Abstract

This research aims to discover how Peer-to-Peer Lending Based Microfinance Innovation for Village Economic Empowerment. This form of research is descriptive, analytical, and critical. Therefore, the author can comprehensively outline how Peer-to-Peer Lending Based Microfinance Innovation for Village Economic Empowerment. In this study, the author optimally uses two data sources related to this research. Primary data sources and secondary data sources. The main sources of this research are books and scientific journals on Financing Innovation. The result of this research is that P2P lending has been proven effective in empowering the village economy by providing easy, fast, and inclusive access to financing. Through fintech innovation, women's empowerment, and a sharia-based approach, P2P lending improves the performance of MSMEs and contributes to sustainable economic development in villages.

Abstract

Thesis with the title "Analysis of Sharia Financial Planning in Increasing Corn Farmers' Awareness of Zakat in Nagari Koto Rajo, Pasaman Regency". Compiled by Junianti Nim 3321328 Sharia Banking Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, State Islamic University (UIN) Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. The problem is that there has been a mismatch between theory and practice, which is due to the fact that there are still many people who do not understand how to manage finances, especially corn farmers, which can result in them often lacking business capital to replant, as well as decreasing contributions to zakat, even though on the other hand, sometimes the income from corn farming has reached the nisab for paying zakat. The aim of this research is to find out how Sharia Financial Planning Analysis Increases Corn Farmers' Awareness of Zakat in Nagari Koto Rajo, Pasaman Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research using data collection techniques. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from respondents through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that of the 20 corn farmers the author interviewed, the income obtained from corn farming has all reached the nisab for zakat. However, of these 20 people, only 10 farmers understand about paying zakat and have paid zakat from their agricultural products, 10 more farmers do not understand about zakat from agricultural products and have not paid zakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at the Mimika Regency Transportation Office. This study uses a descriptive method of data collection through questionnaires sourced from employees at the Mimika Regency Transportation Office, with a sample size of 57 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis revealed that out of the four factors (leadership style, supervision, work discipline, and work motivation) that determine employee performance at the Mimika Regency Transportation Office, all indicators were found to align with their respective factors. Among these four factors, the most significant factor in determining employee performance at the Mimika Regency Transportation Office was found to be the supervision factor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image on Purchase Decision with Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) as a mediating variable for Mie Gacoan products in Makassar City. This research applied a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 202 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using Partial  Least Square (PLS). The results show that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on both Fear of Missing Out and Purchase Decision. Additionally, Fear of Missing Out positively influences Purchase Decision. The study also confirms that Brand Image indirectly affects Purchase Decision through Fear of Missing Out as a mediating variable. This research concludes that Brand Image and FoMO play an essential role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, particularly among young consumers who are actively engaged on social media.

Abstract

ObjectiveThis research aims to determine the role of the principal's leadership towards the work motivation of honorary teachers at SMK KARTIKA XX-I Makassar. This research uses a qualitative research method.The informants in the research the principal and 2 honorary teachers at SMK KARTIKA XX-I.Technique data collection methods used include interviews, observations, and documentation.The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis qualitative.The research results show that the role of the principal's leadership the school fulfills its role as an educator, manager, supervisor, and motivator who helps increase the work motivation of honorary teachers, both through internal and external motivation approaches.This research highlights the importance of implementing adaptive and comprehensive leadership strategies to encouraging the spirit and performance of honorary teachers in the educational environment.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a strategic role in supporting the national economy, including in the traditional culinary sector as carried out by the Kampung Kue Cluster in Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by UD. Pawon Kue. The research data collection technique used data tringulation techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation, which were conducted to the owner of UD. Pawon Kue, one of the business actors in the village. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix data analysis, the total IFE score of 2.44 and the total EFE score of 3.06 resulted in a matrix position in quadrant II with an IE strategy indicating the need for a Grow and Build strategy so that UD. Pawon Kue has taken advantage of taking advantage of existing opportunities with its strengths. Strategic recommendations include product development, flavor innovation, and wider utilization of digital channels.

Abstract

The growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is an important element in the regional economy, including the Harapan Indah area. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and financial planning on the growth of MSMEs in the region. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 MSME players selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the extent to which the independent variables (financial literacy and financial planning) affect the dependent variable (MSME growth). The results show that both financial literacy and financial planning have a positive and significant influence on MSME growth. This finding confirms the importance of increasing the capacity of MSME actors in understanding financial concepts and designing mature financial strategies to encourage sustainable business growth.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of effective inventory management in hijab manufacturing businesses to address fluctuations in market demand and minimize operational costs. The research problem is how inventory management in the hijab manufacturing sector can increase revenue from the perspective of Islamic business principles. The objective of this study is to analyze inventory management at Leni Hijab and its impact on revenue enhancement, with a focus on the application of Islamic business principles. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews with the business owner and direct field observations. The data obtained are analyzed to provide a real picture of the inventory management practices implemented. The results indicate that effective inventory management can increase revenue by following systematic stages, such as planning, raw material management, receiving, storage, and inventory control. This allows business owners to minimize the risk of losses due to excess or insufficient stock. Additionally, the selection of quality raw materials, improved customer service, and optimization of product availability play crucial roles in maintaining product quality. The application of Islamic business principles, aligned with the teachings of Allah SWT in Qs. Al-Mutaffifin verses 1-3, serves as a fundamental basis for this process. By ensuring quality at every stage of production, Leni Hijab is able to maintain customer satisfaction and build sustainable consumer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of community empowerment policies through the Village Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbangdes) in the development process of Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict. Musrenbangdes is a participatory forum designed to actively involve village communities in planning both physical and non-physical development. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Musrenbangdes in Sampali Village has aligned with the principles of participation, transparency, and accountability. The involvement of various community elements demonstrates democratization in the village development planning process. However, challenges remain regarding the quality of participation due to limited access to information and policy literacy. Therefore, the active role of facilitators in providing political education is crucial to enhancing the effectiveness of empowerment. Overall, the implementation of this policy reflects the spirit of the Village Law, which places the community as the main subject of village development.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have become a major part of the Indonesian economy. This business sector shows great potential to make a significant contribution. The annual increase in the number of MSMEs provides an opportunity for the government to focus its attention on this sector in order to increase tax revenue. The results of this study indicate that Tax Understanding, Tax Incentives, and Taxpayer Awareness have a significant positive influence on Tax Compliance for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. Tax Understanding has a significant positive impact on tax compliance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. In addition, tax incentives and taxpayer awareness also have a significant positive influence on tax compliance for the micro, small, and medium enterprise sector. In mid-July 2013, the government issued a policy regulating special treatment regarding income tax for small, micro, and medium enterprises. This policy is known as Government Regulation No. 46 of 2013. This policy was designed to simplify tax obligations for taxpayers. Under this policy, taxpayers no longer need to calculate their profits, as the tax payable is directly calculated at 1% of total turnover. Small and medium enterprises play a significant role in Indonesia's economy; however, they still face several challenges in their development, such as market uncertainty, business sustainability, and unclear accounting systems. It is hoped that awareness, knowledge, and understanding of taxpayers regarding PP No. 46 of 2013 will improve their compliance in paying taxes, while penalties aim to encourage the public to comply and fulfil their tax obligations. Additionally, the quality of services provided by tax authorities also needs to be improved to encourage tax compliance. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which MSME actors are aware of, understand, and know about PP No. 46 of 2013, penalties, and service quality.
