Abstract

Bali is known as one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world thanks to its stunning natural beauty and captivating cultural richness. Bali is heavily dependent on the tourism sector. Badung Regency is the regency with the highest regional income in Bali. Badung Regency has the largest number of accommodations and food and beverage service providers in Bali. This study aims to analyse the effect of the number of accommodation businesses and food and beverage service providers on the local revenue of Badung Regency. The data analysis technique used to solve the problems in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis with a secondary data analysis (SDA) approach. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS. The number of accommodation and food and beverage service providers does not have a simultaneous effect on PHR revenue. The statistical test results show that the number of accommodation providers and the number of food and beverage service providers do not have a significant effect on PHR revenue, with a significance value (X1) of 0.419 (> 0.05) and a significance value (X2) of 0.155 (> 0.05). The statistical test results show that PHR has a significant effect on PAD with a significance value of the PHR revenue variable (X1) of 0.000 (> 0.05), which means that PHR revenue has a significant effect on the rise and fall of PAD.

Abstract

Workplace Organization and Motivation in Relation to Employee Performance at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk., Surabaya Main Branch Office. This study was conducted to understand the simultaneous and partial effects of these three variables, as well as to identify the most important factors affecting employee performance. The background of this study is the importance of human resources in the banking industry, where employee productivity is crucial to achieving business goals and improving service quality. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. Before being used for data collection, the validity and reliability of the research instruments were evaluated. The research results indicate that Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, showing that the ability to control and manage emotions contributes to improved work performance. Organizational Culture also has a positive and significant effect, indicating that workplace standards, norms, and regulations support employee discipline and productivity. Furthermore, Work Motivation is identified as the most significant variable affecting employee productivity. Together, these three variables have a significant impact on worker productivity, which means increasing productivity requires a strong organizational culture, high employee motivation, and good emotional intelligence.

Abstract

Competition in the banking sector in Indonesia is getting tighter nowadays. PT. BCA Syariah is a rapidly growing Islamic bank and has continued to grow over the past 10 years. Therefore, PT. BCA Syariah is committed to providing the best service and providing quality service products to build customer loyalty. The results of the study indicate that customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer trust. Thus, PT. BCA Syariah needs to improve customer satisfaction, brand image and customer trust because it can be a competitive advantage for the Company to create loyalty, and loyalty can increase profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, profitability, and liquidity on firm value in manufacturing companies within the textile and garment subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2024 period. This study employs a quantitative method with a panel data approach combining time series and cross-sectional data. The research sample consists of 8 textile and garment subsector companies selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data used are secondary data obtained from the companies’ annual financial reports and were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that capital structure and profitability partially have a positive but insignificant effect on firm value, while liquidity has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, capital structure, profitability, and liquidity do not have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The Indonesian National Police (Polri) focuses on increasing employee motivation to improve their performance. Motivation is one of the important factors that influences individual success. If the police do not have work motivation it will have a negative impact on their performance; Decreased quality of public services, decreased productivity, loss of initiative and creativity, increased absenteeism and turnover, high levels of stress and job dissatisfaction, poor work relationships. Therefore, it is important to increase motivation for police performance, various strategies have been implemented, including providing good examples, supporting the role of psychologists in the police to help police officers overcome stress and depression, providing role models, instilling discipline, and providing career development opportunities, as well as creating positive and supportive work environment. Education and training is one of the keys to enhancing career growth and mental growth and communication tactics have been researched to understand their impact on performance. Work motivation can influence a person's performance by up to 80%. High motivation is usually associated with increased productivity, work quality, and initiative. Therefore, increasing work motivation is an important factor in human resource management in various organizations, including the National Police. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence motivation has on the performance of the National Police. Involves analyzing techniques such as role modeling, instilling discipline, and providing career development opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, communication and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Cort Indonesia Production Warehouse Section Paul Reed Smith. The place of this research is in the Bonded Zone of Ngoro Industri Persada, lot G number 5-6, Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency. The time of research April – June 2022. This research used data sampling from 60 employees through questionnaires. The type of data used is quantitative. In this research, the t test showed that the Transformational Leadership Style variable has a partial effect on Y with the regression coefficient value of the Transformational Leadership Style (X1) of 0.027, the regression coefficient value of Communication (X2) of 0.013, and the regression coefficient value of Work Discipline (X3) of 0.001, thus each variable X has a positive and significant effect on variable Y. While the F test obtained f count > f table is 2.985 > 2.75 so it can be concluded that the independent variable Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Communication (X2), Work Discipline (X3) has a simultaneous and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This research is expected to be a consideration for developing better employee performance than before. In addition, this research is expected to be considered a consideration for human resources development at PT. Cort Indonesia Production Warehouse Section of Paul Reed Smith in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of direct marketing and digital marketing on consumer purchasing decisions at DS Gallery. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that direct marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Similarly, digital marketing also shows a positive and significant influence. These findings suggest that both direct marketing and digital marketing strategies need to be continuously optimized to enhance consumers' purchasing power toward DS Gallery products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of workload, managerial factors and the working environment on the performance of teachers at Santa Maria Catholic Primary School in Timika. The research method employed is an associative method using a quantitative approach. The research population comprised all teaching staff at Santa Maria Catholic Primary School, and the sampling technique employed a census method. Data were collected via questionnaires, observations, and documentation, and subsequently analysed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS to test the influence of each variable both simultaneously and partially. The results of the study indicate that workload has a positive and significant influence on teachers’ performance. Meanwhile, the headteacher’s managerial style has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance. Simultaneously, these three independent variables make a significant contribution to improving teachers’ performance.

Abstract

The digital transformation of money has shifted the paradigm of global monetary architecture from a system based on conventional bank intermediation towards a hybrid financial ecosystem that integrates Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), real-time digital payments, and non-bank fintech platforms. This structural shift challenges the effectiveness of traditional monetary policy transmission mechanisms, which have long relied on interest rate, credit, and exchange rate channels via commercial banks. This article aims to critically examine the impact of the digital transformation of money on the effectiveness of monetary policy transmission within the context of a hybrid banking system through a systematic literature review. The research findings identify two main conclusions: (1) the digitalisation of money accelerates the speed of policy interest rate pass-through through increased digital competition, price transparency, and payment channel efficiency, whilst simultaneously introducing risks of liquidity volatility and commercial banking disintermediation that may weaken transmission stability; (2) the effectiveness of transmission within hybrid systems is highly heterogeneous across jurisdictions, depending on the maturity of digital infrastructure, the design of the CBDC architecture, levels of financial literacy, and the regulatory framework coordinating monetary authorities with technology regulators. Thus, there is no universal model for optimising monetary transmission in the digital age; each country requires a contextual approach that balances innovation with prudence, efficiency with inclusion, and policy precision with systemic stability. Recommended policy implications include designing CBDCs with tiered remuneration features, expanding access to emergency liquidity facilities for systemic non-bank institutions, strengthening inter-authority coordination, and significant investment in cyber resilience and digital financial literacy. This research contributes to the literature on digital monetary economics by providing the first comprehensive synthesis integrating perspectives on CBDCs, digital payment systems, and hybrid banking dynamics within a coherent analytical framework.

Abstract

 Islamic business ethics refers to a set of moral principles derived from Islamic teachings that guide business conduct in accordance with Sharia law. From the perspective of fiqh muamalah, business activities are not solely profit-oriented but must also uphold justice, honesty, and social responsibility. This study aims to examine Islamic business ethics based on the principles of fiqh muamalah and its application in modern business practices. The research employs a qualitative approach through literature review.The findings indicate that Islamic business ethics emphasize key principles such as honesty (shiddiq), trustworthiness (amanah), justice ('adl), and social responsibility. Furthermore, Islam strictly prohibits business practices involving riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling/speculation). The implementation of these ethical values is believed to contribute to a fair and sustainable economic system.
