Abstract

Lobbying and negotiation are 2 things that cannot be separated from our daily lives, whether we are aware of it or not, because in solving a problem or differences of opinion and interests, deliberation is needed through lobbying and negotiation, although sometimes this is done for a relatively long time. Lobbying as an approach in the context of negotiating. Lobbying and negotiation can run successfully if it is done well and in the lobbying and negotiation process it always involves a communication process in it both verbal and nonverbal communication, this is what causes lobbying and negotiation techniques to be important in business communication, because in business communication, negotiation is a process in which two parties or more have the same interests, meet and hold joint meetings to reach an agreement that is securely acceptable to all parties without burdening any party. Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance through self-efficacy as a mediating variable for bank X employees in the Kediri region. This research is a causal research with a quantitative approach, with a population of 67 banking employees, and the sampling technique used in this research is saturated sample. Data analysis in this study was analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation model (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0.9 software. The results of the study show that work- family conflict has a significant negative effect on employee performance, work-family conflict has a significant negative effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy is proven to mediate the relationship between work- family conflict on employee performance. Companies must pay more attention to their employees, because a high level of work-family conflict will have a negative effect on their performance, high work-family conflict will also reduce the self-efficacy of employees, but this can be overcome with the help of self- efficacy which can mediate the relationship between work-family conflict and employee performanc

Estimated number of passenger data is one thing that must be known and owned by a transportation company. However, so far PT. Raja Perdana Inti Medan does not yet have an application that can assist employees in estimating the number of passengers.This causes bickering and revenue while the bus ia running. The purpose of this research is ti solve problrms in estimating passenger data with data mining processes. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Asset (ROA). The sample used in this study consists of financial data from 4 companies in the cement sub-sector over 4 years, from 2017 to 2021. The sampling method employed in this research is purposive sampling. The data were processed using SPSS with analytical techniques. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression, with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that DAR does not have a significant effect on ROA, as the calculated t-value is -0.246 < t-table value of 2.110. Similarly, DER does not significantly affect ROA, as the calculated t-value is -0.103 < t-table value of 2.110. The simultaneous results show that both DAR and DER do not significantly affect ROA, with the calculated f-value of 0.346 < f-table value of 3.59

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product price and service quality on purchasing decisions (Case study of Upstreet Palopo). Sampling method by taking The sampling technique in this study using "Random Sampling". The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents from an unknown population. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire and documentation. Data processing techniques with a regression system with the help of SPSS software (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, determinant coefficient test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of this study concluded that service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions on Upstreet Palopo. There is an effect of price on purchasing decisions, the better the product, price and quality of service provided, the more satisfied consumers will be, the more positive and significant effect this will have on purchasing decisions (study of the Upstreet Palopo case)

Abstract

Entrepreneurship can be done by all people, including students. Cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit in students in tertiary institutions can be started by fostering a desire and interest in entrepreneurship in students. This study aims to see the interest in entrepreneurship of students who have taken Entrepreneurship courses. The research design used a cross sectional study. Respondents in this study were students in several study programs at the University of Muhammadiyah Papua and the Physics study program at Cenderawasih University. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling with a total of 63 people. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that as many as (87%) of respondents stated that they had the desire to run a business in the future. The business interests were grouped based on the distribution of the most desirable including businesses in the Culinary sector (33%), livestock sector (22%), livestock sector (22%) agriculture (16%), tourism (6%), trade (6%), property (4%), services (4%), fisheries (3%), agribusiness (3%) ), and in digital business ventures (1%). Future research is expected to be more aimed at observing behavior and studying more about other aspects related to individual characteristics that are considered to shape student entrepreneurial behavior. Studies of the factors that influence student entrepreneurship interest found in this study need to be studied more deeply, so that a more comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurship can be obtained in students, especially in the field of business they are interested in

Abstract

In complex business world, fraud is a serious threat that can damage a company's reputation, affect financial performance, and harm stakeholders. Therefore, it is important to implement an effective whistleblowing system mechanism as a means of prevention and early detection of fraud at PT XYZ Lombok. The whistleblowing system is a system that manages the reporting of all activities that are contrary to laws, rules and ethical standards that are reported confidentially, anonymously and independently. The purpose of this study is to describe how the whistleblowing system is implemented at PT XYZ Lombok. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection by researchers is by way of observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were general managers, marketing department managers, production department managers, accounting department managers and tax department managers. The results of the study show that PT XYZ Lombok has taken positive steps by implementing a whistleblowing system to prevent fraud. The implementation of the whistleblowing system has implemented almost all indicators in accordance with the violation reporting guidelines issued by the National Committee on Governance Policy and has a significant impact on preventing fraud. Although there are still obstacles in reporting fraud, measures in each department such as the use of confidants, the role of managers, anonymous reporting, and incentives for whistleblowers have provided effective solutions. This can be proven by the absence of fraud cases or indications of fraud cases that occurred at PT XYZ Lombok

Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the prospects for salted fish processing businesses are in Mimika Regency using aspects of SWOT analysis and Return Cost Ratio analysis, using descriptive methods which aim to find out strategies and determine the level of profit obtained by salted fish processing entrepreneurs. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analytical tools used are SWOT analysis to determine business prospect strategies and Return Cost Ratio analysis to determine the profits from production in the salted fish processing business in Mimika Regency. Based on the research results, the prospects for the salted fish processing business are in the supporting strategy quadrant, namely mobilizing all forces to take advantage of all existing opportunities. Meanwhile, cost efficiency has more than one value, which means that the salted fish processing business in Mimika Regency is efficient or profitable to run

Abstract

This research aims to determine the determining factors in people's decisions to invest in precious metals at PT Pegadaian. The research method used is descriptive research method. In this research, the data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. To find out the determining factors in people's decisions to invest in precious metals at PT Pegadaian in Timika City, the data analysis instrument used is confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results of this research show that of the four factors confirmed as determining factors in people's decisions to invest in precious metals at PT Pegadaian in the city of Timika and the dominant factor is psychological factors
