This study aims to determine the consumption behavior of UIN North Sumatra students in the perspective of Islamic economics. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. The subjects used were active students from 2019 to 2022 studying at UIN North Sumatra. The results of this study indicate that UIN North Sumatra students have good consumption ethics, in consuming an item they prioritize interests over desires, pay attention to halal labeling, cleanliness, quality and benefits of the product to be purchased. North Sumatra UIN students are also aware of the importance of caring for one another, because behind the property we have there are other people's rights. Researchers hope that research can be useful, especially for students to be wiser in consumption

Distribution means moving goods from producers to consumers so that these goods can be widely distributed. Distribution in this case is the distribution of wealth that aims to improve people's welfare. The distribution of wealth at this time became a very important issue. If the distribution of wealth is not right, it will cause injustice in society which of course causes more and more people to suffer from poverty. Islam advocates to distribute wealth. Islam prescribes the distribution of wealth to be fair to everyone and not just the rich. Because the distribution of wealth is unfair and unequal will make the poor poorer. And people who are rich will get richer, which of course can lead to social inequality in society

This research was carried out because many MSMEs are similar to the “Bobimercy” business. It is interesting to study because “Bobimercy” the food business from processed sweet potatoes, is a company that is always trying to develop to continue competing with other competitors. This qualitative descriptive study focuses on SWOT analysis to help “Bobimercy” business owners increase competitiveness to compete with similar SMEs. The presence of the culinary business is now the latest trend that makes a person less willing to consume traditional food. The data collection technique used was a literature review and observation study method. The ST strategy, which uses strength factors to overcome threat factors, is a strategy obtained based on the analysis of the SWOT matrix and the IFAS-EFAS matrix. This implementation aims to improve product quality so that it can compete with other cassava processed business products and innovate products with different advantages from the others. Bobimercy stands for crispy melted sweet potato balls. This product was created and launched in March 2023, to be precise. Crispy sweet potato balls are produced hygienically to maintain the quality and image of the product so that it reaches the customer in a clean condition

At present the development of business life which is increasingly advanced and fast, is a challenge or at the same time a threat for entrepreneurs to maintain their profitability, support the progress of their business and win the competition with other businesses. In the field of the food industry is one of several forms of business or business that is very fast in demand among business people today. The development of the culinary business in Indonesia in this modern era is growing rapidly where various delicious dishes have been developed. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the main pillars of the country's economic development and can prove their resilience in the face of economic crises. In order to survive and compete with other similar businesses, research was conducted to analyze existing internal and external environmental factors so that appropriate strategies could be determined. This research is descriptive in nature and data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. This analysis pays attention to internal factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities and Threats).

In the current industrial era, competition in various types of businesses has increased very rapidly and is tight, both in terms of goods and services. Competition will also arise in terms of creating new products that are in demand by the public, thus requiring producers to understand the extent to which the behavior shown by consumers in making purchasing decisions for a product made in the country, moreover these products compete with foreign products that have a strong brand image. . The product referred to in this study is a product with the type of soccer shoes where this product is made locally or made by Indonesian children. There are several local brands that are well-known among athletes and people who like to play soccer, one of which is Specs. The research to be conducted is qualitative in nature. In this study more emphasis on descriptive aspects originating from the football community which almost every week organizes internal and external match events. In collecting data, the researchers used data collection techniques by interviewing freely and selecting samples purposively samoling in the community, including comedy F. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted, it can be concluded as follows 1. Domestically produced shoes that are widely used by community members are ortuseight and specs 2. The driving factor for using domestic shoes with the ortuseight and specs brands is due to the affordable price 3. Convenience when used on all types of football fields 4. Fairly good resilience 5. Models and editions that always keep up with the latest models

The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews on customer trust in e-commerce shopee among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The population in this study is the undergraduate business economics students at Makassar State University as consumers who have made purchases on the Shopee site with a population of 5445 Makassar State University students. The minimum sample for this research is 98 respondents from the Faculty of Economics. Business Strata (S1) Makassar State University. Overall, this study shows that the respondents' assessment of this research variable, namely Online Customer Review (X), is generally good. This is indicated by the many agreed responses from the independent variable customer trust in the shopee application. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that online customer reviews have a positive effect on customer trust in 98 respondents to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University

Brands are important in this competitive era where brands exist as a differentiator for one product from another. The experience aspect of a brand is a combination of consumer interaction with a brand. Brand experience is also important because a positive brand experience will encourage revisit intention and bring profits, one of which is in the hotel industry. Hotel Santika is one of the hotel brands that offer an interesting and different experience. According to its brand values, there is an Indonesian nuance as a differentiator from other hotels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand experience on revisit intention to Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City. This study used quantitative research methods and data collection techniques through questionnaires to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The determination of the sample was carried out based on the probability sampling approach with the simple random sampling technique. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis test on data from 120 respondents which were processed using IBM SPSS 25th Version. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous and partial influence of brand experience on revisit intention to Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City; so it is advisable to maintain and improve the brand experience that has been owned by Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City

This study aims to determine whether rewards have an influence on employee motivation to work, especially at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort. This study used a quantitative method where the sample was taken using the entire population, amounting to 72 and using a non- probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by conducting questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The distributed questionnaire consisted of 27 statements using a Likert scale and the results of the questionnaire were processed with a tool in the form of SPSS version 26. The results of the research that has been obtained are that the majority have an age range of 20-30 years with a working period of 1-3 years. Based on the validity and reliability tests of all statements used are valid and reliable. Reward can explain 50.5% of work motivation variables, while the remaining 49.5% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. Based on the simple linear regression test, the significance value shows the number .009 which is greater than the significance level. Through the results of the T test, it can be seen that the reward variable affects work motivation. Based on the results of this study, the suggestions that can be conveyed are not to overly impose the way employees work in completing each task and to be able to provide direction

The aims of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of Price on Celebrity Endorsement. 2) To determine the effect of Lifestyle on Celebrity Endorsement. 3) To determine the effect of Price on Purchasing Decisions. 4) To determine the significant effect of Lifestyle partially on purchasing decisions. 5) To determine the significant influence of Celebrity Endorsement partially on purchasing decisions. 6) To determine the significant influence of Celebrity Endorsement mediating Price (Price) on purchasing decisions. 7) To determine the significant influence of Celebrity Endorsement mediating Lifestyle on purchasing decisions. The type of research conducted in this research is descriptive research using survey methods. By using a saturated sampling technique, a sample of 75 consumers was taken from Batik in Tangerang Regency. The analytical method in this study was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The model used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is no effect of Price on Celebrity Endorsement. 2) There is an influence of Lifestyle on Celebrity Endorsement. 3) There is an influence of Price on Purchasing Decisions. 4) There is no Lifestyle influence on Purchasing Decisions. 5) There is an influence of Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions. 6) Celebrity Endorsement is unable to mediate Price on Purchase Decision. 7) Celebrity Endorsement is able to mediate Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions
