Abstract

The value of return on stock in mining companies keeps increasing annually during the research period of 2012 to 2014. The increase in return indicates that mining companies are able to either increase the profit or decrease the loss. Despite the increase in return, the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, and Total Asset Turnover fluctuate annually during the research period.  This study aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) to return stock in mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange at 2012-2014.The sample contains mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2014 using purposive sampling. There are 30 companies that qualify as research samples. The analysis method used in this research is autocorrelation test, normality test, multiple regression analysis and analysis of kindness models.Based on the results of the study indicate that the Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on stock returns, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on stock return, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has positive effect on stock return but not significant, Return on Assets (ROA) does not effect on stock returns and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) does not effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of service quality, perceived price, quality products and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions in Toko seni kerajinan Mas & perak sulaiman intan Permata at SemarangThe population used is the customers who've purchased the product in Toko Seni Kerajinan Mas & Perak Sulaiman Intan Permata. The amount of sample that is used as much as 100. Then the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes the Validity, Reliability Test, Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing through F test and t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²).Based on the research results, obtained by regression equation: Y =  0,187 X1 + 0,284 X2 +0,234 X3 + 0,320 X4 . All Hypothesistested using t test showed that the variable quality of service,perception of price, quality products and word of mouth is found to significantly affect dependentvariable (purchase decision).  Then through the F test can be seen that the independent variablefeasible to test the dependent variable (purchase decision). Result from Adjusted R Square of 0.648 or 64,8%  indicates that  purchase decision variable can be explained by the variable quality of service, perception of price, quality products and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions, while the remaining 35.2% is explained by other variables out side the four variables used in the study .

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing, Non Performing Financing (NPF), dan BOPO to profitability proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) in Islamic Banks in Indonesia 2010-2015 . The data used in this study were obtained from the Semester Financial Report for the 2010-2015 term Islamic Banks. The population in this study were 12 Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The selection of the sample using purposive sampling technique. After passing through purposive sampling stage, there are 3 samples Islamic Banks decent used namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mandiri, and Bank Bukopin Syariah. The analysis technique used in this study using multiple linear regression with the purpose to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables. While the classical assumption used this research include multicolinearity, autocorrelation test, homoskedastisitas test, and test for normality. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have a negative and significant effect on ROA Islamic Banks. Financing variable positive and significant impact on ROA Islamic Banks. While NPF and BOPO have a negative and significant effect on ROA Islamic Banks. Predictive ability of the four variables on ROA of 96.1%, while the rest is not influenced by other factors included in the research model. The result is expected to be a guideline for the management of Islamic Banks in managing the company.

Abstract

PT Sepatu Bata Tbk has decreased sales which can affect the brand image of company. Brand image is one of the factors that form the brand equity and can give a description of consumer perceptions of a brand. Every company is required to conduct marketing activities whose main purpose is to influence consumer perception on brand, build brand image in the mind of consumer so that later will have an impact on sales increase, and can maximize market share in accordance with company expectation.The purpose of this study to analyze product quality and promotion on brand image and the impact on purchase decision. The population of the study was all consumers who had ever done purchase transaction on bata shoes product, where respondents are Semarang  people.  The  samples  in  this  study  were  130  respondents.  The  method  of collecting data through questionnaires. This study uses analytical techniques of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22.0 as the analysis instrument.The result show that the product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, promotion has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and  significant effect on purchase decision, product quality has  not a positive impact on purchase decision, and promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisio.

Abstract

There are many things that influence a consumer to do the purchase and actively evaluate and search the possibilities to move from one product and service to another product and service which is expected could fulfill their need.. The aim of this study is to analyze the influences of the price perception, product quality and service quality against to the decision to purchase a motorcycle with trademark of Yamaha Mio which is based on the sales data from the Dealer Yamaha Pemuda Semarang it is mentioned that their superior product of Yamaha Mio had experienced the quite big selling  fluctuation.  The  probabilistic  sampling  had  been  adopted  in  consideration  the  huge numbers of the user of motorcycle with trademark of Yamaha Mio which are impossible to be calculated so 100 samples of respondents had been taken. The gathering of data had been through a questioner which had been based on Likert scale and then the hypothesis test had used the regression analysis. Based on the result of the analysis it could find several conclusions that the value of calculated t of 3,108 with the significant degree (α) of 0.002 had declared that price perception had been proven having the positive influence to the purchase decision, the value of calculated t of 2.731 with the significant degree (α) of 0.008 had declared that product quality had been proven having the positive influence to the purchase decision and the value of calculated t of6.448 with the significant degree (α) of 0.000 had declared that service quality had been proven having the positive influence to the purchase decision. The implication theory of this study is thatthe purchase decision could be seen through the three variables of price perception, productquality and service quality which give the effective value approximately of 44.2%. This study had been focused to the 100 consumers of Yamaha Mio motorcycle at the Yamaha Pemuda Semarang dealer so it has covered the generalization as per the condition at the place or at the institution.

Abstract

Human resource is the most important factor for creating excellence that can not be easily duplicated by competitors and specific to each organization. Work behaviors such as organizational citizen behavior (OCB) receive more attention because they contribute effectively within the organization. Managers can create employees have the organizational citizen behavior (OCB) by treating them respectfully and fairly, help it consider individual needs, and provide a supportive working environment. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze further on the analysis of the influence of distributive justice and procedural justice on organizational citizenship behavior with ethical behavior as mediating variables and organizational culture as a moderating variable. This study differs from studies that have been there since they rarely research using variables mediating and moderating variables simultaneously by connecting five are planned.The data in this study were collected through questionnaires and implemented to 94 permanent employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Tbk. Regional Division IV Central Java and Yogyakarta region that are not at the managerial level and has a service life of more than one year based on the method of random sampling with lottery technique. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include test reliability, validity, classical assumptions, path analysis, Sobel test to test the effect of mediation, and moderation test using five models in the regression model.The results of this study indicate that the distributive justice influential imply a positive and significant impact on ethical behavior, procedural justice influential in a positive and significant impact on ethical behavior, distributive justice affect positively and significantly on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), procedural justice affect positively and significantly to Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB), and ethical behavior influence positively and significantly mediate on Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB). Distributive justice proved to be positive and significantly moderate the organizational culture and ethical conduct, procedural justice proved positive and significantly moderate the organizational culture and ethical behavior, distributive justice does not influence positively and significantly moderate the organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), procedural justice proved positively and significantly moderate the organizational culture and organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB), and ethical behavior proved to be positive and significantly moderate the organizational culture and organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Kredit Usaha Rakyat is the financing for Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (UMKM-K) in the form of giving work capital supported by guarantee facility for productive enterprises. That does not mean if the KUR program has been paid by the government, the program can run smoothly and in accordance with the desired expectations. Of course, various risks began to emerge; one of them is the fluency repay of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) by a debtor resulting increased of bank’s NPL if the debtor not smoothly to pay. The aim of this study is to analyze factors that affect fluency repay of KUR Mikro in order to maintain and improve that’s performance.The population in this study are all of KUR Mikro’s debtors at BRI Unit Tawangsari II until January 2013. Sampling method using non-probability sampling with the Slovin calculation. 86 samples was obtained and used in this study, which consists of 43 people representing a smooth to repay loans and 43 represent subpopulations that are not fluent in repay credit. Processing of the data is using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis using logistic regression.Based on the results of logistic regression analysis for the six independent variables, number of dependents, business experience, and turnover of business have significant effect in the fluency of returning the KUR Mikro but business experience has different direction with hypothesis. While the variables of age, education level, and the loan amount have not significant effect in the fluency of repaying KUR Mikro

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the impact of Public Income, Geographic BranchPenetration (GBP), Demographic Branch Penetration (DBP), Credit Account per Capita(CAC), and Deposit Account per Capita (DAC) of commercial banks on Credit of MicroSmall Medium Enterprise.The sample used in this study are 33 Provinces in Indonesia in the period 2013-2017 usingpurposive sampling technique. The data examined uses the method of non-participantobservation by directly quoting financial, GRDP, banking, geographical, and demographicdata. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression consisting of theclassic assumption test, F test, t test, and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that Income, Credit Account per Capita, and DepositAccount per Capita have a positive and significant effect on MSME credit, whileGeographical Banking penetration has a positive but not significant effect on MSMEcredit, and Banking Demographic Penetration has a significant negative effect on MSMEcredit

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Exchange Rate, Trading Volume, Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Size to stock price on the company that registered in the LQ45 Index between 2011-2014 on Indonesia Stock Exchange.The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique with the criteria of company that listed on LQ45 Index, and  Indonesia Stock Exchange that published annualy  financial reports periodically during 2011-2014. The data used in this study was obtained from annualy financial reports on the website of Indonesian Stock Exchange  with a sample of 22 companies. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple regression analysis and then used assumption classic test and used hypothesis test including F-statistic test, t-statistical test and the determination of coefficients Adjusted  with a significance level of 5%.The results of the study are the independent variables simultaneously (F test) effect on stock price with a significance level of 0.000. While partially (t test) showed that  the variable Exchange Rate has negative and not significant effect on stock price. Trading Volume and DER variables has negative and significant effect on stock price. While ROA and Size has positive and significant effect on stock price. Adjusted  is 0.939 which means that the ability of the five independent variables can explain stock price amounted to 93,9%, while the rest is explained by other factors.

Abstract

The largest asset in sharia banking is financing, along with the rapid development of sharia banking, management is required to maximize their assets to increase their profits. Therefore, sufficient knowledge and understanding of financing risks in sharia banking must be owned. This study aims to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Financing Principles, and Financing Usage on Non Performing Financing (NPF) of Sharia Banking. The sample used in this research is secondary data from non performing financing (NPF), composite value of corporate governance, Financing Principles (assets based financing and debt based financing), and Financing Usage (working capital financing, investment financing, and consumption financing) for the period 2011-2015. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Method as the method of analysis. The results of this study indicate that GCG, financing Principles, and Financing Usage affected the level of non performing financing on Islamic Banking in Indonesia. Then the partial test shows debt based financing, investment financing, and consumption financing have a significant positive effect on the level of non performing financing on Islamic Banking in Indonesia.
