Abstract

This research aims to detect and describe watchfulness about strategy builds study organization (learning organization) in increase quality and graduate competitiveness (case study at senior high school (SMA) NU Hasyim Asy’ari Kudus. This research method uses to approach qualitative with case studyresearch kind. Informant election is done according to purposive and snowball technique or snowball sampling so that found satisfied data. This research data collecting technique uses: (1) indepth interview; (2) participant observation; and (3) documentation study. Data validity verification is based in four criterias that is credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. This research data analysis uses SWOT analysis. Research finding result that is: (1) strategy is done in build study organization (learning organization) thatis with involve school committee, headmaster, teacher, official, and student with design human resource development (HRD) effectively pass inservicetraining, (2) quality and graduate competitiveness at SMA NU Hasyim Asy’ari Kudus in general belong in good category, but such necessary give many superiorities as response form from stakeholders. Seen from decreased it society interest in latest yrs, (3) strategy builds study organization (learningorganization) done with do communication passes ceremonies that carried out in order to apple morning, and at other activity interrupts, (4) identificationis done according to together by civitas academic person by using SWOT analysis, so that determinable assorted new strategy relevanter with period development demand. SWOT analysis result found as follows: (1) red letter day change from Friday is changed to be day sunday based on demand users(stakeholders), (2) religious teacher involvement in school promotion to get society belief, (3) NU organization is used according to maximal as base toincrease student total and school quality, (4) opinion existence government wisdom SMK as much as 60% and SMA 40% must be responsived with give curriculum load SMA plus that is alive craft after they pass. (5) Synergy between education foundation executor body Ma’arif with SMA NU Hasyim Asy’ari Kudus, (6) location SMA NU Hasyim Asy’ari that flanked by several SMA and SMK with distance close to one another ± 0.5 km and belong also private must innovate in school superiority, (7) Only one way for student doesn’t has vehicle self difficulty moment go to school. School can develop boarding school system that is garrisoned with given study addition matterand superiority speaks everyday Arabian language and English.

Abstract

Supervision Artistic religious-humanistic is the development of a model of artistic supervision, the deepening of the person’s religious values inspiringthis supervision model that implemented in performing his duties as a leader and supervisor in an agency or institution. Supervision artistic religioushumanistic is a model of supervision that develops relationships between superiors and subordinates well, placing the teachers and the staff are equal as human beings or God’s creatures and to drop barriers or differentiator like place in the job and other background as a form of implementation of thevalues of religiosity that there is in a person. The principal of MTs Al Kautsar North Rawajitu applied this supervision model. The religiosity values make the Principal as a humble and capable leader in social interaction, resilient and protecting as superiors, decisive and insightful or visionary future.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) know the activeness of student learning in akidah akhlak aubject in Madrasah Manba’ul Sidorejo Falah Pamotan-Rembang, (2) knowthe teacher evaluation system in akidah akhlak subject in Madrasah Manba’ul Sidorejo Falah Pamotan-Rembang, (3)see the main effects and the impact of the implementation of the evaluation system accompanied to student achievement in akidah akhlak Education in Madrasah Manba’ul Sidorejo Falah PamotanRembang.This study is a qualitative research with naturalistic models and phenomenology approach. This approach carried out two phases: descriptive and evaluative stage. Descriptive stage is to explore the idea of IntegratedIslamic Education System, while the evaluative stage is descriptive-analytic approach, followed by comparison. The findings of this study are; Theactiveness of study at Madrasah Manba’ul Sidorejo Falah Pamotan-Rembang appear on the dimensions of the students subject: (1) lack of expression,thought, feeling, desire and courage to participate, (2) existence of effort and creativity, a sense of airy, and free to do anything. Akidah akhlak learningactiveness in Madrasah Manba’ul Sidorejo Falah Pamotan-Rembang which looks at the dimension of teachers are:(1) the efforts to foster and encourage the subject of students in increasing excitement and active student participation, (2) ability to carry out the functions and role of the teacher as an innovatorand motivator, (3) giving the opportunity to the students which essentially have individual differences, (4) ability to use a variety of teaching and learningstrategies as well as multimedia approach. On the dimension of the program: (1) the instructional objectives and concepts as well as the subject’s abilitylearners, (2) program that allows the development of the concept as well as the activity of the students subject, (3) a program that is not rigid in determiningthe methods and media are easily understood. On the dimensions of teaching and learning situation, such as (1) the teaching-learning situations that leadto social interaction and communication teacher-student in warmth and pleasant, (2) the excitement and joy of learning of the students subject.

Abstract

This study was to determine the level of academic qualifications, competence, and especially teacher certification Raudlatul Athfal teacher managementcomponent contained in the Total Quality Management (TQM). Quality education will only be realized if the available qualified teachers. To realizethe required qualified teachers effective teacher management ranging from recruitment, placement, induction, welfare and professional development ofteachers. The teacher is a person who works to teach, so teachers Raudlatul Athfal ( RA ) is a teacher who teaches in the Early Childhood education units (ECD) in the levels of formal Raudlatul RA or kindergarten who have the ability as an educator and responsible learners. In TQM (Total Quality Management), the authors sought to find alternative thinking menukilkan teacher management Raudlatul Athfal (RA) is an effective starting from recruitment and placement system, indusksi and welfare benefits, as well as the professional development of teachers. Effective teacher management began perkrutan, placement, induction of new teachers, good welfare, and sustainable professional development.

Abstract

A questionnaire was administered to 150  students of a STAIN Kediri graduated from Islamic Senior High School and Senior High School to examine their Statistict self efficacy. The variables were measured respectivelyusing the Statistict self efficacy Scale. In comparison with the students of a STAIN Kediri graduated from Islamic Senior High School and Senior High School, differed in their Statistict self efficacy. Senior High School obtainedhigher scores of Statistict self efficacy than that of Islamic Senior High School.

Abstract

Globalization is like a two-sided coin that each piece has its own role, meaning that globalization has led to remarkable progress in human civilization, but at thesame time is also not a few negative effects caused by the advent of globalization.We take the example that occurred in education today. Abstract

Sexuality education oftenly understood in a wrong way as a deviant sexual behavior   cause, whereas sexuality education aims to provide awareness of identity, relationships with others, reproductive health and responsible sexual behavior. Islam provides many materials in the socialization of the values of sexuality education. While Pesantren is an educational institution for the deepening religious understanding, it is necessary to study the practice of sexuality education in Pesantren. This article outlines descriptive teaching materials  used  in  Pesantren.  In  conclusion,  Pesantren  indicates  the  new direction in the selection of new teaching materials in sexuality education.
