Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) is a community empowerment activity by students that aims to develop tourism potential. In Deli Serdang Regency, particularly in Suka Makmur Village, KKN applies the concept of 5A (Attractions, Accessibility, Amenities, Activities, Accommodation) and SAPTA PESONA (security, order, cleanliness, coolness, beauty, friendliness, memories). Through a descriptive qualitative approach, the program succeeded in raising community awareness about the importance of tourism and providing training in tourism destination management. The result is increased community participation and the emergence of new business units that support the local economy. With the support of the village government and the active involvement of the community, the development of tourism villages shows promising prospects despite facing challenges in terms of budget and coordination between stakeholders.

Abstract

The purpose of Thematic KKN is to find out Anti Bullying Education & Ecoprint Activities in Suka Makmur Village, The Research Method In implementing the UMSU Thematic KKN in Suka Makmur Village, the research used a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the phenomenon of bullying and the potential for ecoprint development in the community. This method was chosen because it is able to describe in depth the social conditions and dynamics of the village community through direct observation, interviews, and documentation of activities. This research also applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involves the active participation of villagers. Overall, the UMSU Thematic KKN in Suka Makmur Village successfully touched on two important aspects of children's education: bullying prevention and environmental preservation. Through the anti-bullying education program, students not only provide knowledge but also build positive character in students. Meanwhile, the ecoprinting activity enriches students' learning experience with practical skills that can enhance their creativity. With this innovative and participatory approach, it is hoped that the younger generation can grow into individuals who care more about themselves, others, and the environment around them.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) in the preparation and execution of financial reports at the Health Office of Ponorogo Regency. The SIPD is a system designed to increase transparency, accountability, and efficiency in financial management within regional governments. A variety of methods were used to collect data. Nonetheless, a number of obstacles still exist, including the scarcity of skilled human capital and technological problems with system operation. To maximize the system's deployment, the report suggests bolstering technological infrastructure and expanding training for SIPD users. It is intended that this study will help other regional governments handle their financial reports better by providing guidelines.

Abstract

A person is considered elderly if they have reached the age of 60 years or more. Elderly people will undergo a degenerative aging process, one of the changes that occurs in elderly people is in the cardiovascular system. Changes that occur in the heart of older people include thickening of the left ventricular wall and reduced elasticity of the heart muscle. This has an impact on the blood vessels of older people who are susceptible to hypertension. One way to overcome this problem is to do tera exercises as a non- pharmacological therapy. Tera gymnastics is a combination of breathing exercises and body movements. This counseling aims to determine the impact of tera exercise on reducing blood pressure in elderly people suffering from hypertension at the Posyandu Hall, Punggur RW 17 Plot, Nongsa District. This counseling uses a quasi-experimental design with a one group pretest – posttest design. There were 25 elderly people who were respondents in this counseling

Abstract

The "Legal Awareness, Psycho Advertising, and Psychopreneurship" Community Service Program (KKN) seeks to improve community knowledge on legal issues, innovative marketing strategies, and psychology-driven entrepreneurship. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive method with a direct participatory approach. The program included two days of seminars: the first day focused on psychopreneurship and creative marketing to support MSME development, while the second day addressed domestic violence (DV) issues, including victims' rights and legal procedures for offenders. Findings reveal that the participatory approach successfully enhances student-community engagement, strengthens legal awareness, and offers practical guidance for business growth. The program concludes with recommendations to develop similar initiatives, aiming to foster a legally aware and economically self-reliant community in the future.

Abstract

Hypertension/High blood pressure is a condition where blood pressure is higher than normal, or is often called high blood pressure. Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg or more and diastolic of more than 90 mmHg or more. This has an impact on the blood vessels of older people who are susceptible to hypertension. One way to overcome this problem is to do exercise as a non-pharmacological therapy. Tera gymnastics is a combination of breathing exercises and body movements. This counseling aims to determine the impact of therapeutic exercise on reducing blood pressure in elderly people suffering from hypertension at the Sungai Panas Health Center. Activities show that 80% of elderly people's knowledge about hypertension is good, 65% of elderly people have a positive attitude towards hypertension. This shows that the elderly have good knowledge and a positive attitude.

Abstract

This research was motivated by problems in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in class IV of SDN 18 Tarantang Tunggang. Teachers still teach conventionally without utilizing technology, so that learning becomes monotonous. In addition, the enthusiasm, motivation to learn, and initiative to ask questions of students are still low, which causes less than optimal Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes. To overcome these problems, the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model was applied. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles with 12 subjects of class IV students of SDN 18 Tarantang Tunggang in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The indicator of success is if more than 75% of students get a score above or equal to the KKM (70). The results of the study showed that in cycle I, teacher activity reached 70%, student activity 75%, and learning outcome completion 63%. In cycle II, teacher activity increased to 100%, student activity 93%, and learning outcome completion reached 95%. Thus, the success indicator was achieved in cycle II, and the research was stopped. Conclusion: The implementation of the Problem Based Learning model has proven effective in improving the PAI learning outcomes of grade IV students of SDN 18 Tarantang Tunggang.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students' interest in learning about faith in Qadha and Qadar through the application of the Make a Match learning strategy in Grade VI at SDN 13 Batu Manjulur. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in three cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results indicated a significant increase in students' interest and learning outcomes after implementing the Make a Match strategy. This strategy not only made the learning process more engaging but also improved students' active participation and understanding of the material.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 13 Pandam through the implementation of the discussion method. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the spiral model of Kemmis and McTaggart, which includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection in two cycles. Research data were collected through formative tests, observations, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the discussion method successfully enhanced students' learning outcomes in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. In Cycle I, the percentage of students achieving mastery learning was 49.1%, with an average score of 71.8. In Cycle II, the mastery percentage increased to 81.8%, with an average score of 80.5. These findings demonstrate that the discussion method is effective in improving PAI learning outcomes, particularly on the topic of living peacefully in diversity, as related to QS. Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) through the use of Wordwall media for fourth-grade students at SDN 17 Palaluar. The study employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted in three cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observations, learning outcome tests, and student response questionnaires. The results showed an improvement in students' learning outcomes across cycles. In Cycle I, the average learning outcome score was 64, with a classical completeness of 33%; in Cycle II, it increased to 75, with 67% completeness; and in Cycle III, it reached 87, with 83% completeness. Students' responses to Wordwall media were also highly positive, as most students felt that the media was helpful and increased their learning motivation. Thus, the use of Wordwall media is proven effective in enhancing students' IRE learning outcomes.
