Abstract

This research aims to explore the understanding and practices of young Christian generations in their efforts to emulate Jesus as a teacher and leader in the context of modern society. The study will analyze how young Christians apply the teachings and values taught by Jesus Christ in their daily lives and in their leadership roles within the church and society. The research method employed is qualitative research, with data collection through document analysis. The gathered data will be analyzed using a thematic approach to identify patterns of understanding and practices. The results of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of how young Christians confront challenges and opportunities in emulating Jesus as a teacher and leader in the context of modern society. Additionally, this research is also expected to offer insights for the church and church leaders in supporting and guiding young Christian generations on their journey to becoming leaders inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Abstract

This study was motivated by traders in the long Koto Puncak Koto area which is located at Puncak Koto-long Gotgarian Lansek Giftsk, Jorong II Koto-long, Pasaman Regency. And to find out Islamic Business Ethics in trading. Also knowing the Impact of The Peak Koto- long Tourism Development On Traders’ income. This type of research is qualitative research with a research approach used by norms and sociology. The primary sources of this research adalahdata are primary and secondary data. Data processing techniques and analysis techniques are carried out with Milles and Heubermen with three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the research conducted on the field, it can be concluded that the Impact of Koto-long Tourism Development in Increasing Traders’ Revenue in Lansek Village of Gifts Pasaman Regency, according to Islamic Business Ethics with the Existence of Koto Long Tourism Objects has a big impact as a place that is able to absorb employment as well as the provision of the field among other people who are able to absorb labor. This is based on the results of the study conducted by studies that show a state after evidenced by the existence of the village community that became labor as a manager and merchant at the Peak coto-long Tourist Objects. The people of Lansek Giftul Village have many income from this job, and increase the results of income for the community, especially traders at the Long Koto Tourism Peak Area. Also still being found by the activities of traders who are not in accordance with the principles of Islamic Business Ethics, namely Atlas God SWT because merchants are only world-oriented and do not think about the hereafter. The intention of sincerity should be expected from Allah is the main thing in all businesses carried out during life in the world. But there are also traders who are in accordance with Islamic business ethics, which is honest and trust where the author finds facts in the field that traders at the top coto length are honest.

Abstract

This research is a field research with a qualitative method that connects theory with facts using primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques using document studies, observations, and interviews. Based on the results of the research that the authors have done, it can be interpreted that the role of the internal audit work unit division in managing the risk of the financing process at PT. Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Bukittinggi, aims to prevent financing risks that can harm the bank, such as a decrease in the number of customers, incomplete data from prospective customers, as well as repeated findings in the financing inspection process, therefore auditing the role of the unit internal work in handling the risk of the financing process is very important in supporting the management and risk mitigation of the financing process, then several internal audit roles are carried out in identifying financing risks at PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Bukittinggi such as ensuring compliance, credit quality assessment, testing of financing procedures, checking portfolio Financing, overcoming fraud and protection, as well as reporting and recommendations, by carrying out this role, the financing process will run according to the provisions. The stages of carrying out inspections by the internal audit work division in handling the risk of the financing process at PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Bukittinggi, include audit planning, information gathering, evaluation and risk assistance, development of audit plans, audit implementation, analysis of findings and completion of reports and follow-up follow up on audit results.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies and effectiveness of instilling religious moderation values in the context of diverse communities. Religious moderation values encompass principles that promote tolerance, appreciation of diversity, and interfaith cooperation in addressing belief differences. The research methodology employed is qualitative research using a case study approach and document analysis, which was utilized to gain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of religious moderation values in daily life. The research findings indicate that instilling religious moderation values can serve as a catalyst for building harmony and unity in diverse communities. Effective strategies include inclusive religious education, interfaith dialogue, and collaborative cross-faith activities. Furthermore, religious leadership capable of promoting equality and mutual understanding among faith communities also significantly contributes to creating an inclusive environment. This research provides valuable insights for the development of public policies and religious education programs aimed at strengthening tolerance and harmony in diverse communities. By prioritizing the cultivation of religious moderation values, communities can establish a solid foundation to achieve common goals in dynamic and diverse societal settings.

Abstract

Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to provide appropriate advice and infrastructure so that learning activities run well and provide maximum results.

Abstract

This research aims to determine student management in forming the character of religious students at MAN 2 Tabalong. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The respondents in this research were students and teachers at MAN 2 Tabalong, totaling 60 students and 50 teachers. The results of the research show that participant management has a positive and significant effect on the character formation of religious students at MAN 2 Tabalong. This shows that good student management can help shape the character of religious students. Therefore, it is recommended that schools can improve student management in forming the character of religious students by providing training and development to teachers and school staff, as well as involving parents in the process of forming the character of religious students.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the funding strategy implemented by Zis for the Care Education Program at Dt. Care for North Sumatra. Raising ZIS funds for the Education Program at DT Peduli North Sumatra can support the realization of an education system in the community, especially for underprivileged children. Children who are prioritized as ZIS recipients are classified as follows: (1) poor, orphaned (2) Muslim (3) still in school (4) have a certificate of indigency from the local RT (5) as well as children who classified as smart with proof of report cards that have been submitted to the DT Peduli North Sumatra team (6) domiciled in North Sumatra. After that, the DT Peduli North Sumatra team will follow up by surveying the field directly after the data on recipients of educational assistance is received (Documentation). The research methodology used is a qualitative approach. DT Peduli Medan aims to allocate zakat funds effectively by distributing them to mustahik with diverse financial backgrounds. Various resources such as financial capital, tangible assets, equipment, and human labor are all available. Furthermore, the leadership of DT Peduli Medan carried out socialization of philanthropic efforts aimed at encouraging the socio-economic progress of local communities in various fields, including education, economics, health, culture and other related fields.

Abstract

Dating is a process of introduction between two human beings to get to know each other more deeply, a man and a woman, before they decide to proceed to a more serious level such as marriage. Not infrequently, in this relationship there are conflicts and problems. One of the conflicts that occurs in dating relationships often leads to cases of violence. Unfortunately, the problem of dating violence is not yet known by the general public. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between jealousy and dating violence behavior in college students. This research uses quantitative methods that are correlational in nature. The subjects in this research were students who met the inclusion criteria, with a total sample of 100 people taken using non-probability sampling techniques with the Convenience Sampling type. The instrument used in this research is a Likert scale to measure the behavioral variables of dating violence and jealousy. Data were analyzed using correlation tests with statistical software. The results of the correlation test carried out show a positive relationship, which can be interpreted as the higher/increasing jealousy, the higher/increasing dating violence behavior. Conversely, if the lower the jealousy, the lower the dating violence behavior will be. The advice given to students is that they are expected to be more able to control themselves in relationships and avoid violence

Abstract

Religious moderation has become a crucial issue in understanding how the younger generation in Christian communities navigate their religious beliefs in the context of a continuously evolving society. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the factors influencing the level of religious moderation among young Christians. This literature review involves analyzing literature from various sources that discuss key aspects that can influence attitudes toward religious moderation. Through the method of literature review or literary study, this research identifies several key factors that can play a pivotal role in shaping the level of religious moderation among young Christians. These factors include demographic aspects such as age and education, the influence of social environments including family and peers, the role of the church and participation in social service activities, the impact of media and technology, as well as challenges related to religious identity that young Christians may face. The importance of religious education and experiences in the church is also a focal point in this study, considering how understanding religion and participation in religious activities can shape attitudes toward religious moderation. Furthermore, the impact of religious identity crises and spiritual questions is also a relevant aspect in evaluating these factors. The findings of this research are expected to provide a solid foundation for further studies on the factors influencing religious moderation among young Christians. These findings are anticipated to make a significant contribution to spiritual guidance, the development of religious education programs, and the formulation of more effective church policies to support the younger generation of Christians in managing their religious beliefs moderately amid the challenges of the times.

Abstract

The doctrine of God, as a core theological tenet in the Christian perspective, has undergone significant developments over time. This research aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the evolution of the doctrine of God and its implications in the context of the modern era. Utilizing both theological and social approaches, this study investigates how views on the character of God, salvation, and the relationship between humans and the divine have evolved over time. The doctrine of God not only serves as the foundation of Christian faith but also plays a crucial role in shaping ethical and moral perspectives within society. The implications of the doctrine of God in the social context illustrate how religious values influence human behavior in daily life. In an era filled with challenges and complexity, a profound understanding of the doctrine of God becomes essential in addressing existential questions and providing moral guidance. This study also highlights the dynamics of change in the understanding of the doctrine of God amidst contemporary Christian society. The central question of how theology adapts to social and technological changes is a focal point of this research. The results of this analysis offer new insights into the relevance of the doctrine of God in addressing contemporary issues such as advanced technology, religious pluralism, and pressing social concerns. This research is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of how the doctrine of God in the Christian perspective not only endures in the modern era but also provides meaningful guidance for individuals and communities facing the challenges of the times.
