Abstract

Growing up Student Literacy Culture Through the Application of the Retelling Method in SKI Learning.The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the retelling method in learning Islamic Cultural History and to find out the efforts of teachers in cultivating a reading literacy culture in students at MTsN 2 Kudus. The lack of interest in reading, especially among students, is a problem that needs to be found a solution, then the application of the retelling method is an alternative strategy in fostering a literacy culture of students in madrasas. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the application of the retelling method in learning Islamic Cultural History at MTsN 2 Kudus had been carried out quite effectively as an effort to foster a culture of literacy in students. Through this retelling method, students hone their ability to understand Islamic Cultural History material, communicate in the form of retelling Islamic Cultural History material that has been studied using their own language, where this ability is one aspect of literacy. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan metode retelling dalam pembelajaran SKI dan mengetahui upaya guru dalam menumbuhkan budaya literasi membaca pada peserta didik di MTs Negeri 2 Kudus. Minimnya minat membaca terutama di kalangan peserta didik menjadi persoalan yang patut ditemukan solusinya, maka penerapan metode retelling menjadi alternatif strategi dalam menumbuhkan budaya literasi peserta didik di madrasah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif denganteknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode retelling dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Negeri 2 Kudus sudah terlaksana cukup efektif sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menumbuhkan budaya literasi peserta didik. Melalui metode retelling tersebut, peserta didik terasah kemampuan dalam memahami materi SKI, mengkomunikasikan dalam bentuk menceritakan kembali materi SKI yang telah dipelajari dengan menggunakan bahasanya sendiri, dimana kemampuan ini merupakan salah satu aspek dalam literasi.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the self-management of outstanding RA teachers in Yogyakarta who are able to be role models. Qualitative research methods with psychological approaches are carried out directly to the object under study, in order to obtain all data relating to the self-management of high achieving RA teachers. Analysis techniques reduce data, present, draw conclusions and verify data. Data collection uses interviews, documentation, and observation, and tests the validity of the data with triangulation credibility.The results revealed that: self-management of outstanding RA teachers in Yogyakarta principally increased efficiently, were effective in work productivity, and functioned to foster self-character and competence to change better and become habituated to daily routines, as well as the influence of self-development on the performance of outstanding RA teachers in Yogyakarta is able to provide strength and produce a work ethic called hard work, and smart work, and sincere work that can foster positive, productive, and contributive behavior.

Abstract

AbstractThis research identifies the strategic steps involved in planning, organizing, and implementing innovative teaching programs supported by institutional branding to attract and maintain student loyalty. A qualitative approach with case studies was employed to collect data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Strategic planning, including intensive training for ustadz/ustadzah and relevant teaching methods, creates a fun and effective learning experience for students. Organizing involves the recruitment of competent faculty, and optimal resource management supports institutional excellence. Implementing branding strategies through social media has also been proven to improve the institution’s image in the eyes of students and parents. Evaluating the implementation of this strategy shows its positive impact on student loyalty, which also contributes to strengthening the reputation and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions. This research shows that the success of Qur’anic guidance institutions depends on the integration of teaching innovations, branding strategies, and sustainable branding. This strategy attracts new students and ensures their long-term loyalty.Keywords: student loyalty, Islamic educational institutions, branding, organization, management strategy

Abstract

This research aims to detect and describe watchfulness about strategy builds study organization (learning organization) in increase quality and graduate competitiveness (case study at senior high school (SMA) NU Hasyim Asy’ari Kudus. This research method uses to approach qualitative with case studyresearch kind. Informant election is done according to purposive and snowball technique or snowball sampling so that found satisfied data. This research data collecting technique uses: (1) indepth interview; (2) participant observation; and (3) documentation study. Data validity verification is based in four criterias that is credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. This research data analysis uses SWOT analysis. Research finding result that is: (1) strategy is done in build study organization (learning organization) thatis with involve school committee, headmaster, teacher, official, and student with design human resource development (HRD) effectively pass inservicetraining, (2) quality and graduate competitiveness at SMA NU Hasyim Asy’ari Kudus in general belong in good category, but such necessary give many superiorities as response form from stakeholders. Seen from decreased it society interest in latest yrs, (3) strategy builds study organization (learningorganization) done with do communication passes ceremonies that carried out in order to apple morning, and at other activity interrupts, (4) identificationis done according to together by civitas academic person by using SWOT analysis, so that determinable assorted new strategy relevanter with period development demand. SWOT analysis result found as follows: (1) red letter day change from Friday is changed to be day sunday based on demand users(stakeholders), (2) religious teacher involvement in school promotion to get society belief, (3) NU organization is used according to maximal as base toincrease student total and school quality, (4) opinion existence government wisdom SMK as much as 60% and SMA 40% must be responsived with give curriculum load SMA plus that is alive craft after they pass. Abstract

AbstractThis research is a classroom action research. The use of the Examples non-examples type learning model with the SAVI approach is proven to be able to increase student learning activities in Islamic Religious Education lessons. From the results of the evaluation, it was explained that students reached 77% able to master the material, so that the learning carried out by the teacher could change the passivity of students before the application of learning methods, to become more active in learning, followed by an increase in the value of student learning outcomes.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaktifkan siswa ketika belajar di kelas. Siswa tidak hanya diam saja, akan tetapi guru juga mendapat respon dari materi yang telah disampaikannya. Respon siswa tidak hanya berasal dari siswa tertentu, akan tetapi dapat menyeluruh dalam kelas. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa dengan memanfaatkan seluruh panca indera sangat ditekankan dalam pembelajaran SAVI ini. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dipilih sebagai pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pembelajaran dalam materi Pendidikan agama islam terbukti dengan pendekatan SAVI dengan model pembelajaran tipe Examples Non examples mampu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. Dari hasil evaluasi menjelaskan bahwa peserta didik mencapai 77% mampu menguasai materi, sehingga guru yang melakukan pembelajaran dapat mengubah pasifnya siswa sebelum penerapan metode pembelajaran, menjadi lebih aktif dalam belajar, diikuti dengan meningkatnya nilai hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Follow-up Assessment of Principal Performance on the Quality Component of Learning Supervision. This research is driven by findings concerning the inadequate appraisal of school principals in supervising learning, which is urgent in attaining quality learning. This is attributed to teacher professionalism, affecting the quality of graduates' learning experience. The study aimed to investigate the follow-up procedures of school principals in enhancing the standard of learning supervision encompassing administrative documentation and teacher professionalism. The descriptive research with a qualitative methodology was employed to conduct the study. The data sources consisted of observations, interviews, and document analysis. After analysing the collected data through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions, some of the research findings revealed obstacles related to PKKS, occurring due to virtual supervision. These technical obstacles have an impact on holistic constraints. Follow-up actions included action planning, building communication, and setting new standards.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh temuan terkait rendahnya penilaian kinerja kepala sekolah dalam komponen supervisi pembelajaran yang sebenarnya memiliki tingkat urgensi yang harus diperhatikan dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Hal ini karena kualitas pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme guru dan mempengaruhi kualitas lulusan dalam hal pengalaman belajarnya. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendalami kegiatan tindak lanjut kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan, baik dalam pendokumentasian administrasi maupun dalam aspek profesionalisme guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sesuai dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan, data dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Beberapa hasil penelitian yang dipaparkan yaitu kendala yang terjadi terkait temuan PKKS karena pengawasan dilakukan secara virtual sehingga menimbulkan kendala teknis yang berdampak pada kendala holistik. Kegiatan tindak lanjut yang dilakukan adalah melalui perencanaan tindakan, membangun komunikasi, dan menetapkan standar baru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mastery of student subject matter, the awareness of maintaining cleanliness of the school environment, and the relationship of mastery of student subject matter with the awareness of maintaining hygiene as a reference for school environment management. The population was 125 students of class VII MTs Hasan Kafrawi Jepara and a sample of 70 students with random sampling. Using a quantitative approach to the technique of collecting test data, questionnaires, and observations. Then using description analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed the value of r arithmetic = 0.431 means r arithmetic> r table (0.431> 0.235) This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between mastery of student subject matter with awareness of maintaining cleanliness. This can be used as a reference for environmental management in MTs Hasan Kafrawi  Jepara.

Abstract

Combustion Masjid Al-Muttaqin in Karubaga, Tolikara, Papua on 1 Syawal 1436 H / July 17, 2015 when Muslims perform prayers Eid is a barbaric act. The trigger for the riots are (1) the implementation of the seminar Day Spiritual Awakening (KKR) by the Evangelical Church in Indonesia (GIDI) which invited thousands of guests including from Israel intentional simultaneously on Eid al-Fitr. The activity was disturbed when local Muslims to worship in the open space and the use of loudspeakers, (2) Regulation Regency Tolikara which prohibits the establishment of places of worship in Tolikara besides group GIDI, although legislation is never informed the central government, (3) indicated their efforts to transfer issue that criminal acts (corruption) that local officials do not expose it to be examined thoroughly. Efforts must be realized that the same thing does not happen again in this country is to realize education tolerant in educational institutions of formal and informal, to optimize the role of communication forum of religious (FKUB), which is usually monopolized by the religious majority, to accommodate the aspirations of people across religions in one container interfaith dialogue with the capital despite awareness bersesama different creed.Pembakaran Masjid al-Muttaqin  di karubaga, kabupaten  Tolikara, Papua pada 1 Syawal 1436 h/ 17 juli 2015 tatkala umat islam melaksanakan salat idul fitri merupakan tindakan biadab. Pemicu kerusuhan tersebut adalah (1) pelaksanaan seminar kebaktian kebangkitan Ruhani (kkR) oleh Gereja injili di indonesia (GiDi) yang mengundang ribuan tamu termasuk dari israel disengaja bersamaan pada hari Raya idul fitri. kegiatan tersebut merasa terganggu bila muslim setempat beribadah di ruang terbuka dan menggunakan pengeras suara, (2) Perda Pemkab Tolikara yang melarang pendirian tempat ibadah di Tolikara selain kelompok GiDi, meski Perda tidak pernah diinformasikan pada pemerintah pusat, (3) terindikasi adanya upaya pengalihan isuagar tindakan kriminal (korupsi) yang dilakukan pejabat setempat tak terekspos untuk ditelisik secara tuntas. upaya yang harus diwujudkan agar hal serupa tidak terjadi lagi di negeri ini adalah mewujudkan pendidikan toleran di lembaga pendidikan formal dan informal, men- goptimalkan peran forum komunikasi umat beragama (fkub) yang selama ini lazimnya dimonopoli umat agama mayoritas, mewadahi aspirasi umat lintas agama dalam satu wadah dialog lintas agama dengan modal kesadaran bersesama meski beda akidah.
