Abstract

Perusahaan baja galvanis bergerak di manufaktur pembuatan baja yang merupakan supplier material pembuatan mobil untuk industri otomotif. Peningkatan demand pada industri otomotif setelah masa pemulihan Covid 19 memicu perusahaan untuk melakukan inovasi guna memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan yang tidak menentu, salah satunya adalah meningkatkan yield produksi. Perusahaan baja galvanis memutuskan untuk meningkatkan target yield production sebesar 0,2% pada masing-masing produk. Pada bulan Desember 2021-Februari 2022 rata-rata ratio scrap terhadap inlet Recoiling Line terlalu tinggi yaitu 0,85. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan yield produksi dengan cara menurunkan jumlah scrap di Recoiling Line. Metode Quality Control Circle (QCC) sering digunakan di perusahaan untuk menerapkan continuous improvement. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa defect tertinggi yang menyebabkan scrap banyak yaitu scratch. Hasil dari analisis fishbone diagram ditemukan faktor penyebab tingginya scrap akibat scratch di Recoiling Line yaitu pemakaian clip, strip bergesekan dengan meja dan rod cylinder longgar. Setelah ditemukannya penyebab defect terdapat 3 rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan untuk mengurangi terjadinya scratch yaitu mengganti clip dengan stick holder, menambahkan roll di meja bawah jembatan trimmer dan menambahkan lock clavis pada rod cylinder pinch roll #1. Hasil evaluasi setelah perbaikan dilakukan adalah penurunan rasio scrap terhadap inlet dari 0,83% menjadi 0,35

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang mengganggu setiap industri adalah produk cacat, yang merupakan penyimpangan kualitas produk yang tidak diinginkan selama proses produksi. Di salah satu industri farmasi di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa ketika produk diterima dari vendor, hampir 30% bahan baku untuk Produk X rusak atau cacat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan akar penyebab masalah dan memberikan solusi seperti tindakan perbaikan dan pencegahan untuk mengurangi cacat. Penerapan metode root cause analysis (RCA) pada item yang cacat atau rusak untuk mengidentifikasi masalah mendasar yang muncul dan Hasil Root cause analysis menyatakan bahwa cacat produk disebabkan oleh kurangnya proteksi pada pengiriman yang dilakukan pada jalur udara. Tanpa perlindungan tambahan, hal ini akan berpotensi menyebabkan lebih besar terjadinya cacat produk. Maka, untuk meminimalisir terjadinya hal serupa di kemudian hari, Corrective action yang diambil perusahaan adalah meminta pemasok untuk menambahkan extra packing sebagai pelindung tambahan guna mencegah terjadinya cacat produk terjadi kembali. Sementara, Preventive Action yang dilakukan yaitu dengan meminimalisir pengiriman menggunakan jalur udara

Abstract

Dismenore adalah hari pertama kram menstruasi yang disertai nyeri perut, suatu kondisi ginekologi yang sering terjadi pada wanita. Nyeri haid sering disertai rasa mual, lemas, kurang tenaga, berkeringat, dan sakit kepala yang dialami wanita saat haid. Penelitian dari World Health Organization (WHO) membuktikan bahwa jumlah penderita dismenore di dunia sangat tinggi. Sementara nyeri haid dipengaruhi oleh faktor haid yaitu; siklus menstruasi yang tidak teratur, kebiasaan merokok, kebiasaan sarapan, kualitas tidur dan asupan gula yang berlebihan, serta kehidupan, termasuk hal sekolah dan keluarga. Suhu yang digunakan adalah 40º C, suhu ini menyebabkan pelebaran relatif pembuluh darah. Secara teoritis upaya untuk mengurangi atau menghilangkan nyeri sering dilakukan secara farmakologi dan non farmakologi, dilakukan kompres hangat salah satunya. Penurunan intensitas dismenore menunjukkan dampak positif dengan dilakukannya terapi kompres hangat. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan data sekunder. Penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah analisis literature review dengan tujuan penelitian literatur mengulas hasil penelitian sebelumnya untuk mendapatkan data sesuai dengan topik. Peneliti menggunakan dua basis data (yaitu Google Shcolar dan Scopus) untuk menggunakan kata kunci dalam melakukan jurnal pancari. Jurnal yang dicari sebelum 2017-2022, peneliti telah memperoleh 7 artikel untuk tinjauan literatur. Hasil tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa kompresi hangat dapat membantu mengurangi intensitas dismenore pada anak perempuan remaja

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah problem kesehatan global serta adalah faktor risiko primer penyakit kardiovaskular. Hipertensi jua dianggap menjadi penyakit tidak menular sebab, tidak dapat ditularkan asal orang ke orang. Prevalensi dengan usia lebih dari delapan belas tahun yang berada di beberapa pulau dengan angka yang cukup besar. Penyebab hipertensi terdiri dari beberapa factor seperti obesitas dan merokok. Pencegahan bisa dilakukan dengan terapi secara medis atau secara tradisional dengan obat obatan atau dengan bahan alami seperti rebusan ketumbar yang banyak kandungan manfaat didalamnya. Beberapa peneliti telah membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup signifikan pada penurunan tekanan darah dengan menggunakan rebusan ketumbar. Tujuan mengetahui efek pemberian rebusan ketumbar untuk menurunkan tekanan darah di penderita hipertensi. Metode yang dipergunakan buat menulis artikel ini merupakan naratif riview, artinya sebuah proses pencarian serta penelitian yang melibatkan membaca serta mengumpulkan data asal aneka macam buku serta jurnal dengan memakai basis data google scholar serta semantic scholar. akibat berasal analisis lima artikel membuktikan adanya efek pemberian rebusan ketumbar terhadap penurunan tekanan darah di penderita hipertensi. menggunakan mengonsumsi secara teratur supaya tekanan darah bisa terkontrol. Konsumsi rebusan ini bisa dengan takaran satu sendok makan ketumbar yang direbus dengan air panas dan tunggu hingga dingin. Dianjurkan agar di konsumsi secara rutin

Abstract

Known as the silent killer because it frequently has no symptoms, hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is a condition of the heart and blood vessels marked by a rise in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg. The World Health Organization reports that Indonesia is seeing an increase in hypertension patients. According to Riskesdas data, West Java is the second-most hypertensive province, with 39.6% of cases, behind South Kalimantan's 44.1%. Indonesia still has a high rate of hypertension, making it a public health issue. Antihypertensive medications are one method that hypertension patients utilize to control or treat their condition. However, using too many chemicals or medications over an extended period of time can have negative health effects and be rather expensive. There are further methods of treating hypertension, such as administering secang wood decoction, which has strong antioxidant effects and lowers blood pressure in hypertensive individuals. Using the narrative review model and the literature review approach, we searched for relevant articles both domestically and globally using Google Scholar and PubMed. which only includes 4 journals that meet the sample inclusion criteria and the last 8 years, from 2016 to 2023. Additionally, the articles used as samples were listed in a table and described in detail to clarify the current approaches. This research review's conclusion is that secang wood decoction can be utilized to treat hypertension in patients, in addition to treating diarrhea, fighting cancer, and decreasing cholesterol

A Decision Support System can be interpreted as a system that can and can provide solutions or capabilities both the ability to provide solutions or solve problems and the ability to communicate on semi-structured problemsHierarchy is a complex problem in a multi-level structure where the first level is the goal, followed by the level of problem factors, criteria, sub-criteria, alternatives, and so on down to the last level of alternatives. With a hierarchy, a complex problem can be translated into a collection of groups which are then organized into a hierarchical form so that the problem will appear more structured and systematicDecision Support System designed can be an alternative for SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan and other schools in determining the best teacher. And with the establishment of a computerized system with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the data processing process is faster and greatly minimizes errors and shortcomings in the calculation of values and also obtains maximum results. Obtained teacher data and the results of the value will be stored in the database so that if an error is found in the data entry and calculation results, the wrong data can be replaced through the database used. The final result can be concluded that the AHP method has given the best value recommendation to the teacher Syamsul Hidayat S, Pd with a value of 0.4473 with a percentage of 45%.

Abstract

A popular and nutrient-rich fish jelly product called milkfish meatballs also includes saturated fatty acids and amino acids that are linked to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease. The goal of this study was to create milkfish meatballs with the best and desired chemical, physical, amino acid, fatty acid, and cholesterol profiles by adding legume protein isolate. The study's nine treatments included milkfish meatballs with soy protein isolate, sword kara protein isolate, and cowpea protein isolate added in amounts of 0%, 15%, and 30%, respectively. The produced meatballs underwent physical (texture, folding test, color test), chemical (proximate), and preference analysis. After analyzing the fatty acid profile, amino acid profile, and cholesterol before and after in vitro digestion, the two most popular treatments (milk meatballs with the addition of sword kara protein isolate/cowpea protein isolate or milkfish meatballs with the inclusion of sword kara protein isolate) were chosen. The milkfish meatballs that received the best treatment were those with the addition of 15% soy protein isolate and 30% swordfish protein isolate, with ratios of omega-6 to omega-3 of 2.176 and 1.811, respectively, and ratios of arginine to lysine of 1.49 and 0.99, respectively. This study's findings suggest, milkfish meatballs with the addition of 30% karapel protein isolate have the best preference value and the ability to serve as a functional diet to prevent hypercholesterolemia

Abstract

In the culinary industry, the classification of red chili pepper types is used to identify varieties that differ in terms of flavor, pungency, or other uniqueness. This enables their proper use in various recipes and meals. In the market, the classification of red chili pepper types helps in pricing, variety selection, or quality standards applied. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to classify red chili peppers using HSV Feature Extraction and Naive Bayes Clasifier. The stages carried out include: data collection, preprocessing, feature extraction and classification. Red chilies are grouped into 4 classes, namely large red chilies, cakplak red chilies, curly red chilies and chili red chilies. The red chili data used is 119 training data and 123 testing data. In the preprocessing, the image is converted to grayscale, then converted to binary image with the thresholding method. Furthermore, feature extraction is done with the HSV method. Finally, classification is done with Naive Bayes. The results of the study provide an accuracy value for training data of 92.43% and for testing data obtained an accuracy of 92.69%. This method is suitable for use in classification because it gives good results

Abstract

Mango trees are a common plant in Indonesia. In 2021, 2.84 million tonnes of mangoes were produced in Indonesia, according to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). You can eat mangoes either ripe or unripe. Additionally, this fruit can be turned into meals and beverages. Many farmers grow mango plants, however, Some illnesses can infect mangoes and lead to crop failure or poor fruit quality. Fungal infections like anthracnose and black fungus, often known as black fungus, affect mango plants, but many farmers continue to mistakenly believe they are identifying plant illnesses and pests. To the type of disease in mango plants, the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method was applied in this study. It has been demonstrated that CNN is a very efficient way of processing images and identifying key elements for intricate pattern recognition. A total of 1,405 leaf photos from three different categories—525 anthracnose images, 656 black sooty mold images, and 224 healthy images—were used as samples for CNN to identify illnesses in mango plants. This image data was taken from the kaggle.com website. The CNN model is trained using distinct datasets into training data and validation data after data collection and preprocessing. On training data, the model is 95% accurate, while on validation data, it is 98% accurate. By feeding photos of mango leaves into the model and evaluating the predictions, the detection is put into practice. Action can be taken to control the illness in these mango trees based on prediction findings showing the presence of disease with a decent amount of confidence

Abstract

In a time when both the quantity and number of medical records are growing, protecting medical information has taken on particular significance. Medical data security and privacy are still compromised by the current system, which leaves room for manipulation and data leaks. Prior research has suggested techniques to safeguard medical data using encrypted algorithms like Blowfish and Vigenere. Nonetheless, this study suggests blockchain technology as a remedy for medical data security and decentralized data protection solutions this work, we implement decentralized data protection and medical information security using smart contracts. Smart contracts are blockchain-encoded agreements that, under specific circumstances, guarantee the contract's execution. In medical information management, smart contracts are used to control how patients, physicians, and healthcare organizations may utilize information. By doing this, patients can consent to the secure and encrypted use of their medical data, guaranteeing that only individuals with the proper authorization can access the information. In this work, we leverage smart contracts and blockchain technology to enhance the security of medical data stored in hospitals or outpatient clinics. The study's findings demonstrate that the data held in blockchains is distributed among several nodes, making them resistant to malware attacks and making the technology hard to alter
