Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui implementasi teori belajar konstruktivisme dalam pembelajaran ips di kelas VIII Smp Negeri Miftahul-Huda Kwandang dan Untuk mengetahui factor-faktor apa yang mendukung implementasi Teori Belajar Konstruktivisme dalam Pembelajaran IPS di Kelas VIII SMP Negeri Miftahul-Huda Kwandang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara trianggulasi (gabungan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi).Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil belajar Implementasi Teori Belajar Konstruktivisme dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas VIII di SMP Negeri MIftahul-Huda Kwandang, teori ini sudah dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri MIftahul-Huda Kwandang , Implementasi teori belajar konstruktivisme dalam pembelajaran IPS Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri Miftahul-Huda Kwandang. penerapan dengan menggunkan metode Problem based learning (pembelajaran berbasis masalah) metode pembelajaran yang menuntut adanya aktivitas siswa secara penuh dalam rangka menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa secara mandiri dengan cara mengkonstruksi pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang dimiliki.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze errors in the use of capital letters in educational poster media made by grade VI students of SDN Tanggultlare. Posters are a form of visual literacy used in learning to foster creativity and students' writing skills. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with documentation and content analysis techniques. Data were taken from seven posters resulting from the Indonesian Language subject project. The results showed that there were 22 capitalization errors, including errors in writing capital letters at the beginning of sentences, proper names, place names, and the influence of digital-style writing such as 'By:' and artistic lowercase letters. These results indicate the importance of integrating PUEBI materials into visual literacy practices in elementary schools.

Abstract

Educational institutions are required to implement a management strategy that is more systematic, measurable, and aligned with the organization's long-term direction. This research aims to examine how the integration of the formulation of vision, mission, and basic values into the framework of the Balanced Scorecard can strengthen the management of strategic strategies and partnerships in educational institutions. This study was conducted through a descriptive qualitative approach with systematic literature study methods and institutional documentation analysis, including strategic plans, statutes, and annual reports from various educational institutions. The results of the study show that the integration of vision and mission in each Balanced Scorecard perspective is able to create performance indicators that are directed, consistent, and in accordance with the strategic direction of the institution. Institutional foundational values have proven to play an important role in shaping an organizational culture that supports performance achievement. In addition, partnership strategies can also be improved through performance indicators that measure the effectiveness of external relationships. This research makes an important contribution to the development of value-based education management practices by presenting a framework of integration that can be replicated. These findings suggest the importance of developing vision, mission, and value-based evaluation policies and systems in the management of educational institutions in an era of global collaboration and competition.

Abstract

Mathematics plays a crucial role in developing students' critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities, especially in the face of evolving challenges in the global era. However, mathematics learning in Indonesia is often too focused on memorizing formulas and procedures that hinder students' cognitive development and disposition. This study aims to evaluate the effect of the application of the Realistic Mathematics Education approach on improving students' problem-solving skills and mathematical disposition in the Two-Variable Linear Equation System material. The method used was a pseudo-experiment with a posttest-only control group design. This study involved two classes of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Tondano, where one class was treated with the PMR approach as an experimental group, while the control group was taught using conventional methods. The data collected included the results of a description test to measure problem-solving skills and a mathematical disposition questionnaire to assess students' attitudes towards mathematics. Data analysis was carried out using a t-test. The results revealed that the average scores of problem-solving skills and mathematical dispositions of students taught with the PMR approach were significantly higher compared to the control group. This suggests that this approach based on real-world contexts can improve understanding of concepts, stimulate critical thinking, and form positive attitudes towards mathematics. The implications of this study show the importance of applying a contextual approach in mathematics education to improve the quality of learning as a whole. Therefore, teachers must be encouraged to implement learning strategies that connect abstract concepts with real life to make learning more meaningful and effective in the long run.

Abstract

Education that is adaptive to individual needs is one of the main demands in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. This study aims to analyze the influence of differentiated learning on students' cognitive learning outcomes in Biology subjects, especially human respiratory system materials. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano using a quantitative approach and quasi-experimental methods. The sample consisted of two classes: the experimental class that applied differentiated learning and the control class that followed conventional learning. The data collection instrument is in the form of learning outcome tests given before and after treatment. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical tests and an independent t-test using SPSS Statistics 27. The results showed that the average posttest results of students in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class. The calculated t value of 6.092 exceeds the table's t value of 1.99, indicating that differentiated learning substantially improves student learning outcomes. Differentiated learning provides space for students to learn according to their learning style and readiness level, increasing motivation and participation. The implications of this study confirm the importance of the role of teachers in designing student-centered adaptive learning strategies. These findings contribute to developing more responsive and contextual learning models at the secondary education level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran konten edukasi sebagai alat pemasaran dalam meningkatkan literasi konsumen melalui konten edukasi, dengan fokus studi kasus pada berbagai sektor usaha di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konten terhadap berbagai contoh iklan literasi yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan di sektor keuangan, teknologi, ritel, dan otomotif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten edukasi yang disajikan secara informatif dan relevan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsumen terhadap produk dan layanan, sehingga mendorong keterlibatan yang lebih aktif dan keputusan pembelian yang lebih tepat. Khususnya, sektor keuangan dan teknologi telah mengimplementasikan strategi literasi yang efektif melalui berbagai media digital seperti webinar, video tutorial, dan modul pembelajaran online. Namun, sektor ritel dan otomotif masih menunjukkan keterbatasan dalam penggunaan konten edukasi sebagai alat pemasaran. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa literasi sebagai alat pemasaran tidak hanya meningkatkan brand awareness dan loyalitas konsumen, tetapi juga membangun kepercayaan yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan konten edukasi yang kreatif dan interaktif sangat direkomendasikan untuk memperkuat keterlibatan konsumen di masa depan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran berbasis literasi di Indonesia, sekaligus membuka peluang bagi perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan literasi sebagai keunggulan kompetitif dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar yang semakin kompleks dan digital.

Abstract

This research purpose to determine the effect of training on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Adonara Barat. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal descriptive research type. The population and sample used in this study were all teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Adonara Barat totaling 48 people with a census sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study and data analysis showed that the training variable had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Larantuka Adonara Barat as indicated by the results of the F test with a ρ value of 61,511 with a significance of (0.000 < 0.05), and partially (t test) the training variable made a positive contribution to teacher performance with a tcount value > ttable (2.543 > 1.677) with a significance level of 0.042 < 0.05. These results indicate that training has an effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Adonara Barat.

Abstract

Peatlands play a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem balance and mitigating climate change; however, their existence on Bengkalis Island, Bengkalis Regency, faces significant pressure due to land-use changes, forest fires, and unsustainable management practices. This study aims to analyze the application of Good Environmental Governance (GEG) principles in the sustainable protection and management of peatlands in the region. A qualitative approach was used, employing data collection techniques such as document analysis, in-depth interviews with stakeholders, and field observations. This research adopts Belbase’s theoretical framework, which includes rule of law, participation and representation, access to information, transparency and accountability, decentralization, institutions and agencies, and access to justice. The findings reveal that GEG implementation on Bengkalis Island still encounters various challenges, particularly in terms of inter-agency coordination, community involvement, and environmental law enforcement. Nevertheless, there are positive initiatives from local governments and NGOs that promote transparent, participatory, and accountable environmental governance. The study recommends strengthening institutional capacity, enhancing local community participation, and integrating science-based policies in sustainable peatland management. With consistent application of GEG principles, the long-term protection of peatland ecosystems on Bengkalis Island can be better ensured.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the fertilizer assistance policy for oil palm farmers in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency, focusing on its effectiveness, targeting accuracy, and impact on production improvement. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that although the program is intended to enhance oil palm productivity, its implementation faces several challenges such as delayed fertilizer distribution, inaccurate targeting of beneficiaries, and lack of technical assistance. Most farmers reported that fertilizers often arrive after the ideal planting season and are not distributed evenly. Additionally, the absence of accurate farmer data systems has led to unfair distribution and vulnerability to misuse. This study recommends improvements in the distribution mechanism, digital-based data updating for recipients, and the strengthening of farmer institutions and continuous extension services to ensure the program is more effective and impactful. A comprehensive policy evaluation is expected to ensure that fertilizer assistance truly contributes to increasing yields and promoting the sustainable welfare of oil palm farmers.

Abstract

The lack of discipline among junior high school students in social studies learning affects the effectiveness of the educational process. Initial observations in Class 7H at SMP Lab Lab, State University of Malang, revealed that students often ignored class rules, failed to follow teacher instructions, submitted assignments late, and were inactive in group work. To address these issues, Challenge Cards were developed as a learning medium based on Design Thinking to foster discipline through structured and engaging learning tasks. This study used a Research and Development (R&D) strategy with a qualitative descriptive method. The development process followed five stages of Design Thinking. In the Empathize stage, observations and interviews were conducted to identify the causes of low discipline, such as procrastination and lack of responsibility. The Define stage formulated the core problem as the absence of a learning strategy that includes time limits and clear task structures. During the Ideate stage, Challenge Cards were designed with social case studies to be completed sequentially within a time frame. A prototype consisting of five challenge levels and group task scenarios was tested in the Test stage. The results showed improved discipline, including punctual submissions, teamwork, and rule compliance. The media proved effective, engaging, contextual, and encouraged active student responsibility.
