Abstract

The increasingly competitive coffee shop industry in Bekasi has encouraged businesses to implement effective marketing strategies to influence consumers' purchase decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand awareness and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the purchase decisions of product Fore consumers in Bekasi, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 Fore Coffee consumers in Bekasi, with the sample size determined using the Lemeshow formula. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that brand awareness and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Simultaneously, both variables explain 66.3% of the variance in purchase decisions, while the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These findings suggest that strengthening brand awareness and effectively managing electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) can serve as effective marketing strategies to enhance consumers' purchase decisions at Fore Coffee in Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotion and product quality on the purchase decision of Yosan products among consumers of PT Mustika Manis Utama. This research employed a quantitative method with a sample of 68 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 29. The results indicate that promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, both partially and simultaneously. This is evidenced by the promotion t-value of 3.796, the product quality t-value of 4.760, and the F-value of 162.002, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square value of 0.833 indicates that promotion and product quality explain 83.3% of the variation in purchase decisions, while the remaining 16.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Work productivity is a key indicator of organizational success, influenced by work discipline and work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee productivity at PT Vidira Eshan Abadi. The research method used a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents. The analysis was conducted using partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), coefficient of determination (R²), and regression coefficients with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results show that work discipline has a significant effect on productivity, with a t-count value of 2.670 > t-table 2.011 and a significance value of 0.010 < 0.05. Work motivation also has a significant effect, with a t-count value of 4.369 > t-table 2.011 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on productivity, as indicated by an F-count value of 23.311 > F-table 3.20 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value is 49.8%, while the remaining 50.2% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The regression equation obtained is Y = 7.015 + 0.251X1 + 0.416X2 + e. The interpretation of this equation indicates that an increase in work discipline and work motivation will drive an increase in work productivity.

Abstract

The rapid growth of Indonesia's cosmetic industry, along with the increasing use of social media, has intensified competition among cosmetic brands. This condition encourages companies to strengthen their social media promotion, product quality, and Brand Awareness strategies to influence consumers' purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media promotion, product quality, and Brand Awareness on the purchasing decisions of Wardah cosmetic products in South Jakarta. This research employed a quantitative approach using a purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 100 respondents who were Wardah consumers in South Jakarta and had purchased Wardah products within the last six months. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results indicate that social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.013. Product quality also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.017. Brand Awareness is the most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, social media promotion, product quality, and Brand Awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.937 indicates that these three independent variables explain 93.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 6.3% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of high workload and employee complaints regarding Work-Life Balance at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Bahari Tegal City, which is suspected to affect employee performance. The research problems are whether Talent Management and Work-Life Balance affect employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of Talent Management and Work-Life Balance on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative survey approach with 100 employees as respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination R² using SPSS version 25. The results show that Talent Management has no significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.520 > 0.05. Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Talent Management and Work-Life Balance have a significant effect on employee performance with F-count 43.585 > F-table 3.09 and significance 0.001 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.462 indicates that both variables can explain 46.2% of the variation in employee performance, while 53.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study. It is concluded that Work-Life Balance is an important factor in improving employee performance, while Talent Management has not shown a significant effect. The company is advised to maintain and improve policies that support employee Work-Life Balance to optimize performance.

Abstract

Increasing competition among Umrah Pilgrimage Tour Operators (PPIUs) in East Jakarta following the pandemic is still accompanied by complaints regarding service quality and price. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of service quality and price on pilgrim satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, primary data were collected from 100 respondents via Likert-scale questionnaires between May and June 2026 using a purposive sampling technique based on the Lemeshow formula. Data were processed using SPSS 27 through validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination tests. The results show that service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on pilgrim satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, with the price variable as the most dominant factor. Together, both variables contribute 90.2% to pilgrim satisfaction. This study concludes that transparent pricing and maintaining consistent service quality are key strategies for maintaining pilgrim satisfaction at PPIUs.
