Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of learning media for desktop-based interactive modules on digital citizenship material at SMK TI Airlangga Samarinda for the 2020/2021 academic year. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). The results of this study are: 1) Development of desktop-based Interactive Module learning media on Simulation and Digital Communication subjects with theapplication Lectora Inspire. 2) The feasibility test can be seen in the questionnaire results obtained from three media experts with 23 indicators, the total score is 268 out of a maximum score of 345 with the category "Feasible", the percentage of feasibility is 77.68%. Testing by material experts with 10 indicators obtained a total score of 43 out of a maximum score of 50 in the category "Very Appropriate" with a percentage of 86% feasibility. Testing of five media users with 15 indicators obtained a total score of 310 from a maximum score of 375 in the category "Very Appropriate" with a percentage of 82.67% feasibility. Based on this description, it can be concluded that the desktop-based interactive learning media with the Lectora Inspire developed is suitable for use in Simulation and Digital Communication learning on Digital Citizenship material. Keywords:  Interactive Learning Media, Lectora Inspire

Abstract

Abstrak: Menurut WHO dalam (Nahdi & Jatisunda, 2020) Pada akhir tahun 2019 dunia dikejutkan oleh adanya virus yang dinamakan COVID-19, kemudian pada awal tahun 2020 WHO mengumumkan secara global bahwa virus ini dikatakan sebuah pandemic yang dikenal dengan pandemic Covid-19. Setelah itu pemerintah menerapkan sistem kerja WFO (Work Form Office) maupun WFH (Work Form Home). Menurut Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 01/KB/2020 Tahun 2020 mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring bagi satuan pendidikan yang berada zona oranye dan merah. Dengan pembelajaran secara daring, dosen dituntut untuk bisa menerapkan penggunaan teknologi agar pembelajaran berjalan dengan Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif dan Menyenangkan (PAIKEM). Peneliti ingin pembelajaran yang dilakukan dosen tidak monoton menggunakan paper and pen test tetapi sudah menggunakan sebuah aplikasi yang mudah diakses oleh mahasiswa melalui hp maupun laptop, aplikasi ini bernama Quizizz. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah PTK dengan subyek penelitian 47 mahasiswa PGSD UM Surabaya. Cara pengambilan data menggunakan tes (aplikasi quizizz) dan didapatkan hasil bahwa  pada siklus I dan siklus II yaitu dari 47 mahasiswa, berdasarkan hasil tes yang dilakukan pada siklus I dapat diketahui bahwa 33 mahasiswa atau 70% dinyatakan tuntas belajar, sedangkan 14 mahasiswa atau 30% dinyatakan tidak tuntas dalam belajar dan pada siklus II diketahui bahwa 43 mahasiswa atau 91% telah dinyatakan tuntas belajar, sedangkan sisanya 4 mahasiswa atau 8% dinyatakan tidak tuntas belajar. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Quizizz, Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persistensi laba, struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, alokasi pajak antar periode, likuiditas, dan pertumbuhan laba terhadap kualitas laba. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2020. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 101 sampel yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang lengkap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwavariabel alokasi pajak antar periode dan pertumbuhan laba berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laba, sedangkan persistensi laba, struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laba.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, lifestyle onpurchasing decisions for polygon bicycle products in the academic community of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The sample in this research is 100 respondents. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Brand image, product quality, and lifestyle simultaneously have a positiveand significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Indonesia is a country where the majority of the population is Muslim, where their daily activities follow several things that have been regulated and determined based on Islamic sharia law. This is no exception for everyone who applies Sharia Compliance. Sharia compliance is a rule that can be used as a foundation for the continuity of transactions both in banking and other financial institutions. In essence, many people do not really know the meaning of Sharia compliance even though it is often side by side with people's lives as is the case with micro small and medium enterprises. This paper aims to examine whether if sharia compliance is applied to micro small and medium enterprises there is an effect on the welfare of both Micro small and medium enterprises themselves and employees. Therefore, the existence of micro small and medium enterprise is very vital in people's lives, especially in daily life. Judging from some of the data needed regarding micro small and medium enterprises to know the implementation of sharia compliance for the welfare of the community. So that researchers have an interest in several micro small and medium enterprises that from the start have implemented Sharia compliance for the welfare of their employees. In this study, the sample used was 5 Micro small and medium enterprises in Bangkalan. In the preparation of this study, the researcher used qualitative research methods with sociological normative research, namely by searching Islamic law literature and then relating it to the facts found in the field. To support the acquisition of data, the researchers also made observations and went directly to the field, so that the data obtained were real without any composition.Keywords                   : Sharia Compliance; Prosperity; Micro small and medium enterprises

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Indonesian migrant workers need entrepreneurship training so that when they return to their homeland they are empowered in the community. Researchers with a team from the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik and CLC-BJI Taiwan have the task of providing entrepreneurial skills during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine whether the method of effectuation, Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and bold media used has been effective in improving the entrepreneurial quality of migrant workers in Taiwan. This Participatory Action Research qualitative study involved 70 migrant workers, 1 speaker and 14 facilitators who served as business assistants. The results of this study conclude that the effectuation, design thinking and business model canvas methods used are very effective in increasing the entrepreneurship of Indonesian migrant workers. proven in 16 meetings that migrant workers have been able to innovate new products and create a business model that has been validated. The break out room feature in the Zoom application and the virtual board sharing feature in the Mi application are very effective for migrant workers who can still collaborate to create new product innovations while still complying with social rules due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords                   : Business Model Canvas; Impact of Covid-19; Design Thinking;  Entrepreneurial Effectuation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on the audit report distance, the effect of firm size on the audit report distance and the effect of solvency on the audit report distance. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019 and were selected using the purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 124 companies. The data collection method in this research is documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that profitability does not have a significant negative effect on the distance of the audit report, the size of the company has a significant negative effect on the distance of the audit report, and Solvency has a significant negative effect on the distance of the audit report. For companies that go public, the company is expected to be responsible and obey the rules that have been set.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of healthy school culture at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with a single case study design (explanatory). Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this research is that the principal does planning with weekly, monthly and yearly work meetings. The education work meeting which is held annually is attended by all section heads, school principals, and secretariats as well as coordinators. Furthermore, the principal selects several teachers to be assigned to the healthy school culture team once a year. The implementation of a healthy school culture is carried out by delivering, inculcating and practicing a healthy school culture through all subjects, programmed activities, habituation, and supporting activities to all school members. After the activity is carried out, the last step is to observe or monitor activities carried out by the teacher and focus on checking the suitability between plans and work instructions with the implementation of a healthy culture education program plan in schools.Keywords                   : Culture, Healthy School, Management

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the work productivity of PT. Putra Baru Sentosa. This study uses a quantitative approach. By using 95 research samples taken by workers in the production division to analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and leadership variables. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the regression obtained t count of 2.543 and t table of 1.98638 which means that work discipline affects the performance of employees at PT. Putra Baru Sentosa. The variable of work motivation obtained t count of 2,543 which means that work motivation has an effect on employee performance at PT. Putra Baru Sentosa. The leadership variable obtained t count of 2.033 which means that leadership has an effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to examine business strategy and accounting conservatism on company performance. The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sample of this study amounted to 42 pieces selected based on the purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data sources incomplete company annual financial statements. This study indicates that business strategy affects company performance, while accounting conservatism does not affect company performance.Keywords                   :Business Strategy; Accounting Conservatism; Company Performance
