Abstract

Adolescent age ranges from 10-24 years, which is a transitional phase from childhood to adulthood and is normal in human life. Population census data for 2020 shows that the number of teenagers aged 10–24 years is 67 million or 24% of the total population of Indonesia. Where healthy teenagers will become healthy adults and have healthy offspring with a quality life, so that teenagers become an important focus of attention in national development. The aim of this activity is for participants to understand adolescent reproductive health. The methods used were lectures, distribution of pamphlets and discussions, located at SMPN 15 Makassar in November 2023 and attended by 20 young men and women. This community service is carried out with counseling about adolescent reproductive health, followed by questions and answers and educational games as well as pre-tests and post-tests about reproductive health. The results of this counseling showed an increase in understanding of adolescent reproductive health, where the pretest was 30% and the posttest was 85%. Increasing teenagers' understanding of reproductive health will improve the quality of the generation that is aware of reproductive health.

Abstract

The aim of community service activities is to implement one of the Tri Dharmas of Higher Education. This service makes a contribution to both the community and the team in improving the quality of human resources to realize smart general elections. It is hoped that the knowledge gained from this service will be able to provide enthusiasm and motivation so that the general elections will run honestly and fairly.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to read the Qur'an using the Iqra' method through Field Work Lectures (KKL) in Nanga Tayap District, Ketapang Regency. The Iqra' method was chosen because of its effectiveness in helping participants learn to read the Qur'an gradually and systematically. The implementation of the activity involved students as facilitators who guided participants directly with an interactive approach and group learning. The evaluation results showed that 85% of participants experienced an increase in their ability to read the Qur'an, with active participant participation reaching 90%. The involvement of student facilitators was also high, at 95%, and 80% of the community showed an increase in awareness of the importance of religious education. The obstacles faced in the form of limited time and facilities can be overcome with flexible learning methods. In conclusion, the implementation of the Iqra' method through KKL is effective in improving the ability to read the Qur'an and has a positive impact on the community of Nanga Tayap District.

Abstract

This PPL activity is carried out through guided teaching practices carried out by STIT Ibnu Rusyd Tanah Grogot students at MTs 1 Paser for three months. Implemented by STIT Ibnu Rusyd Tanah Grogot students at MTs 1 Paser for three months. In its implementation, each students make learning tools and learning media in the form of in the form of Daily Activity Plans (RKH), Child Development Assessments, Analysis of Improvement and Enrichment and completing portfolios. Improvement and Enrichment and complete the child's portfolio. Students make educational media by considering several aspects and creative value, effective, efficient and interesting for children. The results achieved in Field Experience Practice activities involve two important things, namely classroom learning practices and making learning tools and learning media. The experiences that students have gained are expected to be new knowledge that can be applied later.

Abstract

The guidance of the Ta'lim assembly, which is held every month in Matang Danau Village, is one strategy to provide understanding to the community about religion. From the results of the Community Service carried out, there are still many people experiencing dilemmas regarding religion, so it is necessary to provide guidance from relevant religious figures, so that there are no differences in religion that cause divisions.

Abstract

Socialization on making business logos and copyright registration was carried out because many SMEs shaded by the Hargo Manunggal Yogyakarta SME Communication Forum did not yet register their copyright. Furthermore, there are several SMEs that don't have a business logo at all. This happened due to a lack of education and outreach regarding the importance of logos and copyrights in business. This community service activity was attended by 26 SMEs consisting of the culinary and craft sectors. The program is carried out using a discourse, consultation and demonstration method of how to create an attractive logo and register copyright. The benefit of having a logo and copyright is that SMEs have an attractive identity, add value to the business, are legal and valid so that they cannot be imitated by other businesses. The PKM results show an increase in understanding and awareness of SMEs in creating logos and managing the legality of copyright

Abstract

The aim of community service is to help improve the ability of surveyors and research assistants in creating indicators and calculating consumer satisfaction scores. The Service Method uses data obtained through field surveys. Field survey activities consist of distributing questionnaires and recording interviews in the field. Data collection tools include observation sheets, documentary evidence, interviews, and documentation sheets. The PkM carried out uses the following stages: 1) preparation: implementation permit; and determining the location, 2) implementation of activities: carrying out workshops, assistance in calculating the results of the community satisfaction index, and assistance in creating and compiling the community satisfaction index; 3) Final Activity: Publication in the Journal is an output of service in the form of article publication. The results that will be achieved from this service are the implementation of workshops to assist in calculating the community satisfaction index (traders and consumers) at the Beringharjo market and Prawirotaman market, Yogyakarta City in accordance with the steps set and the establishment of collaboration with CV Adicaraka Semesta.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture is a form of community service carried out by students as a compulsory activity to apply the theory learned during lectures and applied in the field or community environment according to a predetermined period of time and in accordance with the Tridharma of Higher Education. One of the KKN work programs is self-acceptance psychoeducation. Self-acceptance is one of the positive attitudes towards oneself, where a person is able and willing to accept the state of self. The purpose of psychoeducation is to improve a person's ability to accept himself and improve his ability to deal with problems. The research in this service program uses the Participatory Action Research method. PAR is a research that involves the active participation of researchers in planning, implementing, and implementing actions taken with the aim of solving the problems at hand. The psychoeducational activities carried out not only explain self-acceptance but also how important it is for us to accept ourselves, especially when we are in a situation that has never been imagined before, namely serving a period of detention in a correctional institution.

Abstract

Fairy tales are stories that do not really happen or are stories created by the author's imagination. One of the intrinsic elements in fairy tales is that they have a message or moral message. Therefore, fairy tales can be used as a medium to shape children's character because they have moral values that children can learn. The strategy for building children's character is carried out by providing examples, getting used to reading fairy tales, getting used to listening to fairy tales, and creating a supportive reading environment. Accompanying this storytelling technique is also a literacy activity as a form of oral tradition that needs to be maintained. Storytelling is an activity to train language skills as a supporting factor in children. Storytelling is also an activity that approaches parents and children, one of which is as a supporting factor for cognitive development so that children can be interested in reading and listening to fairy tales and are not dependent on gadgets. The aim of this service is to apply fairy tale-based learning to shape children's character in the millennium era optimally, be fun, and be integrated with family and school as well as provide parents with awareness that storytelling activities can release children from their dependence on gadgets, as well as provide various positive stimuli to children. This service uses parental teaching methods. The results achieved were that there was a high desire among parents to return to the old tradition, namely storytelling with material that is appropriate for today. Participants appreciated the event, understood the role of fairy tales as forming children's characters so they were interested in carrying them out.

Abstract

The aim of this community service program is to provide education and assistance to PT TBI, in an effort to increase the credibility of financial reports and the effectiveness of tax reporting. The method used in this community service program is mentoring by a team for six months. The community service team consists of lecturers and students. There are two stages of activities carried out, namely the stage of studying and detecting problems and the stage of providing solutions. The stages of studying and detecting potential problems are carried out in three steps. First, the team studied and understood the accounting cycle processes in the company, starting from the transaction process until the financial reports were produced. Second, the team studied and understood how to use the ERP Accounting Software used by the company to produce financial reports. Third, the team studied understanding the tax recording process in the accounting cycle carried out by the company. The results of this community service activity succeeded in detecting problems with recording tax returns, PPh article 23, and VAT. Furthermore, the community service team contributed to overcome existing problems, including improvements to accounting records for tax return transactions, PPh Article 23 and Value Added Tax.
