Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce transactions in Indonesia brings convenience to consumers, but also raises serious challenges in terms of legal protection of consumer rights. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the applicable legal framework, examine the business practices of e-commerce actors, and formulate strategies to strengthen consumer protection in the digital realm. This study is important considering the gap between the prevailing regulations and the dynamics of the field and the low awareness of consumers of their rights in electronic transactions. This research uses a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach. Primary data is obtained from a literature study of national laws and regulations such as Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions and its amendments. Secondary data is obtained through a review of relevant scientific journals, institutional reports, and previous research results. The analysis is conducted descriptively-analytically by examining the synchronization between existing legal norms and their implementation in e-commerce business practices in Indonesia. The results show that although the legal framework for consumer protection in Indonesia is textually adequate, its implementation in practice still encounters obstacles, including weak supervision, lack of effectiveness of consumer complaint mechanisms, and limited consumer understanding of their rights. Business practices in the e-commerce sector also often do not fully implement the principles of honesty, transparency, and accountability, especially in terms of returning goods, guaranteeing product quality, and protecting personal data. Therefore, a strategy to strengthen consumer protection is needed, including regulatory reform, strengthening digital supervision, consumer education, and increasing synergy between the government, business actors, and consumer protection institutions. This research emphasizes the urgency of establishing a consumer protection system that is responsive to technological changes and digital transaction patterns, in order to create a healthy, equitable, and consumer satisfaction and safety-oriented e-commerce climate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Professional Office computer course learning program at LPK Alfabank, Semarang City. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation process involves three main stages: planning, execution, and evaluation. Planning was conducted through intensive coordination among administrators, instructors, and relevant parties, covering material preparation, teaching methods, media, and evaluation strategies. Learning execution emphasized a balance between theory (30%) and practice (70%), utilizing lectures, hands-on practice, discussions, and demonstrations. Evaluation was carried out through process and outcome evaluations, including observation, pre-tests, and post-tests to assess participants’ competency achievements. Supporting factors for successful learning included instructor competence, availability of learning media, and active participant engagement, while inhibiting factors involved software updates, unfavorable weather, and participant tardiness. These findings highlight that an effective implementation strategy in computer courses can enhance participants' competencies and better prepare them for workforce challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis orientasi kurikulum pendidikan Islam dalam konteks pembentukan karakter, pengembangan intelektual, dan relevansinya terhadap tantangan zaman modern. Kurikulum pendidikan Islam tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai instrumen pengajaran ilmu-ilmu keislaman, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembinaan akhlak dan spiritualitas peserta didik. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan, menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur klasik dan kontemporer tentang pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kurikulum pendidikan Islam bersifat holistik, mencakup aspek spiritual, intelektual, sosial, dan moral. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan kesenjangan antara idealisme kurikulum dan implementasi di lapangan, terutama dalam integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dengan ilmu pengetahuan modern. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya reorientasi kurikulum pendidikan Islam agar lebih adaptif, kontekstual, dan responsif terhadap dinamika global tanpa kehilangan esensi nilai-nilai keislaman.

Abstract

Technological advancement profoundly impacts civilizations, cultures, and educational paradigms, ushering in a new era of innovation and change. As technology becomes deeply ingrained in our daily lives, educational practices must adapt, necessitating creative approaches to learning and assessment for sustainable educational progress. E-assessment emerges as a groundbreaking online-based assessment system poised to tackle the complexities inherent in initiatives like Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). By embracing e-assessment, educational institutions can customize assessments to suit the unique requirements of MBKM, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with its core objectives. The reliability of e-assessment enables evaluations to occur at any time, from anywhere, by multiple assessors, fostering inclusivity and collaborative learning environments. However, like any innovation, e-assessment presents its own set of challenges. Users must possess adequate digital literacy and access to necessary resources to fully exploit its potential. This collaborative approach not only resonates with the ethos of MBKM but also bolsters its ability to deliver comprehensive and collaborative dance education. In conclusion, the incorporation of e-assessment into dance practice evaluation underscores the transformative potential of technology in education, demonstrating how innovative solutions can enhance educational experiences and empower learners in the digital era.

Abstract

This study is intended as a means to measure students' abilities through a project-based learning approach. The chosen procedure is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of two stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, involving class XI students at SMKN 8 Surabaya. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and learning outcome tests. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Project-Based Learning effectively enhances students' creativity, as evidenced by the increase in average scores and active participation in learning activities. Based on these findings, the strategy is recommended as an effective approach for classroom learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan sebagai salah satu komponen penting dalam keberlangsungan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Pembiayaan pendidikan mencakup seluruh proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi pengelolaan dana pendidikan agar dapat digunakan secara efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, berdasarkan telaah literatur dan data sekunder dari berbagai sumber terkait kebijakan dan praktik pembiayaan pendidikan di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama dalam manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan meliputi ketimpangan distribusi dana, transparansi penggunaan anggaran, serta keterbatasan kapasitas manajerial di tingkat satuan pendidikan. Diperlukan strategi peningkatan tata kelola keuangan, penguatan akuntabilitas, dan kolaborasi antarpemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan bahwa pembiayaan pendidikan dapat mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengaruh kualitas makanan dan suasana rumah makan terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui kenyamanan fasilitas di kawasan pariwisata Punclut, Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengunjung rumah makan di kawasan Punclut. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur untuk menguji hubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terbukti ada pengaruh kualitas makanan terhadap kenyamanan fasilitas (H1), kualitas makanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (H2), ada pengaruh suasana rumah makan terhadap kenyamanan fasilitas (H3), suasana rumah makan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (H4), ada pengaruh kenyamanan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen (H5). Selain itu, kenyamanan fasilitas juga terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh kualitas makanan dan suasana rumah makan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (H6,H7). Hal ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas makanan yang baik, suasana rumah makan yang nyaman dan fasilitas yang memadai merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen di kawasan wisata kuliner. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola rumah makan di kawasan Punclut untuk lebih memperhatikan kualitas makanan, menciptakan suasana yang menarik, dan meningkatkan kenyamanan fasilitas guna meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Keterlambatan berbicara (speech delay) pada batita merupakan masalah perkembangan yang semakin banyak menjadi perhatian karena dapat berdampak pada kemampuan komunikasi dan perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, serta strategi penanganan keterlambatan ber pada anak usia 1–3 tahun melalui studi pustaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan meninjau berbagai jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir. Keterlambatan ber ditandai dengan keterbatasan kosakata, pengucapan yang kurang jelas, serta lambatnya pemerolehan bahasa dibandingkan anak seusianya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi antara lain genetik, stimulasi lingkungan, gangguan pendengaran, dan pola pengasuhan. Dalam penanganannya, deteksi dini, keterlibatan aktif orang tua, serta terapi wicara yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak sangat diperlukan.

Abstract

The Kani Wujo Ikat Weaving Group in Tiwatobi Village, Ile Mandiri District is a representation of local wisdom that plays an important role in maintaining cultural identity and supporting the local community's economy. However, the group's development faces challenges in the form of limited product innovation, narrow market access, and lack of managerial training that meets local needs. This study aims to examine an empowerment model based on local wisdom and community participation to strengthen the sustainability of the Kani Wujo Ikat Weaving Group. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation, and documentation studies, involving weavers, traditional leaders, and village officials as the main informants. Data analysis is carried out interactively through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, according to the Miles and Huberman analysis model. The results of the study show that group empowerment based on local wisdom and community participation encourages the maintenance of cultural values in weaving production, strengthens social solidarity, and increases adaptation to information technology in marketing. However, there is also a need to improve design innovation, expand market access, and strengthen the capacity of group financial literacy. In conclusion, approaches based on local wisdom and community participation are effective in maintaining the sustainability of traditional businesses and strengthening the economic resilience of communities. The suggestion for further research is to expand the focus on developing cultural-based business model adaptation strategies in the midst of global market dynamics and to quantitatively assess the economic impact of community empowerment based on local wisdom.

Abstract

The concept of cyber notary introduces Notaries to utilize information technology and the internet in carrying out their duties and authority. However, there is currently no clear regulation regarding this matter. This research aims to determine the validity and evidential strength of notarial deeds signed using electronic signatures. The research employs a socio-legal empirical method with descriptive analytical specifications, further analyzed qualitatively. Both primary and secondary data will be utilized, referring to relevant laws and regulations concerning the researched issue. The research findings indicate that notarial deeds signed with electronic signatures are declared invalid due to non-compliance with laws and regulations. Similarly, their evidential strength is degraded from authentic deeds to private deeds. The consequence of this degradation is weakened and imperfect evidential strength. The establishment of new legislation is required to support the UUJN (Notary Law) governing cyber notaries, ensuring legal certainty in notarial deeds signed with electronic signatures.this act it is categorized as piracy which violates the provisions in Article 113 paragraph (4).
