Abstract

Taxpayer compliance analysis is crucial in regional revenue management, especially for Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2). The large volume of taxpayer data poses a significant challenge in manual processing, so an automated and efficient approach is needed. This research develops a data mining pipeline to cluster the level of taxpayer compliance in the Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah (BPKPD) of Tebing Tinggi City. The proposed pipeline is implemented using the Java programming language and the SMILE library and includes three main procedures, namely Extraction, which is in charge of retrieving receivables and payment data from the SISMIOP database; Transformation, which is in charge of processing the extracted data to generate new insights through K-Means clustering, and Load is in charge of storing the transformation results into the MySQL database for further analysis and reporting. This pipeline is run every hour to ensure that data processing is carried out in real-time. By utilizing this automated system, this study aims to increase understanding of taxpayer compliance patterns and assist local governments in designing more effective policies to increase tax revenues and taxpayer compliance levels.

Abstract

This web-based container rental information system is designed to enhance efficiency and simplify management in the container rental process. The system addresses common challenges in manual operations, such as data recording, container availability monitoring, and transaction handling between renters and service providers. Developed using the waterfall method, the system follows a structured approach through stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This responsive, web-based system is connected to a database, allowing access from various devices, including computers and smartphones. The main features of the system include container searches based on specific criteria, online booking, rental status tracking, and automated notifications via email or SMS. Additionally, the system includes a dashboard that provides financial reports and rental statistics, assisting management in real-time data analysis. Data security is ensured through user authentication and authorization, allowing only registered users to access certain information.Testing results demonstrate that the system effectively minimizes data entry errors, speeds up the rental process, and simplifies inventory management. The implementation of this web-based container rental system is expected to improve service quality for providers and offer users a more convenient, efficient, and secure rental experience. Through these capabilities, the system supports a more structured rental process that aligns with modern service expectations, benefiting both providers and renters alike.

Abstract

Rice is a very important and strategic commodity because it is the main source of carbohydrates for the community. Therefore, an increase in rice production is urgently needed. Swampland is considered a potential option to support food self-sufficiency, given the various advantages it has. One of the main advantages is the availability of abundant water, which is crucial in supporting plant growth, especially in uncertain climatic conditions. Fertilizer is one of the key factors in rice farming. Nitrogen (N) is one of the most important nutrients and should be available to plants. Foliar nutrition can generally increase grain yield while reducing the amount of fertilizer administered through soil application. The purpose of this study is to obtain the concentration and intensity of foliar urea application that is most effective in supporting the growth and yield of rice cultivated in swampland. The experiment was carried out using a complete group random design (RAKL) with a factorial design involving 2 factors and 3 replicates. The first factor is the concentration of urea solution, which consists of 4 levels, namely 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12%. The second factor is the intensity of the application which consists of 3 levels, namely 2 mst, 2 mst, and 4 mst, as well as 2 mst, 4 mst, and 6 mst.

The environment is one of the factors that support the sustainability of human life. To meet the conditions of people who live healthy and prosperous in the future, it is necessary to have a healthy residential environment that avoids waste. This study aims to find out the condition of waste management in Batang Kuis District, to find out the role of the government and related parties in supporting effective waste management in Batang Kuis District, and to find out the efforts to handle waste management through the planning of a clean village program in improving environmental quality in Batang Kuis District. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) The condition of waste management in Batang Kuis District shows several positive developments, although it is still faced with a number of challenges. Waste management in this sub-district is carried out through three main stages including collection, transportation, and disposal to the final disposal site (TPA). (2) The role of the Government and related parties in supporting effective waste management in Batang Kuis District by taking strategic steps, namely providing a fleet of waste transporters and building a more organized temporary disposal site (TPS), to facilitate the process of collecting and transporting waste. In addition, the government's involvement in educating the public, especially the younger generation, through educational programs. (3) Efforts to handle waste management through the planning of the clean village program in improving environmental quality in Batang Kuis District include training in waste sorting, composting, and the establishment of a waste bank. This program has succeeded in creating positive changes in residents' habits, especially in sorting waste and utilizing waste productively.

Abstract

The form of space utilization as residential land is a form of expression of human activities that use space as a place to live. This study aims to determine the level of suitability of space use and to determine the use of space for the residential land system in the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) in the Batang Kuis sub-district area. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the level of suitability of space utilization in general is quite good, with around 90% of the area having complied with the stipulated provisions. The Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) policy has been an effective guide for developers in planning the development of residential areas. The use of space for the residential land system in the Regional Spatial Plan in the Batang Kuis District area shows the importance of the Regional Spatial Plan policy in directing the development of the area in a planned and sustainable manner. Of the total area of 40.34 km², most of the land, which is 38.14 km², has been appropriately used as a residential area. However, there are still 2.20 km² of land that is converted without its designation, often in the form of productive land such as rice fields and fields.
