Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) through Fun Cooking activities at SMP Negeri 1 Medan. This activity is part of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum with the theme "Sustainable Lifestyle" which aims to develop students' character values in accordance with the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, namely: faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning, and creativity. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of facilitator teachers and seventh grade students who were directly involved in the project activities. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Fun Cooking activity was implemented systematically through the stages of planning, implementation, reflection, and evaluation. This activity successfully fostered collaborative attitudes, creativity, responsibility, and students' awareness of a healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyle. Obstacles encountered, such as limited cooking utensils, differences in discipline levels, and time constraints, were overcome through various strategies such as scheduling, student coaching, and the use of personal utensils. In conclusion, the implementation of the P5 Project through the Fun Cooking activity at SMP Negeri 1 Medan was effective in shaping student character in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. This activity can serve as an example of good practice for other schools in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in a contextual and enjoyable manner. Abstract

This study explores the use of Game-Based Learning (GBL) through Baamboozle to facilitate vocabulary acquisition among junior high school students. Recognizing that vocabulary mastery is essential for effective English communication, this research addresses the challenge of students' low motivation and limited vocabulary knowledge. The study employed a qualitative case study method, involving 20 seventh-grade students from a junior high school in Karawang, Indonesia. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and open-ended questionnaires. The findings indicate that the implementation of Baamboozle created a more engaging, interactive, and enjoyable learning environment. Students demonstrated increased motivation, active participation, collaborative learning, and improved vocabulary retention. Despite encountering technical constraints, such as limited access to devices and unstable internet connections, students reported positive experiences and preferred game-based learning to traditional methods. The study concludes that Baamboozle is an effective educational tool for vocabulary learning, promoting student-centered, collaborative, and motivating language instruction.

Abstract

The Land Deed Official (Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah or PPAT) is a public official authorized to draw up deeds related to land matters, as stipulated in Article 2 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation Number 37 of 1998 as amended by Government Regulation Number 24 of 2016 concerning the Amendment to Government Regulation Number 37 of 1998 on the Regulation of the Position of Land Deed Officials. One of the authorities of a PPAT in drawing up land-related deeds is the preparation of a Sale and Purchase Deed. In preparing a Sale and Purchase Deed, the PPAT must comply with the prevailing legal provisions. In Supreme Court Decision Number 3507 K/Pdt/2023, the Sale and Purchase Deed drawn up by the PPAT was deemed legally defective and null and void by operation of law, as the deed was made without the knowledge of the rightful landowner.

Abstract

Penerapan E-Court oleh Mahkamah Agung sejak 2018 merupakan respons terhadap perkembangan teknologi untuk mewujudkan peradilan yang sederhana, cepat, dan berbiaya ringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas E-Court dalam meningkatkan transparansi perkara di Pengadilan Agama wilayah Sulawesi Selatan yang memiliki beragam karakteristik geografis dan tingkat literasi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, teologis normatif, dan perundang-undangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-Court memberikan kemudahan administratif, mempercepat proses peradilan, serta memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas lembaga peradilan. Namun, penerapannya belum merata karena keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital masyarakat, khususnya terkait keharusan memiliki email aktif dan kendala dalam pemanggilan melalui jasa pos. Mahkamah Agung telah mengupayakan dukungan teknis bagi masyarakat awam, tetapi upaya tersebut perlu diperkuat dengan edukasi digital dan sistem pemanggilan yang lebih adaptif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa E-Court berpotensi menjadi sarana reformasi peradilan yang efektif dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, namun implementasinya harus lebih inklusif agar manfaatnya dirasakan secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk pencemaran lingkungan akibat limbah kotoran ternak, menilai implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Samosir No. 26 Tahun 2006, serta mengidentifikasi kendala dalam penerapannya di Desa Parlondut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencemaran lingkungan di Desa Parlondut terjadi dalam bentuk pencemaran air, tanah, dan udara. Air menjadi keruh dan berbau, tanah kehilangan kesuburan akibat limbah yang menumpuk, dan udara tercemar oleh bau menyengat dari kotoran ternak yang tidak dikelola. Ketiga bentuk pencemaran ini berdampak pada kesehatan masyarakat serta kualitas lingkungan hidup warga. Selanjutnya, dampak limbah kotoran ternak terhadap tanaman dan lahan pertanian sangat nyata. Tanah yang tercemar tidak lagi mampu mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman secara optimal, dan aliran limbah menyebabkan kerusakan pada tanaman yang ditanam di sekitar rumah warga. Para petani mengeluhkan penurunan hasil panen dan rusaknya tanaman akibat kandungan limbah yang mencemari media tanam. Selain itu, kontribusi limbah ternak terhadap pencemaran udara menjadi keluhan utama masyarakat. Bau menyengat yang bersumber dari tumpukan limbah sangat mengganggu aktivitas harian warga, terutama saat cuaca panas dan setelah hujan. Implementasi Perda No. 26 Tahun 2006 belum efektif karena minimnya sosialisasi, lemahnya pengawasan, rendahnya kesadaran hukum masyarakat, serta tidak adanya sanksi tegas terhadap pelanggaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi ilmiah dalam pembentukan kebijakan pengelolaan limbah peternakan berbasis hukum dan kesadaran ekologi masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penailaian literasi digital berbantu quiz pada materi perbedaan sel hewal dan sel tumbuhan yang valid, reliabel, dan praktis. Instrumen disusun berdasarkan lima aspek literasi digital UNESCO, yaitu Information and Data Literacy, Communication and Collaboration, Digital Content Creation, Safety, dan Problem Solving. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan yang mengacu pada tahapan define, design, dan develop. Validasi dilakukan oleh tujuh ahli, dan uji coba dilakukan di SMPN 15 Pujut (skala kecil) dan SMPN 1 Pujut (skala besar). Subjek uji coba penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan kepada peserta didik SMPN 15 Pujut yang berjumlah 14 orang. Sedangkan uji coba skala besar dilakukan kepada peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 1 Pujut yang berjumlah 52 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat validitas isi sangat baik berdasarkan kriteria penerimaan nilai CVI (0,83 untuk 7 orang ahli) dengan nilai Scale Content Validity Index (S-CVI) yaitu 0,972. Sementara itu, validitas empiris menunjukkan satu butir soal tidak valid pada uji coba skala kecil, namun pada uji coba skala besar semua butir soal dikategorikan valid. Berdasarkan analisis Rasch menunjukkan bahwa seluruh butir soal valid. Hasil analisis reliabilitas pada uji coba skala kecil dan skala besar menunjukkan bahwa nilai Cronbach Alpha (KR-20) berturut-turut 0,79 dan 0,81. Kepraktisan instrumen berdasarkan hasil angket respon guru dan peserta didik menunjukkan persentase skor kepraktisan di atas 80%, yang berarti bahwa instrumen sangat praktis digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi digital siswa dalam konteks pembelajaran IPA. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba skala kecil di SMPN 15 Pujut dan uji coba skala besar di SMPN 1 Pujut, diperoleh rata-rata capaian literasi digital peserta didik berturut sebesar 66% dan 82,46%. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan sebesar 16,46% dari skala kecil ke skala besar.

Abstract

The ethical values of Pancasila are implemented in the tradition and local wisdom of "Sesaji Rewanda," which is organized by the community of Talun Kacang Hamlet, Kandri Subdistrict, Gunungpati District, Semarang City. This tradition and local wisdom are practiced and preserved by the community with the aim of maintaining the sustainability and harmony with the surrounding nature, especially by nurturing and sustaining the harmony of vertical relationships, between humans and God as well as horizontal relationships between humans and others, and the relationship between humans and nature, including animals and plants. The implementation of the "Sesaji Rewanda" tradition is filled with the ethical values of Pancasila, where rituals are carried out with meaningful symbolism. In this tradition, there are four ceremonial "gunungan" (mountain-shaped offerings of food) of rice carried by participants to the Jati Barang Reservoir. The offerings include "nasi golong" or what the locals call sego kethek (monkey rice), which may only be served with vegetables, tempeh, and tofu; a "fruit gunungan" as a symbol of harmony with animals and nature; a "lepet gunungan" (traditional sticky rice snack) symbolizing harmony among fellow human beings; and the main "gunungan of agricultural produce" representing harmony with the Creator, the Causa Prima. There are also gunungan of lepet and ketupat (rice cake). These four gunungan, each 2.5 meters tall, are part of the vibrant ritual of Sesaji Rewanda celebrated in the Kandri tourism village every 7th of Syawal. This local wisdom serves as an expression of gratitude to God Almighty for the blessing of nature and the ancestral legacy, passed down orally and through traditions from the community around Goa Kreo. It brings prosperity and welfare to agriculture and the lives of the people in Talun Kacang Hamlet, Kandri Subdistrict, Gunungpati District, Semarang City. The tradition of "Sesaji Rewanda," the development of the Jati Barang Reservoir, and the arrangement of the Goa Kreo tourist site exemplify a model of Collaborative Politics based on local wisdom, infused with the ethical-political values of Pancasila, and representing a form of collaborative politics among national political actors down to the local elite level.

Abstract

Political education for first-time voters plays a crucial role in instilling democratic awareness rooted in Pancasila values. One method that can be implemented is through field observation assignments that utilize local wisdom. This study aims to examine how the Saparan tradition can be used as a learning medium in developing Pancasila political ethics for first-time voters at SMA Islam Plus At Tohari. The research approach used was qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results revealed that students' involvement in field observation assignments on the Saparan tradition helped them understand the values of democracy, mutual cooperation, and leadership from a local cultural perspective. The experience of direct interaction with the community also plays a role in shaping ethical political awareness in accordance with Pancasila principles. Therefore, integrating political education with local wisdom through field observation methods can be an effective approach in strengthening the understanding of political ethics for first-time voters.

Abstract

Policy reform through Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (the Omnibus Law) has significantly transformed the distribution of authority in spatial planning governance in Indonesia. This study analyzes the decentralization issues related to spatial planning authority following the enactment of the Omnibus Law, using a public policy and governance perspective. Drawing on theoretical reviews of decentralization, regional autonomy, and the national legal framework for spatial planning, this study identifies a shift toward centralization, marked by the strengthened role of the central government in planning, designation of strategic areas, and the implementation of a centralized, risk-based licensing system. While these reforms aim to improve licensing efficiency and policy coherence across jurisdictions, they also constrain local government authority, reduce public participation, and raise the potential for center–region conflicts. The findings highlight that the success of spatial planning reform depends on an institutional design that fosters synergy between the central government, regional authorities, and local communities. Accordingly, the study recommends enhancing consultation mechanisms between central and regional governments, ensuring meaningful public participation, introducing flexibility in the implementation of national standards, and strengthening local capacity and oversight. Effective spatial planning requires balancing national effectiveness with sensitivity to local characteristics, in support of sustainable and inclusive development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi karakter narapidana residivis dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi risiko pengulangan tindak pidana. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada tingginya angka residivisme yang menjadi tantangan dalam sistem pemasyarakatan Indonesia. Banyak program pembinaan belum mempertimbangkan latar belakang sosial, psikologis, dan lingkungan narapidana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di Lapas Kelas IIA Jember. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Pembahasan didasarkan pada teori Differential Association dan Risk-Need-Responsivity (RNR) untuk memahami perilaku menyimpang dan respons pembinaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakter residivis ditandai oleh lemahnya kontrol diri, trauma, dan keterbatasan pendidikan. Kesimpulannya pembinaan harus mempertimbangkan karakter individu dan kebutuhan spesifik. Oleh Karena itu, diperlukan intervensi berbasis keluarga serta pembinaan responsif untuk mencegah residivisme.
