Abstract

Lansia merupakan populasi berisiko terjadinya penurunan kesehatan, berdasarkan hal tersebut maka latihan fisik tetap diperlukan bagi orang tua agar tetap sehat dan bugar seperti melakukan gerakan senam. Senam lansia dapat meningkatkan aktivitas metabolisme tubuh dan kebutuhan oksigen. Oleh karena itu, senam lansia sangat penting untuk para lanjut usia untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh mereka. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kesehatan jasmani lansia melalui senam lansia di Panti Sosial Pelita Hati Kabupaten Sigi. Subjek dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah seluruh Lansia yang berada di Panti Sosial pelita Hati Kabupaten Sigi. Pelaksanaan kegiata ini berupa Pendidikan kesehatan dan demostrasi senam lansia. Sehingga kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan oleh lansia secara berkesimbungan dalam kegiatan aktifitas hariannya.

Abstract

Status gizi pada masa anak perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius dari para orang tua, karena kekurangan gizi pada masa ini akan menyebabkan kerusakan yang irreveribel (tidak dapat dipulihkan). Kekurangan gizi yang lebih fatal akan berdampak pada perkembangan otak. Parameter yang cocok digunakan untuk anak balita adalah berat badan, tinggi badan dan lingkar kepala. Lingkar kepala digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang perkembangan otak. Penderita gizi buruk kurang berpenampilan seperti kurus, rambut pirang, perut buncit, wajah make face karena bengkak atau make face (keriput), anak cengeng dan kurang responsif. Penyebab kurang gizi pada anak adalah kemiskinan, diare, ketidaktahuan orang tua karena pendidikan rendah atau faktor tabu makanan yaitu makanan bergizi tidak boleh dikonsumsi oleh anak. Kurang gizi ini akan berpengaruh pada perkembangan fisik dan mental. Peran orang tua sangat penting dalam pemenuhan gizi karena dalam saat seperti ini anak sangat membutuhkan perhatian dan dukungan orang tua dalam menghadapi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Untuk mendapatkan gizi-gizi yang baik diperlukan pengetahuan gizi yang baik dari orang tua agar dapat menyediakan menu pilihan yang seimban.

Abstract

Nutrisi tanaman sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman karena Semakin sedikit jumlah nutrisi dalam media pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut, maka panjang akar akan semakin melebar atau menyebar. Karena, pada hakikatnya tanaman sangat membutuhkan nutrisi tersebut, akibatnya jika terjadi kekurangan maka bisa mengalami malnutrisi atau bahkan kematia. Hidroponik merupakan budidaya menanam dengan memanfaatkan media air tanpa menggunakan tanah dengan menekankan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi bagi tanaman. Pengembangan tanaman hidroponik di Kota Palu yang cukup pesat di dukung oleh pemerintah Kota Palu, hal ini terlihat di Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kota Palu yang menyediakan contoh instalasi tanaman hidroponik di depan kantor dengan tujuan agar masyarakat bisa melihat dan membuat hal serupa. Apalagi metode hidroponik ini cocok untuk wilayah perkotaan yang memiliki lahan sempit seperti Kota Palu. Produk sayuran hidroponik yang dihasilkan sangat beragam, mulai dari kangkung, pakcoy, sawi dan selada sehingga banyak konsumen yang berminat hingga membeli sayuran hidroponik karena konsumen mulai peduli dengan kesehatan.

Abstract

Corona virus infection or COVID-19 is caused by coronavirus, which is a group of viruses that infect the respiratory system. In the majority of cases, the coronavirus only causes light to medium respiratory infections like flu. The characteristics of the corona virus at the beginning as though flu symptoms are often underestimated by patients. However, Covid-19 infection runs fast, especially in patients with previous health problems, the corona virus develops rapidly to cause more severe infections and organ failure. Due to the importance of maintaining health during a pandemic, it is also necessary to pay attention to how to prevent the transmission of covid-19 and tips in maintaining physical and mental health during a pandemic, especially in areas where the number of people is crowded but isolated, such as Class Penitentiary (LAPAS) II A Pekanbaru through socialization in the form of seminars. The result of this socialization is hopefully that people around the LAPAS environment can apply tips for maintaining physical and mental health during the pandemic.

Abstract

Disasters caused by nature and human negligence both cause harm to the environment and the economy. Fire is one of the disasters with real losses. Adolescence is a physical dimension with high potential, especially rapid achievement of thinking skills and shifting about new roles in society. Increasing the knowledge and abilities of adolescents by conducting simulations will increase their awareness and ability to deal with fires. From the results of the pre-test and post-test given during the extension activities, from the results of the pre- test there were 8 people in the sufficient category and 10 in the poor category and during the post-test there were 12 people in the good category and 6 people in the sufficient category.

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, Indonesia was shocked by the spread of the Covid-19 virus outbreak. With the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak, millions of people on earth are required to maintain health, hygiene, and comply with several health protocol rules. The public is strongly encouraged to pay attention to the health protocols that have been socialized, such as wearing masks, maintaining distance, and washing hands after activities. The village as the smallest government unit must certainly carry out anticipatory movements in an effort to break the chain of the Corona virus. Community empowerment in preventing Covid-19 must be carried out by involving all components of society by exploring their potential. This is done so that the community can play a role in preventing the spread of Covid-19. With the existence of Tangguh Village, it can also be a means of education for the community to get used to carrying out activities according to health protocols, such as the discipline of wearing masks, getting used to washing hands, and maintaining distance (physical distancing). The public is also expected to be able to better understand the social phenomena surrounding the Corona virus, so that they can anticipate the negative impacts that may occur.

Abstract

The campus world in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic storm is also not much different from other agencies, there are those who think that covid does exist, some think that covid is just a lie. Of course, it is a separate homework for the campus world, which consists of academics, lecturers and education staff, in color to face problems that can be said to be trials that are not easy, or not easy. The problem is that it has not been maximally socialized about the handling of prevention of health problems evenly and PPKM throughout the education staff of Unmer Ponorogo. In addition, the psychological and economic readiness of several education personnel with the storm of the covid pandemic, as well as employees who themselves and their families have been attacked by Covid-9 (Positive Covid 19). In this activity using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method by being problem solving, providing socialization and engaging in direct assistance. The Pangabdi team from the Lecturer group at the Merdeka University, Ponorogo, realized that in dealing with the storm of the COVID- 19 pandemic, we had to work hand in hand with educational staff so that we could get through these difficult times together. Not only is it an obligation, but without the spirit of devotion that exists in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, it is not necessarily the movement of this group of lecturers to apply elsewhere.

Abstract

Beauty-shot is one of the specifications of the world of photography. Beauty-shot is photography which means that everything that is produced in photography should look beautiful, attractive, and bring out the aura of the photo. So the main task of a photographer is no longer about lighting techniques, but the ability to study and explore the character and facial anatomy of the model to be photographed. photography is a combination of the words photos which means light and grapho which means writing, so it can be interpreted that photography is the process of writing or painting using light media. Meanwhile, the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) explains that the notion of photography is art and the result of the process of light and images on the surface of a film or surface that is made sensitive.

Abstract

School-age children are a group of people who are expected to grow into potential human resources in the future so they need to be considered and prepared to be able to grow perfectly both physically and intellectually. Washing hands with running water is one way to prevent COVID-19, diarrhea and worms. At school age children are very susceptible to contracting the disease. The purpose of this activity is to increase children's knowledge about efforts to prevent the disease. The results of community service showed that there was an increase in knowledge about washing hands with soap in participants. It is hoped that this activity can be carried out regularly so that children as the next generation become healthier, this can increase their enthusiasm for learning.

Abstract

The lack of disclosure by families, both parents and children, has indirectly opened the door wider to adolescents' deviant behavior, especially premarital sex. Unwanted pregnancy (KTD) is an example of one impact of having premarital sex. Adolescent pregnancy under the age of 20 has an impact on increasing the number of maternal deaths that occur in the world and in Indonesia. This community service aims to increase youth knowledge about premarital sex with a total of 55 participants. The results of the evaluation during the activity process were that all participants understood the counseling material. The results of the evaluation during the activity process were that all participants understood the educational material. With this counseling, it is hoped that students will be able to increase their adolescent knowledge about the effects of pregnancy, so that they can prevent and avoid pregnancy.
