ini menyoroti peran penting pengambilan keputusan yang efektif dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi di tengah tantangan yang kompleks. Studi ini menguraikan langkah-langkah yang terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan, penerapan teori pengambilan keputusan dalam konteks manajemen, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan dalam organisasi. Selain itu, bab ini membahas konsekuensi pengambilan keputusan yang buruk terhadap individu dan organisasi. Dengan menggunakan metodologi tinjauan literatur, artikel ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pengambilan keputusan dan implikasi praktisnya, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas keputusan dalam lingkungan organisasi.

Abstract

Artikel ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai implementasi kerangka kerja keamanan dari NIST dan standar internasional ISO/IEC 27001 untuk memperkuat keamanan siber organisasi di era digital. Dengan ancaman risiko siber yang terus meningkat, kebutuhan akan sistem keamanan yang andal menjadi sangat mendesak bagi organisasi dari berbagai sektor. Penelitian ini berfokus pada identifikasi aset-aset penting organisasi yang rentan terhadap serangan, analisis terhadap berbagai jenis kerentanan yang mungkin timbul, serta penentuan jenis-jenis ancaman yang dihadapi. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan kebijakan dan prosedur mitigasi yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kontrol dan respons keamanan informasi. Melalui studi komparatif dan analisis mendalam, artikel ini mengkaji efektivitas standar NIST dan ISO/IEC 27001 dalam memandu proses identifikasi, penilaian, dan pengelolaan risiko keamanan informasi. Penerapan standar internasional ini memberikan manfaat penting, seperti peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya keamanan informasi di kalangan staf dan mahasiswa, penguatan tata kelola keamanan informasi, dan pengembangan strategi mitigasi yang lebih komprehensif. Dengan demikian, artikel ini dapat membangun fondasi keamanan siber yang kokoh sehingga dapat membantu organisasi menghadapi kompleksitas ancaman siber di era digital seperti saat ini.

Abstract

Depreciation of fixed assets is an important element of accounting that has a significant impact on financial reporting, especially profit reporting. The purpose of this study is to analyze the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets and its impact on reported profit. Consider different depreciation methods, such as the straight-line method, declining balance method, and production unit method, to understand how each method affects cost allocation and income statement results. In addition, this study also discusses the relevance of Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) no. 16 Shows the effect of recognizing depreciation expense and tax obligations due to the recognition of depreciation expense. The results of the analysis show that choosing the right depreciation method not only affects net income, but also plays an important role in asset management and corporate strategic decision-making. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of fixed asset depreciation is essential for managers to develop investment strategies and comply with accounting standards.
