Abstract

Effective financial management is a vital component that influences the quality of education and financial health of educational institutions. Appropriate and planned funding allocation allows institutions to improve facilities, teaching competencies, and develop innovative educational programs, all of which contribute to improving the quality of education. Additionally, efficient financial management ensures the stability and financial health of institutions, helping them avoid budget deficits as well as building emergency fund reserves for unforeseen situations. Discipline in financial management also expands educational accessibility through the provision of scholarships and financial assistance for underprivileged students and ensures the sustainability and relevance of institutions in the long term. Therefore, wise financial management not only supports daily operations but also plays an essential role in realizing the long-term vision and mission of educational institutions.

Abstract

School financial management plays a crucial role in achieving operational efficiency and success of educational institutions. In this context, this study examines various financial management strategies that can increase efficiency and transparency in schools. Research focuses on implementing a transparent financial system, adopting the latest information technology such as financial software and ERP systems, as well as developing policies that support accountability and clear reporting. The analysis shows that by integrating technology into financial management practices, schools can gain the ability to manage resources more effectively, conduct more accurate monitoring and evaluation, and increase transparency in the use of funds. In addition, continuous training for financial staff and the implementation of regular external audits play an important role in ensuring the implementation of good governance principles and compliance with established financial standards. Implementing good and modern financial management strategies not only increases efficiency and transparency, but also strengthens public trust in the education system. It is recommended that educational institutions be more proactive in adopting innovations in financial management to maximize the use of resources and support the achievement of broader educational goals.

Abstract

The quality of education in elementary schools is an important factor in developing students' potential and readiness to face future challenges. This research examines the role of transformational leadership in improving the quality of education in elementary schools, through quantitative and qualitative approaches utilizing literature studies, surveys and in-depth interviews in several elementary schools that apply the principles of transformational leadership. Transformational leadership characterized by motivation, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention has been proven to positively influence teacher motivation, creativity, and performance, as well as increasing student engagement and academic achievement. This research shows that leaders who are able to inspire, encourage innovation, and pay attention to the needs of individuals in the school community play a key role in creating a conducive educational environment, which in turn improves the overall quality of education. There is a significant relationship between the implementation of transformational leadership practices and improving the quality of education in elementary schools, which is influenced by increasing teacher performance and student academic success. The implications of this research urge the need for leadership education and training for prospective school leaders, with special emphasis on developing transformational leadership qualities, in order to improve the quality of future education.

Abstract

The use of information technology in education has great potential to improve the quality of teaching and learning. However, there are various significant challenges that must be overcome to achieve this goal. This study identified six main challenges in implementing information technology in education: access and infrastructure gaps, unequal digital competencies, data security and privacy issues, implementation and maintenance costs, adaptation of curriculum and teaching methods, and resistance to change. Addressing these challenges requires special attention, including providing equitable access, intensive training, strong data security policies, adequate budget allocation, and systematic changes in curriculum and teaching methods. By implementing the right strategy and collaboration between stakeholders, information technology can play an optimal role in transforming education to be more adaptive, inclusive and effective.

Abstract

Creative and innovative educational management can help overcome the challenges faced by teachers in carrying out their duties. With a clear framework, teachers can have a guide that can help them organize their workload, plan learning, and cope with changes in policy and curriculum. Effective educational management can also provide the support, training, and supervision needed for teachers to continue to develop themselves and improve the quality of their teaching. The quality of learning is centered on the teacher's ability during the learning process in the classroom. Teachers are required to have the ability to plan learning, in the learning process, and in evaluating learning. When educators put forth the proper effort in imparting knowledge in accordance with the character traits of their students and the constraints of their teaching time, their attempts to apply teacher innovation and creativity management to enhance the quality of learning can succeed. Enhancing the quality of learning is largely dependent on creative and inventive educational management through innovation in the development of educational multimedia, the role of the principal in integrated quality management, the development of creative and innovative learning media, and the management of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This literature research aims to explore teachers' experiences in managing classes in elementary schools through an inclusive approach. Inclusive education is an approach that involves all students, including those with special needs, to learn together in a supportive and non- discriminatory environment. Through qualitative research methods, in- depth interviews were conducted with a number of teachers to explore the challenges they faced, the strategies they used, and the impact of an inclusive approach on the teaching and learning process. The research results indicate that the implementation of inclusive education requires adaptation of teaching methods, development of additional competencies for teachers, as well as adequate support both in terms of resources and school policies. Despite the challenges, teachers demonstrate that with appropriate training and good collaboration, inclusive approaches can be implemented effectively. These findings provide practical and theoretical contributions, as well as offering recommendations for improving policies and teacher training programs, to support the creation of a more equitable and supportive learning environment for all students without exception.

Abstract

The dynamics of social adaptation of the migrants's students involve a series of complex and often changing processes over time. Social adaptation is the process in which individuals, groups, or social units adapt to the norms, changes, or conditions in their social environment. The process of social adaptation of regional students, or students studying away from their home, is influenced by various factors that can be inhibitory or supportive such as cultural differences and languages, lack of connection with local communities, attitudes that are difficult to accept change, and fear of cultural disintegration. This process is also affected by social support, tranquility, increased self-esteem, competence in social interaction, and cross-cultural communication skills. Cultural differences, social norms and different values can also trigger a culture shock in students who adapt to their new environment. The dynamics of social adaptation of students in the migrant involve continuous change and learning processes that can be very different for each individual. Students need to be flexible, proactive, and open to new experiences to meet the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities that exist in their new environment. In the context of social adaptation of regional students, it is important to understand the dynamics of their lives, the challenges facing them, as well as the efforts that can be made to facilitate the process of better social adaption.

Abstract

Chemical engineering education is faced with the challenge of not only imparting theoretical knowledge, but also to develop students' practical skills that meet industry needs. Project Based Learning (PjBL) has been implemented as an effective approach to answer these challenges. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PjBL in improving students' practical skills in the field of chemical engineering. Research is carried out through providing projects that are integrated with the curriculum and oriented to real industrial problems. The method used is comparative analysis of pre-test and post-test to measure improvement in practical skills. The results showed that students who took PjBL showed significant improvements in collaboration skills, problem solving, and use of technology. Apart from that, this approach also increases student motivation and involvement in the learning process. In conclusion, PjBL is an innovative and effective learning strategy that strengthens the practical skills of chemical engineering students and prepares them to become part of a competent workforce in the chemical industry.
