Abstract

Education Is A Very Important Aspect In Efforts To Improve The Quality Of Intelligent Human Resources So That They Can Support The Progress Of The Nation And State In The Future. As One Of The National Development Sectors In An Effort To Make The Nation's Life Smarter, The Vision Of Education Is To Create An Education System As A Strong And Authoritative Social Institution To Empower All Indonesian Citizens To Become Quality Human Beings So That They Are Able And Proactive In Responding To The Challenges Of The Ever-Changing Times. Data Source Sampling Was Carried Out Purposively And Snowball, Data Collection Techniques Used Triangulation, Data Analysis Was Inductive/Qualitative, And Qualitative Research Results Emphasized Meaning Rather Than Generalization. The Descriptive Method Is A Method For Assessing The Status Of A Group Of People, Objects, Conditions, Systems Of Thought, Or Events In The Present. This Type Of Research Tries To Explain Certain Social Phenomena. In This Research, It Starts From Designing A Ladder Diagram. An Existing Ladder Diagram Is Then Made Into A Circuit And Given A Load In The Form Of An Electric Motor That Can Be Controlled With Forward/Reverse. 3-Phase Power Source, Power/Three-Phase Mcb, R/S/T Phase, 1-Phase Mcb, Zelio, Forward And Contact Contacts, 3-Phase Motor As Output From Three Phases, Pb Stop, Pb Forward, And Pb Reverse. The Control Circuit Has Three Main Components, Namely The Zelio Sr Block, Contactor Block And Control Panel. The Three Components Are Interconnected And Coordinated By Zelio Sr As A Pc-Based Control Device. The Zelio Sr Used Is The Sr2 B121fu Type Which Has 4 Output Terminals And Has A Working Voltage Of 220v. System Design Testing In The Research Using The Zelio Plc. A. Simulation In Software. Abstract

As innovation develops and the human population increases, product competition between companies increases, so producers are required to produce goods as quickly as possible while still considering the quality aspects of the product. PT. Cipta Oggi is a company engaged in furniture production. PT. Cipta Oggi has several types of production, namely office tables, cupboards, TV shelves and decorative cupboards. In the production process for the 2DF WHT polo showcase furniture product, it has the highest rework rate, namely 10.67%. The method used in this research is the FMEA method. The FMEA method will later produce output results in the form of an RPN from which recommendations for improvement will be obtained from the types of causes of failure that are the highest. With this research, the aim is to analyze the causes of rework in the production process of Polo Showcase 2DF WHT furniture products which can later reduce the rework rate.

Abstract

PT. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk Plant Prambon is a manufacturing company that produces precast concrete. In carrying out the production process, PT. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk Plant Prambon requires materials and services from related vendors. The Supply Chain Management Division is responsible for meeting material and service needs. However, in the process it is not uncommon to encounter several risks that can hamper the company's smooth operations. Therefore, this research recommends the House of Risk method as risk management. From the results of this research, it can be seen that there are 21 risk events and 34 risk causes. The results of House of Risk phase 1 are that there are 9 causes of risk that need to be formulated risk mitigation strategies. The results from House of Risk phase 2 obtained 9 risk mitigation strategies

Abstract

Business processes in an institution are an important measure of customer satisfaction. Universities as institutions that have laboratory work units, must have service standards to ensure they are optimal. Services that are still conventional provide problems in terms of time and accuracy. One of the first steps in building a system is designing a business process that will be a reference in building the system. And there are service times that can be used as a reference in the services provided. Based on the research that has been carried out, it was found that the recommended business process model design can speed up service both in terms of time and steps.

Abstract

Workload analysis provides an opportunity to smooth workload or reduce work activities that do not provide added value. Detailed evaluation and analysis of each work element of a position will display a more detailed workload map. PT. XYZ requires detailed workload mapping to be able to display the load profile for each position. The results of this load mapping can be used for workload normalization analysis. This research uses the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method. The data used in this research are job descriptions, frequency and working hours. The research results show that the FTE-based workload value of the Vacum Geiss AG operator is FIT (value 1-1.28), namely on 03-10-2023 it is 1.030 and on 04-10-2023 it is 1.030 which is fit because the FTE value is between The value is 1-1.28 so that the operator's work load is appropriate on that day, then on 05-10-2023 on the Geiss AG vacuum machine it is 0.915, it is still underload because the FTE value is below the value of 0.99 so the operator on that day is underloaded. the work is not suitable and additional work is needed.

Abstract

Technology in this modern era has an important role in the running of a business activity. One of the applications of technology that we often find is the use of advertisements with brand ambassadors to increase consumer interest in buying products. Tokopedia is one of the leading e-commerce companies in Indonesia that implements promotional strategies with advertisements using brand ambassadors to increase consumer buying interest on their platform. Blackpink, one of the biggest names in Korea, was appointed by Tokopedia to be one of their brand ambassadors in 2021. When these brand ambassadors succeed in attracting the attention of consumers, it will indirectly increase consumer buying interest. Therefore, the researcher intends to find the significance between Blackpink's role as a brand ambassador in Tokopedia advertisements and purchase intention on the Tokopedia platform. The data analysis method used is Simple Linear Regression using the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of data analysis, a correlation or relationship value (R) of 0.548 (54.8%) is obtained, this value indicates that the correlation or relationship between advertising and interest is a fairly strong relationship. The results of hypothesis testing and it is known that tcount > ttable, which is 2.761 > 1.987. Thus, Tokopedia advertisements featuring Blackpink as brand ambassadors significantly influence buying interest in the Tokopedia platform.

Abstract

PT MAS operates in the mining sector, extracting white rocks or feldspar from steep and rugged slopes. Inadequate drainage systems pose significant challenges, such as floods, erosion, and landslides, emphasizing the critical role of effective drainage in mining activities. The designed drainage system incorporates trapezoidal open channels at the mining steps' base. Before reaching natural water bodies, mining water is directed to sedimentation ponds to settle sediments. This research, an experimental study correlating theory with field data, begins with a literature review on open channel drainage theories in mining areas. Data collection includes location specifics, mining area dimensions, rainfall, and runoff coefficients. Manning equation calculations determine planned open channel dimensions, with a bottom width of 0.45 m, flow depth of 0.39 m, freeboard height of 0.097 m, water surface width of 0.9 m, and a slope angle of 60⁰. The research aims to contribute insights for the development and management of open channel drainage systems in mining areas.

Abstract

Industry has an important role in the economic growth of a region. The city of Yogyakarta is an example that shows the diversity of industry, especially on a small scale or home-based, such as PT. TS Putra 2 which focuses on aluminum casting. The aim of this research is to find out the right marketing strategy for PT. TS Putra 2. This research method is qualitative and quantitative based on location observations and interviews with company owners. Analysis uses the SWOT method and IFAS-EFAS method. The results of this research are the potential and opportunities to expand marketing reach and increase industrial profitability, which can be done through marketing innovation, direct sales, and utilization of marketing time. The conclusion of this research is that a marketing team is also needed to come up with marketing innovations for TS Putra 2 Cast Aluminum products.

Abstract

The faster economic development in the world causes tighter business competition. Plus the rapid progress of increasingly sophisticated technology. Many companies are currently competing to use technology to increase performance efficiency advantages in other companies and competition. Information technology that is quite popular in the current generation is System Application and Product In Data Processing (SAP). SAP is a system that runs a business using one database which can then be accessed by all departments in the company. This research aims to provide evaluation and input on the problems faced by SAP admin sales users at PT Bina Pertiwi Surabaya Branch. In this research, a qualitative approach was used by conducting interviews with resource persons from the administration department and Branch Administration Supervisors using a fishbone diagram. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the admin job description for sales rental administration and units using SAP are quite good, but there are still problems caused by discrepancies between the actual cash in and the cash in plan, so AR monitoring must be carried out.

Abstract

User satisfaction can be measured through a variety of methods, including user satisfaction surveys, direct feedback, and analysis of user behavior data. This research aims to analyze user satisfaction withLearning Management System (LMS) Course Lean Manufacturing using methodImportance Performance Analysis (IPA). Through surveys and data analysis of 100 respondents from LMS users, we identified critical attributes that influence user satisfaction. The IPA method is used to assess the level of importance and performance of each attribute, with a focus on determining attributes that have a high level of importance but low performance. The results show that a particular attribute, which we identified as attribute A, has high importance but low performance. Therefore, improvements to attribute A are considered crucial for increasing LMS user satisfactionCourse Lean Manufacturing. The implications of these findings provide guidance for system developers and course organizers to focus on certain aspects to increase the effectiveness and user acceptance of learning platformsLean Manufacturing. This research contributes to further understanding of the factors that influence LMS user satisfaction in learning contextsLean Manufacturing.
