Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in employee performance, including lack of accuracy, lack of understanding of work, and the problem of employee delays when entering work. The purpose of conducting this research is to find out what kind of employee performance management of the Hajj and Umrah organizing section in Pasaman Barat district. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, because here the author decribes the performance of employess while working by collecting data obtained from interviews. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that performance management of employess in the hajj and umrah organizing section is good. Starting from work experience and knowledge possessed by employees obtained while studying so that the results obtained are in accordance with expectations, the organization of activities made by the organization went well because the employees had extensive knowledge and made neat strategies, the appreciation given also determines that the employee can do their job well, and the honest and fair attitude that exists in employees when they work makes the company run well

Abstract

Revenue from the Food and Beverage Sub Sector decreased by 16.3% (a condition of a declining economic cycle). Seeing this situation, business companies have the opportunity to take drastic tax measures to reduce the tax costs to be paid through tax planning and tax debt adjustments. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital intensity, inventory intensity, profitability and leverage on tax aggressiveness in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This research method is a quantitative approach and validation method. This research method is a quantitative approach and validation method. The result of this study is capital intensity, laverage has no influence on tax aggressiveness either partially or simultaneously. While Inventory Intensity, Profitability has an influence on Tax Aggressiveness

Abstract

The deed drawn up . Investment decision is one of the decisions made by the company to maximize shareholder wealth. A number of factors are worth analyzing to identify the main factors influencing investment decisions. The determinants of investment are Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price To Book Value (PBV), and Return On Equity (ROE). This study aims to determine the effect of PER, PBV and ROE values on stock investment decisions in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2021. This research uses statistical quantitative methods and uses secondary data from the financial reports of related companies. The results of this study is escpected to be able to indicate that the Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Return On Equity (ROE) partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the Average Return in making stock investment decisions

Abstract

The phenomenon of employee performance, safety and motivation in Social Care organizations not meeting expectations. Low performance may be caused by a lack of training, skills development, this can include physical and non-physical problems such as workload stress, harassment, violence or discrimination. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of organizational culture in Social Care organizations on employee performance, safety and motivation in the workplace.This research method is a convenience sampling technique and data analysis is carried out using descriptive statistical techniques. By involving 115 employees in the Social Care organization. From the results of this research data analysis, it shows that the influence of performance, safety and employee motivation has a significant impact on organizational culture in Social Care

Abstract

Every human being has transportation needs for various different purposes, in land transportation we can see that the types of vehicles used to support each person's activities according to their purpose are public transportation, buses and trucks and there are still other types of vehicles so that the government through the relevant agencies carry out a driver's license test to determine whether the vehicle can be operated or not, as well as to protect against accidents that will occur and provide a sense of security when using the vehicle. Apart from that, the factors causing the low number of public transport driver tests at the Mimika Regency Transportation Service were carried out using descriptive, qualitative and quantitative methods, then the technique used to collect data was by using questionnaires and documentation to explain the structure of the relationship between many variables in the form of factors or latent variables. and to test the validity, the CFA (confirmatory factor analysis) formula is used so that it is known that the factors that have a contribution and have a strong relationship to the cause of low public transport KI testing at the Mimika Regency Transportation Service

Abstract

This research commences by addressing developmental concerns. Development pertains to the progression and alteration process that leads to enhancement. Each developmental endeavor aims to ameliorate the well-being of the community. Initially, development primarily emphasized the economic advancement of a community, as the success of development was gauged by the substantial economic growth and societal transformation. This study draws upon the development concept that has been deliberated by experts such as Rostow and Lewis. Arthur Lewis's theory explores economic development in both rural and urban settings, while, according to Rostow, economic development and the transition from traditional to modern society encompass multifaceted dimensions. Economic growth stands out as a key macroscopic indicator frequently employed to assess developmental progress. Nevertheless, even though economic growth has served as a developmental benchmark, it remains rather broad in scope and lacks a detailed reflection of individual advancements within society. The aspiration is that regional-level development will also yield favorable consequences for economic growth

Abstract

This research was motivated by a lack of understanding and problems faced, especially in Indonesia, namely regarding the influence of income distribution on poverty. The aim of this research is to provide some understanding of the problems faced by the Indonesian nation in achieving the goals of prosperity and prosperity for all its people. Namely understanding the distribution of income in economic development regarding the welfare of society. Income distribution is related to poverty, in fact until now the problem of poverty has not been fully resolved. Lack of equal distribution of income and other problems, where poverty has complex problems whose root causes are like tangled threads that are interconnected with each other making it difficult to break the chain. Abstract

Growth in today's globalized world is typically gauged by how well the government manages the economy. The importance of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) to national development, especially economic development, cannot be overstated. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial and strategic role in the national economy. There has been a consistent annual growth in post-crisis MSMEs. That MSMEs can weather a financial storm is further evidence of this. There is also evidence that shows MSMEs absorb a disproportionate share of the national labor force. The MSME sector is able to raise wages because it employs so many people. This means that micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial part in fighting poverty and unemployment. To maximize the impact of MSMEs on the national economy's growth, it's crucial that the government maintains its current level of support for the sector. The methods and literature used in this study are qualitative in nature, drawing from a wide range of sources. Findings indicate that syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic methods can be used to ascertain MSMEs' impact on the framework of economic theory. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) exert power in three ways: syntactically, via the rules that define them; semantically, via their connection to the underlying economic reality; and pragmatically, via their use by investors who don't care about how it is measured or what it means
