Every company often experiences problems with both employees and customers of the company, so the company in addressing this must be wise in making decisions and finding solutions to solve problems. So the purpose of this study was to determine how much influence leadership style on problem-solving skills of employees of Hotel Sahid Jaya Surakarta. The research method used is quantitative research. The results obtained are correlated and very significant between problem solving and leadership style. A leader must have a way to solve problems, because in every sector of the company there will always be problems. The higher the problem solving, the higher the influence of the leadership style of Hotel Sahid Jaya Solo employees, and vice versa, the lower the problem solving. employees, the lower the influence of employee leadership style

This research aims to determine the contribution of the Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) aspect in learning Islamic Religious Education. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with library research methods. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of this research conclude that the contribution of the Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) aspect in Islamic Religious Education learning includes faith and piety, noble character, honesty, discipline, responsibility, caring (mutual cooperation, cooperation, tolerance, peace), polite, responsive and pro- Actively confident in interacting with family, friends, teachers, environment and society.

Language is a system of arbitrary vocal symbols for communication in human life, both individually and socially collectively. The influence of social media on teenagers' language styles is an increasingly important and relevant research topic in this digital era of conveying opinions and accessing information. This use of social media not only influences their social interactions, but also influences the language style used in writing Indonesian. In this way, this research aims to find out whether there is an influence of social media on language style in writing Indonesian among teenagers. The research design is descriptive quantitative. A set of questionnaires and observations were used to collect research data. The findings of the needs analysis show that most of these social media have an influence on Indonesian writing. In this study, 30 respondents were used by teenagers from Karang Taruna Mandiri, Karangan Village and used total sampling. in the reliability test 0.703 which shows reliability.

Social media in the last decade has become a channel that greatly influences all sectors of public life. It allows companies to see what topics are being discussed, what customers want in certain products on social media. The rapid dissemination of product information makes it easy for a brand to be known by Instagram social media users. On Instagram, there are many ways to promote products such as the Instagram Buzzer. The message delivered by buzzers on Instagram is done by combining captions with photos that are interesting and appropriate to the product being promoted. The buzzer's language style is also adapted to each character and is not given specific guidelines or formats. The research entitled "The Role of Instagram Social Media Buzzers in Building the Allesgut Milk Product Brand" used qualitative research methods. This type of research used descriptive research. Descriptive research was used to collect information about the research subject and tried to describe all the circumstances during the research. The results of this research explain that buzzers must meet the category of social media users who already understand the context, the effectiveness of communication, and how to build collaboration and develop connections, in line with the 4C theory. From the perspective of PT. Selaras Husada, buzzers are the right actors on social media who will be able to increase consumer awareness about Allesgut milk products and sales concepts. Buzzers can build awareness of Allesgut milk products among followers.

A Adolescence is a transitional period where individuals grow from childhood to maturity. The characteristic of adolescent development is experiencing changes in all aspects. The inability of adolescents to cope with all the changes within themselves leads to an identity crisis. One form of identity crisis is shown through juvenile delinquency. Therefore, the role of counselors in Guidance and Counseling is very important in addressing these issues. One of the relevant approaches in helping adolescents at school deal with juvenile delinquency as a symptom of identity crisis is the humanistic counseling approach. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using data collection techniques conducted through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The selection of research subjects was purposive sampling. Based on the research results, humanistic counseling is effective in addressing juvenile delinquency as a form of identity crisis that emphasizes empathy, unconditional acceptance, and congruence. Techniques such as reflection, open dialogue, and the development of internal motivation help students understand inner conflicts, enhance self-awareness, and foster personal responsibility.

This study examines the effectiveness of Quizizz as an advanced educational tool for enhancing narrative text reading comprehension among eleventh-grade students. Using a pre-experimental design with a single group pre-test and post-test approach, the research involved 18 eleventh-grade students. Statistical analysis included normality tests, reliability assessment, homogeneity of variance testing, and paired samples t-tests to evaluate the intervention's effectiveness. Results demonstrated a significant improvement in students' reading comprehension abilities following the implementation of Quizizz, with a mean difference of 31.611 between pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.001). The findings indicate that Quizizz functions as an effective educational resource for developing narrative reading skills among senior high school students, underscoring the potential value of gamified learning platforms in contemporary language education.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Forum Anak (Children's Forum) in Pandeglang Regency in realizing a Child-Friendly City (KLA), with a focus on the implementation of the 2P functions (Pioneer and Reporter) in the participatory process. The Forum Anak is designed as a channel for conveying children’s aspirations to the government, in line with Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2021 of Pandeglang Regency. The results of the study show that the Forum Anak of Pandeglang Regency has actively involved children in various programs and activities, such as capacity-building training and public consultation forums. However, challenges remain in spreading knowledge about children's rights and expanding the involvement of Forum Anak across all areas of the regency. Overall, the participation of Forum Anak is categorized at the "Degrees of Tokenism" level in the Ladder of Participation theory, primarily at the consultation level and partially at the placation level. Moving forward, steps are needed to provide greater opportunities for Forum Anak in designing and evaluating policies to achieve a more effective partnership level in realizing KLA. This study is expected to contribute to the development of a model for children's participation in regional development planning.

Literacy and numeracy skills are the ability to find various kinds of numbers and symbols in basic mathematics, the ability to analyze the information displayed, and the ability to interpret answer results. This research method is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research aims to determine students' abilities towards numeracy literacy in solving problems. Data collection techniques use test, interview and documentation methods. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted on 3rd grade students at SDI Padhapae, totaling 15 people, 8 men, 7 women. Based on the results of tests conducted on 15 students, 5 out of 15 students had a low level of numeracy literacy, because the students had difficulty solving questions related to everyday life. There are 6 students who can be put into the medium category because there are difficulties faced by students in solving problems, namely difficulty in working on the story problems given, but students can already use their reasoning to solve a given mathematical problem. Then there were 4 students in the high numeracy literacy category. They already understood the questions given and had no difficulty when asked to relate everyday life to mathematical concepts.

Manajemen pembiayaan yang efektif menjadi landasan utama untuk mewujudkan efisiensi operasional dan akuntabilitas di lingkungan pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi optimalisasi manajemen pembiayaan di lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam, dengan penekanan pada aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan pelaporan keuangan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengungkap praktik manajemen pembiayaan di beberapa madrasah dan sekolah Islam swasta melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga yang menerapkan sistem pembiayaan yang terstruktur dan transparan cenderung lebih stabil secara finansial, mendapatkan tingkat kepercayaan publik yang tinggi, dan mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan. Di samping itu, penerapan prinsip akuntabilitas berbasis syariah, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan keadilan, terbukti memperkuat integritas lembaga dalam mengelola sumber dana yang terbatas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas manajerial serta penerapan sistem digitalisasi keuangan untuk mendukung pengelolaan pembiayaan yang lebih efisien dan dapat dipercaya di lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Inovasi dalam pendidikan sering dipengaruhi oleh bias kognitif yang muncul dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Bias ini mencerminkan kecenderungan berpikir irasional yang dapat menyebabkan pemilihan kebijakan yang tidak optimal serta menghambat adopsi perubahan yang lebih efektif. Artikel ini mengkaji empat jenis bias kognitif utama yaitu confirmation bias, status quo bias, overconfidence bias, dan anchoring bias yang sering terjadi dalam konteks inovasi pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana bias-bias tersebut berdampak pada keputusan inovatif dan kontribusinya terhadap kegagalan atau keterlambatan implementasi inovasi yang seharusnya relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa bias ini dapat menyebabkan pengambilan keputusan yang tertutup terhadap masukan baru, mempertahankan pendekatan lama, dan mengabaikan data empiris. Untuk mengatasinya, peneliti menawarkan pendekatan seperti pelatihan kesadaran bias bagi pengambil keputusan, penggunaan evaluasi berbasis bukti, serta pelibatan perspektif yang beragam dalam proses keputusan. Dengan demikian, diperlukan upaya sistematis untuk mengurangi bias kognitif agar inovasi pendidikan berjalan lebih efektif, rasional, dan berkelanjutan.
