Abstract

Parenting style is the way parents guide their children, how they educate and teach them everything. The development of speech and language in children is greatly influenced by a healthy relationship between parents and children. The occurrence of speech and language delays in children makes it difficult for children to socialize with peers and the surrounding environment. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting styles, family support with language development in children aged 3-4 years at PAUD Durian, Pasuruan City. This study was conducted at PAUD Durian, Pasuruan City with a sample of 35 students. Data were collected through direct observation with the KPSP monitoring tool. The data analysis technique used was the Chi- Square test because the data were not normally distributed. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the majority applied an Authoritarian parenting style of 22 respondents (62.9%). Most of the family support was 15 respondents (42.9%). The number of suspects was 30 children (85.7%), There was a significant relationship between parenting patterns and language development with a significant value of 0.002 <0.05 and family support with language development with a significant value of 0.004 <0.05. Which means there is a significant relationship between parenting patterns, family support and language development. AbstrakPola asuh orang tua merupakan cara orang tua mengarahkan anak, bagaimana mereka mendidik dan mengajarkan pada anak segala hal. Perkembangan bicara dan bahasa pada anak sangat dipengaruhi adanya hubungan yang sehat antara orang tua dengan anak. Terjadinya keterlambatan bicara dan berbahasa pada anak mengakibatkan anak menjadi sulit bersosialisasi dengan teman sebaya maupun lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua , dukungan keluarga dengan perkembangan Bahasa pada usia anak 3-4 tahun di PAUD Durian kota Pasuruan. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Paud Durian kota Pasuruan dengan sampel 35 siswa. Data di kumpulkan dengan observasi langsung dengan alat pantau KPSP. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square karena data tidak berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar menerapkan pola asuh Otoriter sebanyak 22 responden (62,9%). sebagian besar dukungan keluarga sebesar 15 responden (42,9%). suspect berjumlah 30 anak (85,7%) , Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh dengan perkembangan Bahasa dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05 dan dukungan keluarga dengan perkembangan Bahasa dengan nilai signifikan 0,004 < 0,05. Yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh, dukungan keluarga dengan perkembangan Bahasa

Abstract

The use of information technology plays a role in shaping employee professionalism, thus impacting performance improvement. An employee can be categorized as professional if their work output meets the technical and ethical standards applicable to their profession. Therefore, professionalism is an important attribute that every individual in an organization must possess. The success of management in improving employee performance is also greatly influenced by the extent to which information technology is utilized. Information technology functions as a supporting instrument and driver for organizations in achieving institutional goals and improving employee performance. This study aims to analyze the use of information technology to improve employee performance in the digital era. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR), an approach to identifying, assessing, and interpreting all research findings relevant to a specific research question or field of study. The research findings show that the application of digital technology can drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, and performance quality when implemented appropriately and in accordance with organizational needs. However, this success does not occur automatically; it is largely determined by system readiness, human resource competency, work environment support, and effective change management. Unpreparedness in these aspects has the potential to create obstacles in the adaptation process, ultimately negatively impacting performance. Thus, organizations need to combine the use of information technology with integrated human resource management strategies, strengthening competencies, and increasing employee participation to improve employeeiperformance. Seorang pegawai dapat dikategorikan sebagai profesional apabila keluaran pekerjaannya memenuhi standar teknis maupun etika yang berlaku dalam profesinya. Oleh sebab itu, profesionalisme merupakan atribut penting yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap individu dalam organisasi. Keberhasilan manajemen dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh sejauh mana teknologi informasi dimanfaatkan. Teknologi informasi berfungsi sebagai instrumen pendukung sekaligus pendorong bagi organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan kelembagaan serta meningkatkan performa pegawai. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review (SLR). Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa penerapan teknologi digital mampu mendorong peningkatan efisiensi, produktivitas, serta mutu kinerja apabila diimplementasikan secara tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Meskipun demikian, keberhasilan tersebut tidak terjadi secara otomatis, melainkan sangat ditentukan oleh kesiapan sistem, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dukungan lingkungan kerja, serta efektivitas pengelolaan perubahan. Ketidaksiapan pada aspek-aspek tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan kendala dalam proses adaptasi yang pada akhirnya memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kinerja. Dengan demikian, organisasi perlu memadukan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dengan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang terpadu, penguatan kompetensi, dan peningkatan partisipasi karyawan dapat meningkatkanakinerja karyawan. Abstract

The success of strategic management implementation depends heavily on the quality of the human resources responsible for implementing it. Employees are the key actors in translating strategic plans into concrete actions. Without optimal employee performance support, well-formulated strategies will not deliver maximum results. Organizations need to ensure that every strategic policy adopted drives increased employee productivity, motivation, and work commitment. This study aims to determine the role of strategic management in improving employee performance. The study employed a systematic literature review (SLR) method, an approach that involves in-depth and analytical review of various information sources, such as journals, scientific articles, and official websites, ensuring the data obtained is relevant to the research focus. The results indicate that strategic management plays a consistent and significant role in improving performance, both at the employee and organizational levels. When strategies are formulated systematically, implemented appropriately, and evaluated periodically, organizations are able to achieve their targets more effectively. Effective strategy implementation has also been shown to encourage employee engagement, clarify work direction, and ensure alignment between individual and organizational goals. Keywords: Strategic management and employee performance Abstrak: Keberhasilan implementasi manajemen strategi sangat bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia yang menjalankannya. Karyawan merupakan aktor utama dalam menerjemahkan rencana strategis ke dalam tindakan nyata. Tanpa dukungan kinerja karyawan yang optimal, strategi yang telah dirumuskan dengan baik tidak akan mampu memberikan hasil yang maksimal. Organisasi perlu memastikan bahwa setiap kebijakan strategis yang diambil mampu mendorong peningkatan produktivitas, motivasi, dan komitmen kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran manajemen strategi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR), yakni suatu pendekatan yang dilakukan melalui penelaahan secara mendalam dan analitis terhadap berbagai sumber informasi, seperti jurnal, artikel ilmiah, serta laman resmi, sehingga data yang diperoleh memiliki relevansi dengan fokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategik memiliki peran yang konsisten dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja, baik pada level pegawai maupun organisasi. Ketika strategi dirumuskan secara sistematis, diimplementasikan dengan tepat, serta dievaluasi secara berkala, maka organisasi mampu mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan dengan lebih efektif. Penerapan strategi yang baik juga terbukti mendorong keterlibatan pegawai, memperjelas arah kerja, serta memastikan keselarasan antara tujuan individu dan tujuan organisasi. Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of Islam in France up to the modern period and the dynamics surrounding it from historical, social, and intellectual perspectives. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research by analyzing relevant books and academic journal articles. The findings reveal that Islam in France has developed through a long process shaped by migration and colonial history, while facing challenges related to secularism and cultural pluralism. The renewal of Islamic thought and the modernization of Islamic education have become key strategies in maintaining the existence and relevance of Islam in modern France. This study concludes that Islam in France functions not only as a religious identity but also as an integral part of contemporary global civilization.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perkembangan Islam di Perancis hingga masa modern serta dinamika yang menyertainya dalam konteks sejarah, sosial, dan intelektual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan melalui analisis terhadap buku dan artikel jurnal yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islam di Perancis berkembang melalui proses migrasi dan sejarah kolonial yang panjang, serta mengalami tantangan dalam konteks sekularisme dan pluralitas masyarakat Barat. Pembaharuan pemikiran Islam dan modernisasi pendidikan Islam menjadi strategi penting dalam mempertahankan eksistensi dan relevansi Islam di Perancis. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Islam di Perancis tidak hanya berperan sebagai identitas keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai bagian integral dari dinamika peradaban modern.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of Orientalism and Occidentalism within the context of East–West relations and their implications for Islamic studies. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research methods, incorporating historical, philosophical, and discourse analyses. The findings indicate that Orientalism evolved from theological and colonial interests into a systematic academic discipline, yet it still contains ideological dimensions in its representation of Islam. Occidentalism emerged as an epistemological response to Western dominance and seeks to establish intellectual equality between the East and the West. The relationship between the two is dialectical, not merely confrontational but also dialogical. This study emphasizes the importance of understanding Orientalism and Occidentalism critically and proportionally within the context of globalization and contemporary Islamic studies.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan orientalisme dan oksidentalisme dalam konteks hubungan Timur dan Barat serta implikasinya terhadap studi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan melalui analisis historis, filosofis, dan wacana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientalisme berkembang dari kepentingan teologis dan kolonial menjadi kajian akademik yang sistematis, namun tetap mengandung dimensi ideologis dalam merepresentasikan Islam. Oksidentalisme muncul sebagai respons epistemologis terhadap dominasi Barat dan berupaya membangun kesetaraan intelektual. Hubungan keduanya bersifat dialektis, tidak hanya konfrontatif tetapi juga dialogis. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya memahami orientalisme dan oksidentalisme secara kritis dan proporsional dalam konteks globalisasi dan perkembangan studi Islam kontemporer.

Abstract

Professional ethics among hospital nutritionists is a vital component of daily clinical practice. Nutritionists are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical standards in order to deliver high-quality nutritional care. This study employs a descriptive literature review, utilizing secondary data sources and following four systematic stages: identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion, which ultimately yielded 15 relevant articles for analysis. The primary objective of this review is to evaluate the influence of professional ethics on the quality of nutritional services provided by hospital-based nutritionists. Findings indicate that adherence to ethical principles significantly enhances the quality of nutritional care. Nutritionists who practice in accordance with their professional code of ethics are more likely to deliver superior services, increase patient satisfaction, and foster effective collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Consequently, support from hospital management is needed to create balanced policies.AbstrakEtika Profesi Ahli Gizi di Rumah Sakit merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dalam praktik sehari-hari, ahli gizi memiliki kesadaran dan komitmen yang tinggi terhadap etika profesi di rumah sakit untuk memberikan kualitas pelayanan gizi yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan adalah kajian literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif, menggunakan pustakan sekunder melalui empat langkah yaitu, identification, screening, eligibility, dan included sehingga di dapatkan 15 artikel. Tujuan dari literature ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh etika profesi ahli gizi terhadap kualitas pelayanan gizi di rumah sakit. Penerapan etika profesi ahli gizi memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan gizi di rumah sakit. Ahli gizi yang bekerja sesuai dengan kode etik profesi mampu memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik, meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, serta memperkuat kolaborasi dengan tenaga kesehatan lainnya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan dari manajemen rumah sakit dalam menciptakan kebijakan yang seimbang.

Abstract

Central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO) is an ophthalmologic emergency currently classified as a form of retinal ischemic stroke. Lipid profile disturbances are thought to contribute through atherosclerosis, cholesterol embolism, endothelial dysfunction, and increased thromboembolic susceptibility. This study systematically reviewed the scientific evidence regarding the association of hyperlipidemia with CRAO. A systematic review with narrative synthesis was conducted of observational, cohort, case-control studies, scientific reviews, and scientific statements discussing CRAO or retinal artery occlusion (RAO) and lipid profiles, hyperlipidemia, or dyslipidemia. Available literature indicates that hyperlipidemia is a common comorbidity in CRAO. EAGLE data reported hypercholesterolemia in 49% of patients with non-arteritic CRAO. Another clinical audit found previously undiagnosed hyperlipidemia in 36% of CRAO patients. A Korean national cohort study demonstrated that higher HDL levels were associated with a reduced risk of RAO, while biomarker studies found that elevated LDL-C, non-HDL-C, and ApoB were associated with a higher risk of RAO. Hyperlipidemia is associated with an increased risk of CRAO/RAO, primarily through an atherogenic lipid profile. However, most evidence is observational and often conflates CRAO with RAO in general, thus limiting direct causal inference.Keywords: CRAO, central retinal artery occlusion, hyperlipidemia, dyslipidemia, LDL, HDL, retinal stroke.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of industry-based curriculum management and student character on graduate quality at SMK Negeri 3 Tondano, using a quantitative approach with correlational methods and regression analysis. The sample comprised 42 graduates from the Light Vehicle Engineering program (academic years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025), selected through total sampling. Data were collected via validated questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that industry-based curriculum management has a positive and significant effect on graduate quality (R²=0.644, p<0.05), student character also has a positive and highly significant effect (R²=0.609, p<0.01), and both factors together significantly influence graduate quality (F-count=20.977 > F-table=3.238), contributing 88.2% to graduate quality. This study highlights the dominant role of student character in determining graduate quality, followed by the effectiveness of curriculum management aligned with industry needs, providing strategic recommendations for enhancing graduate competitiveness in vocational education. Abstract

Education in the era of globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0 requires innovative learning approaches that not only emphasize content mastery but also foster 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. However, in practice, students' motivation and interest in learning particularly in Indonesian language subjects remain relatively low due to monotonous and less engaging teaching methods. This study aims to examine the effect of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model combined with the use of the Canva application on students' motivation and interest in learning Indonesian in public elementary schools in Bunaken District, Manado City. This research employs a quantitative approach with an experimental design. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques. The results indicate that the implementation of Project-Based Learning integrated with Canva has a positive and significant effect on students' motivation and learning interest. Students become more actively involved, creative, and enthusiastic in participating in the learning process. Additionally, the use of Canva as a visual learning medium enhances students' ability to express ideas and produce meaningful learning outputs. In conclusion, the integration of Project-Based Learning and digital media such as Canva can create more engaging, meaningful, and student-centered learning experiences. This approach is recommended as an innovative strategy for improving the quality of Indonesian language learning in elementary schools, particularly in increasing students' motivation and interest. Abstract

Indonesia as a constitutional state mandates the protection of environmental quality, particularly in the mining sector which often causes significant pollution. This study aims to analyze the criteria of environmental pollution elements from theoretical and juridical perspectives, and to examine their application in handling mining sector pollution cases. Using normative legal research with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, this study compares theoretical concepts (ecological, ethical, and philosophical) with positive law provisions under Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management. The findings reveal a fundamental discrepancy: theoretically, pollution is determined by ecological disruption and harm to ecosystems or human health, while juridically, pollution is strictly defined by exceeding pre-determined environmental quality standards (baku mutu). This disharmony is evident in the PT Newmont Minahasa Raya (Buyat Bay) case, where despite evident ecological damage and public health impacts, the court acquitted the defendants because laboratory results showed pollutant concentrations remained below the formal quality standards. The study concludes that the narrow juridical approach creates legal loopholes allowing actual polluters to escape criminal liability. Recommendations include revising Law No. 32/2009 to incorporate ecological impact criteria beyond rigid quality standards, and adopting a more holistic judicial approach that balances legal certainty with environmental justice.
