Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and develop marketing strategies that suit the needs of MSMES AL-BAROKAH IBU ROSSI. The research methods applied are case studies and surveys through interviews with the owner of MSME AL-BAROKAH, Mrs. Rossi, as well as secondary data analysis related to the industry and the latest market trends. The results showed that MSME AL-BAROKAH IBU ROSSI needs to adopt a marketing approach that focuses on target market and product differentiation. Recommended marketing strategies include clear target market identification, strong brand development, use of social media and digital marketing, and providing added value through superior customer service. In addition, collaboration with other parties, such as financial institutions, business partners, or local communities, can also increase MSME market visibility and access

Abstract

This research discusses improving administrative efficiency in general practitioner clinics through the implementation of the Medical Private Practice (MPP) application. Efficient administration is essential in running the operations of a GP clinic in order to provide optimal service to patients. However, administrative processes that are still carried out manually often cause challenges and obstacles in patient data management, scheduling, payment, and inventory management. The type of research used in implementing the MPP application is qualitative research with a case study approach. This research methodology allows data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation to understand the changes that occur after the implementation of the MPP application. The results showed that the use of the MPP application significantly improved administrative efficiency at the GP clinic. The benefits include better patient data management, efficient scheduling, easy payment, and more accurate inventory management. This has a positive impact on service quality, patient satisfaction, and overall clinic efficiency and productivity.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) participate in the convection business in the city of Surabaya. MSMEs that are important for this area have been organized in the city of Surabaya for quite a long time, that is, you could say more than 5 years. However, the practice of advertising is highly neglected and commonplace. Therefore, MSMEs in designing must be given preparation about the importance of taking advantage of advanced promotions, because in today's era it is more sophisticated and modern so that the advertising framework becomes more developed so that it can expand the reach of its business targets and can increase sales targets that are far superior. In addition, MSMEs are also given special assistance to ideally create a business account on digitization media. With the development of information technology infrastructure, it has triggered internet users so that another world view appears in business processes, especially by using the web and data innovation foundations. Business processes are assisted through web data innovation media that utilize virtual space as an activity position known as e-commerce so as to create an electronic market, namely the marketplace. In trade centers, every MSME actor can display his goods that are available for purchase without the need to create a framework. MSMEs are very productive because they make work easier. Organizations only need to provide total data about the goods they sell in the commercial center such as item data, costs, shipping, etc

Abstract

Direct procurement is the implementation of the procurement of goods or services carried out by purchasing or paying directly to the provider of goods or services by procurement officials without an auction process. CV Cortheo is one of the direct procurement vendors at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Purwokerto. After the work is completed, the vendor bills for operational costs after the work period ends. When billing the documents prepared take a relatively long time with relatively many documents, this is due to the large number of parties involved in the billing administration process, therefore it is necessary to centralize payments called the Vendor Invoicing Portal (VIP) to simplify the billing process in one door. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach that occurs within the company, which is carried out systematically to collect, process and conclude existing data. The purpose of this study was to determine the operational cost billing procedure at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Purwokerto. The results of this study indicate that the old system billing process takes a long time, while the centralization of payments called the Vendor Invoicing Portal (VIP) makes the billing process more transparent, structured effective and efficient for vendors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see whether Green Marketing, Green Trust and Green Brand image influence purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative using purposive sampling method with a sample size of 72 respondents. The results of hypothesis testing show the findings of purchasing decisions partially influenced by Green Marketing and Green Trust variables regardless of the green brand variable, but simultaneously the Green Marketing, Green Trust Green Brand image variables affect product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The continuous development of Internet technology has created a myriad of new opportunities for society, particularly in the realm of business. E-COMMERCE, in particular, has made buying and selling transactions more practical and accessible, allowing them to be conducted online at any time without time constraints. Wook is an E-COMMERCE platform that connects well-known Chinese brands with retail traders in Indonesia. Through the WOOK application, consumers can explore a wide range of products, including cellphone accessories, computer accessories, gaming devices, stationery equipment, and household furniture, all of which are of high quality and offered with enticing promotions. Furthermore, buyers need not worry about the delivery of goods or customs administration. Thanks to the WOOK application, consumers can shop from the comfort of their homes while still enjoying relatively affordable prices, whether they are buying in large or small quantities. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the Business-to-Business (B2B) type of E-Commerce marketing strategy using content analysis to provide insights into enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing strategies through E-commerce. This research is qualitative and descriptive in nature, with data collected through observations and interviews. Employing content analysis and deductive analysis, this study examines the E-Commerce marketing strategy on the Wook Platform. The study's findings reveal that Wook is the first B2B (Business to Business) E-Commerce platform in Indonesia that conducts large-scale sales to master dealers and resellers. Wook's products are of the highest quality and come with clear warranties.

Abstract

In the backdrop of economic and technological advancements and the intense global competition in the business world, companies strive to outcompete their rivals by offering customers more satisfactory goods and services at competitive prices. This competition serves a dual purpose of attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. This study aims to investigate the relationship between pricing, product quality, service quality, and overall customer satisfaction. The participants in this study have willingly contributed their time and insights, specifically customers of The Cornelia's Authentic Family Cuisine. A purposive sampling method was employed to select fifty respondents based on specific criteria. In this research, the analytical approach used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings reveal that pricing, product quality, and service quality all have a significant and positive impact on the level of customer satisfaction at Cornelia's Authentic Family Cuisine. Consequently, this study establishes a direct correlation between customer satisfaction and the quality of both the product and the service, as well as pricing.

Abstract

Currently, there is a prevalence of unethical behavior, particularly in the restaurant business. The proper application of business ethics ensures that business activities remain in line with norms and regulations. This research is motivated by the presence of businesses that bring buyers and sellers together. The objectives of this study are to determine (1) how to apply business ethics in trade transactions at Nasi Goreng Pakdhe Restaurant and (2) the nature of trade transactions at Nasi Goreng Pakdhe Restaurant. This research employs a qualitative approach, gathering information through interviews, observations, and documentation before subjecting it to descriptive analysis. Both primary and secondary data sources are used in this research. The research findings indicate that the business transactions at Nasi Goreng Pakdhe Restaurant align with its vision and mission, which include a commitment to honesty in business affairs, providing the best service to customers, engaging in fair competition, and avoiding excessive profit generation. Nasi Goreng Pakdhe Restaurant also practices ethical business principles, such as upholding product quality, demonstrating strong leadership, and giving employees, staff, and customers the opportunity to provide feedback and suggestions.

Abstract

This research investigates the Tax Volunteer program, a collaborative effort between the East Java Regional Tax Office I and local universities like STIE Mahardhika Surabaya. The program's primary goal is to assist taxpayers with their Annual Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan) submissions while also educating them about transitioning from the National Identification Number (NIK) to the Tax Identification Number (NPWP). Employing a multifaceted methodology encompassing surveys, interviews, and document analysis, this study offers a comprehensive assessment of the program's effectiveness. The findings reveal a substantial increase in taxpayer awareness regarding the NIK to NPWP transition, a consequence of the dedicated efforts of tax volunteers. Furthermore, the research posits that this heightened awareness has the potential to expedite the creation of a Single Identification Number (SIN), which could simplify and streamline tax-related administrative processes. This study underscores the pivotal role played by collaborative partnerships between tax authorities and educational institutions in enhancing tax compliance and administration. These collaborative endeavors are not only crucial for taxpayer education but also carry significant implications for the future evolution of tax policies and improvements in service delivery. By strengthening these partnerships, society stands to benefit from more efficient and accessible tax procedures.
