Abstract

Identity politics refers to a political instrument employed by a group—such as an ethnic community, tribe, cultural group, religion, or othersfor specific purposes, either as a form of resistance or as a means to assert the group’s identity. This form of politics is influenced by various factors, including religion, culture, tradition, and community leaders. This study aims to analyze the practice of identity politics within the village head election process in Kem-Kem Village, Tigabinanga District. A qualitative approach with a descriptive research design was employed. The research was conducted in Kem-Kem Village, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data comprised both primary and secondary sources. Data analysis was carried out through the processes of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing (verification). The study examines the influence of clan-based identity politics in the village head election in Kem-Kem Village. The findings reveal that most community members continue to vote based on shared clan affiliation, driven by emotional and customary ties. However, a gradual shift toward rational politics has begun to emerge, particularly among the younger generation, who evaluate candidates based on work programs and competencies. The election of a village head from a minority clan serves as evidence of this change. Although the shift is not yet widespread, Kem-Kem Village demonstrates significant potential toward achieving a more equitable and rational form of local democracy.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the short story writing literacy program by PPG Preservice students of the State University of Malang and analyze its contribution to strengthening student leadership character and empathy. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study design that was carried out at SMPN 6 Malang for four weeks. The research subjects consisted of 12 PPG students, 30 students, 2 literacy coaches, and 1 school principal. Data was collected through observations, interviews, reflective journals, and documentation, then analyzed thematically to identify patterns of leadership and empathy that emerged during the program. The results of the study show that the implementation of the short story literacy program encourages students to develop three main forms of leadership, namely instructional leadership which is reflected in the ability to manage the classroom and provide direction, transformational leadership that is seen in the motivation and inspiration given to students, and collaborative leadership through cooperation between students and with supervisors. In addition, this program also strengthens student empathy, both in the cognitive dimension through understanding the student's perspective, and in the affective dimension through sensitivity to students' feelings and needs. Supporting factors that contribute to the success of the program include collaboration between students, full support from schools, and students' enthusiasm in literacy activities. The main obstacles faced are the limited implementation time and the lack of literacy support facilities in schools. The conclusion of this study confirms that the short story writing literacy program not only improves students' writing skills, but also plays an important role in shaping the leadership character and empathy of PPG students as prospective professional educators. Thus, literacy can be a strategic medium in strengthening academic competence as well as the social character of prospective teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui Hubungan antara Stres Kerja dengan Work Life Balance Pada anggota Polres Oku Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 150 populasi dengan 105 populasi dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengambilan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan skala likert dengan alat ukur berupa skala Stres Kerja dan skala Work Life Balance. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS ver 20.0 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi nilai r = . 651dengan nilai determinasi r-square = .424 dan p = 0.000 dimana nilai p < 0,01. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa ada Hubungan antara Stres Kerja dengan Work Life Balance Pada anggota Polres Oku Timur 42.4%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui Hubungan antara Self- Efficacy dengan Stres Kerja Pada anggota Ditreskrim Polresta Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 150 populasi dengan 105 populasi dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengambilan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan skala likert dengan alat ukur berupa skala Self- Efficacy dan skala Stres Kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS ver 20.0 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi nilai r = .594 dengan nilai determinasi r-square = .353 dan p = 0.000 dimana nilai p < 0,01. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa ada Hubungan antara Self- Efficacy dengan Stres Kerja Pada anggota Ditreskrim Polresta Jambi sebesar 35.3%.

Abstract

The high unemployment rate of Vocational High School (SMK) graduates demands the strengthening of entrepreneurship education to encourage the younger generation to be more independent in their careers. This study aims to analyze the influence of learning experience in Creative Products and Entrepreneurship subjects, family environment, and self-efficacy on interest in starting a start-up business in grade XI students of SMK X. The research method uses a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The research sample amounted to 206 students who were selected purposively. The data collection instrument was in the form of a questionnaire which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that learning experience (X1) did not have a significant effect on the interest in starting a start-up business. However, the family environment (X2) and self-efficacy (X3) were shown to have a positive and significant influence on these interests. Simultaneous analysis of the three independent variables indicated that together learning experience, family environment, and self-efficacy had a significant effect on students' entrepreneurial interest. These findings confirm that external factors, especially family support, and internal factors in the form of self-efficacy are more dominant in influencing entrepreneurial interest than learning experiences at school. The implication of this research is the need for entrepreneurial learning strategies that are more applicable, innovative, and able to relate the material to real practices in daily life. In addition, family involvement is an important aspect in fostering students' confidence and motivation to start a business. Thus, strengthening the synergy between entrepreneurship education in schools and the role of the family will be a strategic step in forming a generation of young entrepreneurs who are independent, competitive, creative, innovative, and adaptive to the development of digital technology, while being able to create new sustainable job opportunities in society.

Abstract

Indonesia yang telah menandatangani kesepakatan Paris Agreement berupaya untuk mewujudkan target transisi energi yang telah ditetapkan. Namun demikian, meski target telah ditetapkan dan sejumlah aturan telah disahkan, masih terdapat tantangan terutama berkenaan dengan implementasi kebijakan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan transisi energi di Indonesia, mengidentifikasi tantangan, dan mengeksplorasi peluang guna mempercepat transisi energi. Penelitian deskriptif analitis ini menggunakan metode studi literatur untuk menjawab rumusan masalahnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan transisi energi di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan seperti ketergantungan pada bahan bakar fosil, kurangnya investasi, infrastruktur yang belum memadai, dan regulasi yang belum sinkron. Namun, terdapat peluang besar untuk mempercepat transisi energi melalui pemanfaatan potensi energi terbarukan yang melimpah, pengembangan teknologi energi terbarukan, peningkatan investasi, dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, swasta, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of Civic Education teachers in fostering students' character through the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) at SMP Negeri 5 Ulunoyo. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that Civics teachers have implemented various strategies, such as integrating moral values into learning materials, utilizing national-themed readings, getting students used to reading inspirational quotes, and providing literative assignments that emphasize ethical values and diversity. Teachers also guide students to reflect on Pancasila values through literacy activities. The obstacles faced include students' low interest in reading, limited character-oriented reading materials, lack of literacy facilities, limited Civics learning time, and lack of support from the family environment. To overcome these obstacles, teachers increase learning creativity by linking Civics material to inspirational stories and contextualized reflective tasks. The findings confirm the importance of integrative and innovative strategies in strengthening students' character through school literacy supported by adequate facilities

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of Chromebook technology and its impact on increasing the learning interest of seventh-grade students in Pancasila Education at UPTD SMP Negeri 6 Gunungsitoli. The background of the problem shows low student interest in learning due to conventional lecture methods, even though Pancasila Education is essential for character building. Chromebooks are identified as an innovative solution for interactive learning. This two-cycle qualitative classroom action research (PTK) involved 20 students, using observation, learning interest questionnaires, and learning outcome tests as data collection instruments. The results showed that the implementation of Chromebooks successfully improved teachers' (91.63%) and students' (90.15%) abilities to the “very good” category. Student learning interest increased significantly (93.83%, “very good” category), followed by improved learning outcomes (average 91.19% with 100% of students meeting the minimum competency standard). It was concluded that the use of Chromebooks effectively enhances student interest and learning outcomes, creating an active and interactive learning environment. Recommendations include school support, enhancing teachers' digital competencies, and active student participation in technology-based learning

Abstract

Abstract. The diversity of popular expressions in performing arts is a tangible form of noble cultural heritage in various regions of Indonesia. The ornamentation of performing arts as a medium of expression has produced esteemed cultural rituals that deserve preservation across generations. The ethics of performing art ornamentation in each region carry distinctive characteristics, values, and norms, including the Etu Ritual in Nagekeo, East Nusa Tenggara. Etu, also known as the traditional boxing performance, represents a complex repertoire of movements, vocabulary, music, and religious entities. This study employs a qualitative ethnographic method with a semiotic approach to examine the structure, expression, and meaning of the Etu performance in Nagekeo. Research data sources are divided into two categories: primary and secondary. Four techniques of data collection are applied, namely participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data processing is conducted in three phases: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to examine the history, development, and structure of performing arts within the Etu ritual of Nagekeo; (2) to analyze the ornamentation of performing arts in the Etu ritual of Nagekeo; and (3) to analyze the expression of popular culture within the Etu ritual of Nagekeo as part of the nation’s heritage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan multikultural kepala sekolah terhadap implementasi kurikulum inklusif di sekolah dasar Kabupaten Jombang. Kepemimpinan multikultural dipandang penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang menghargai keberagaman budaya, sosial, dan kebutuhan khusus siswa, sejalan dengan semangat Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket kepada guru, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan multikultural kepala sekolah dengan implementasi kurikulum inklusif. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,046 dengan signifikansi 0,008 (<0,05) mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kepemimpinan multikultural berdampak pada peningkatan praktik inklusif. Kepala sekolah yang peka terhadap keberagaman mampu menciptakan budaya sekolah yang menerima perbedaan, memfasilitasi pelatihan guru, serta menyediakan kebijakan dan sarana pendukung kurikulum inklusif.
