<![CDATA[The practice of money politics is included in electoral criminal offenses, including in the regional elections. This crime often occurs but is difficult to process. This is due to the obstacles faced by Bawaslu in carrying out the handling, namely the absence of criminal sanctions norms, the limited authority of Bawaslu and differences in perceptions at the Gakkumdu Center. For this reason, efforts that must be made in the regional elections are to revise the law and give Bawaslu full authority in handling election criminal violations, including the practice of money politics. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide a better understanding of money politics in legislative regulations in general elections. The findings and recommendations from this research can be the basis for more effective policy making in preventing and dealing with political money in general elections in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study focuses on optimizing law enforcement against juvenile crimes in order to reduce the number of criminal acts that commonly occur in Indonesia. Law enforcement is the process of realizing the hopes and desires of the law so that they become a reality to be implemented and respected by society. Teenagers are the country's future assets, in fact currently more and more crimes are being committed by teenagers, such as drug abuse and street crime in the form of gangsters. This problem is no longer strange nowadays. Juvenile crime is an act or conduct that is contrary to the provisions of the criminal law committed by teenagers individually or collectively. It is necessary to pay attention to the many internal and external factors that cause juvenile delinquency. To overcome this, parental supervision and a good environment can determine adolescent growth and development. This research was carried out with the aim of conducting a literature review regarding the meaning of juvenile delinquency, the factors that cause juvenile delinquency, and how law enforcement deals with juvenile delinquency. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, searches are carried out in the Google Schoolar electronic database. Based on the results of observations made by the author in schools in Bekasi City, currently there are still many forms of non-formal social groups emerging which are thought to be a link in the chain of the free life of teenagers who are commonly called "gangsters" or "gangs". Adolescence, most of whom have the social status of students, especially students at the upper secondary level and above, is the most unstable period because at that age teenagers are most vulnerable to participating in student associations which lead to negative actions. The conclusion regarding law enforcement against juvenile delinquency is that this is an important aspect in maintaining public order and security.]]>

<![CDATA[This research journal investigates how mental health impacts the lives of students, especially those living in unsupportive environments. With a qualitative approach and using a Google Forms survey, this research highlights students' understanding of the definition of mental health according to the Islamic religion. So this journal has several objectives, namely to find out the influence of mental health on students' lives, the causes of students suffering from mental disorders, the relationship between Islam and mental health and the role of Islam in influencing students' mental health. The results show that the majority of respondents consider the role of Islam in influencing their mental health to be important. In dealing with anxiety, most students tend to talk to other people, and listening to the recitation of the holy verses of the Koran is considered a source of calm. The Islamic perspective highlights that good mental health involves physical and mental health, as well as religious beliefs that can provide peace of mind. This study confirms that understanding and practicing the Islamic religion can be an important factor in overcoming students' mental disorders, providing in-depth insight into the role of religion in creating positive mental balance.]]>

<![CDATA[In the industrial era 4.0, the world of education is required to produce a curriculum whose dimension is critical reasoning. To develop critical thinking skills requires a habituation process carried out by the teacher. Where, the learning model that can be used is problem based learning. By applying problem based learning to students, students can get used to thinking critically about problems that occur in the real world. In building construction subjects, solutions are needed for all existing problems resulting from the failure of a building construction or imperfection in building results. This is very necessary to increase the understanding of vocational students, especially those majoring in building construction. By using problem based learning in building construction subjects, it is hoped that students can quickly understand and comprehend efforts to avoid failure in a building.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effectiveness of applying case-based learning (CBL) with a construction building theme to strengthen the analytical skills of vocational high school (SMK) students. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample is 30 SMK students in grade X who were selected randomly. The research instruments used are analytical tests and observation sheets. The results of the study show that there is a significant increase in students' analytical skills after participating in CBL learning. This increase is seen in the aspects of problem identification, data analysis, and decision making. This shows that CBL with a construction building theme is an effective learning approach to strengthen the analytical skills of SMK students.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of Islamic guidance and counseling services at school can be used as a method by teachers in providing guidance and motivation to students in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith by applying religious values as a guide or foundation for students in overcoming all the problems they face. Lack of religious understanding is one of the factors that lead to deviant behavior towards adolescents, it can occur when individuals do not have a strong religious foundation so they are easily affected by environmental conditions, so there is a need for a process of mentoring learning and religious education. Guidance and counseling in the view of Islam is an effort made to solve a problem that occurs in a person based on Islamic norms. Based on the function of Counseling Guidance in the Islamic view of everything that is done in order to enrich the potential of the students and try as much as possible to find out what is being experienced in order to obtain the right solution and have a life in God's favor both in the world and in yaumil end.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning style is the way how each individual processes information and manages information. In the learning process, each learner usually has a diverse learning style. There are students who understand better if learning through theory, there are also students who more easily understand learning by practice. A good learning style will make it easier for students to follow the learning process. The writing of this article aims to explore learners' perceptions of teachers' learning styles in Building Construction lessons. Descriptive research method was used by interviewing learners who have attended the lesson. The results show that most learners have a positive perspective on the teacher's learning style in Building Construction lessons. There are several factors that help this positive perspective including the teacher's ability to explain learning concepts, and learning media that can be understood. However, there were also some learners who said they needed improvement in their learning approach and understanding. The author aims to provide teachers with insights in improving the quality of their learning, by adapting their learning style to students' preferences]]>

Utilizing the literature review research method, this study analyzes and evaluates various articles and journals relevant to the role of Project Based Learning in AutoCAD education. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyse students' needs for E-module teaching materials in the Mechanics of Materials course at the Building Engineering Education Study Program, State University of Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive survey method with a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique consisting of 40 respondents of undergraduate students of the Building Engineering Education Department Class of 2020-2022. The questionnaire filling period was 15 - 18 May 2024. The results of the needs analysis show that 95% choose E-modules and 80% agree that it is difficult to find learning resources. As many as 35% of students have difficulty in analysing and solving problems, especially the heavy point and moment of inertia of the cross section. Respondents suggested that the E-module will make the formula points, references to example problems and practice problems are reproduced. In general, the results of this needs analysis can be used as a guide in designing teaching materials for Mechanics of Materials.]]>
