Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Risk Based Bank Rating to theprofitability of general bank go public listed in the indonesia Stock Exchange. RBBR is the newest assessment that replaced CAMEL from Bank Indonesia, in accordance with Bank Indonesia Circular Letter Number 13/24/DPNP/2011. Factors tested are CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NIM (Net Interest Margin), GCG (Good Corporate Governance), LDR (Loan Deposit Ratio), NPL (Non Performing Loan), and NOP (Net Open Position) towards ROA (Return On Asset).The sample of this study using purposive sampling method, with the number of sample used were 22 general banks go public listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the  periode  2008-2013.  Analysis  technique  used  in  this  study  is  a  multiple  linear regression. The result of F test stated that the value of significance is 0,00 means this value indicates that the independent variables impacts the dependent variable significantly. Meanwhile the result of t test showed that NIM has positive and significant effect on the ROA. CAR, LDR, NPL have a negative and significant effect on the ROA. The last is NOP didn’t have a significant effect on the ROA.The result of this analysis showed about 53,2% from the adjusted R2 that ROA can be explained by CAR, NIM, GCG, LDR, NPL, and NOP. The rest 46,8% influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of product quality and brand image of behavioral intention. This research was conducted on consumers who consume products Antimo in Semarang.The population in this study are the people who use Antimo in Semarang, samples in this study were 96 respondent . Which in this study used a sampling technique by purposive sampling or sampling based on certain criteria , namely Semarang people who have been taking medicine Antimo more than 2 time , domiciled in the city of Semarang and is in the Region Bus Terminal and Bus Pool in Semarang.Based on hypothesis testing has proven that there is a positive influence between the brand image of the behavioral intention. there are positive influence between the quality of product to behavioral intention.

Abstract

This study animed to analyze factors that effect brand loyalty on iphone with the customer satisfaction and quality of products as intervening variables on the user’s phone brand the iphone yn the city of Semarang. The variables used in this study are service quality as independent variables, then the customer’s satisfaction and quality of product as intervening variables and brand loyalty as the dependent variable.Sample in this study are 158 respondents of iphone customer’s in Semarang. The method used is Accedental Sampling by distributting questionnaires to the respondents. The study developed a theoretical model with purposeto of examine four hyphotheses to be tested using analysis tools Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) which is operated through a program AMOS 22.0Based in research of data processing SEM full mdel has met the criteria of goodness of fit as follows: the value of chi-square, CMIN/DF, CFI, TLI, GFI, AGFI, probability, RMSEA.  Within the result, it can be said that this model is feasible to be used. The result show that the brand loyalty can be improved by increasing quality of product affect the customer’s satisfaction as a determinant of success increase brand loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this researched is to know what is effect da workplace training on employee productivity by using a quantitative approach. The subject in the study were employees of PT. Primatexco Indonesia, Batang with a total of 76 persons in the unit weaving using random sampling methods. Method used to collect data in  the  research  is questionnaire. Technique  used  in  the  research  to  get  the conclusion  is  a multiple linear  regression technique using SPSS.Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis technique, it shown that Y = X1 + 0.361 X2 0370. It intrepret clear that training and work environment positive effect on employee productivity. Due to the significant value of the training and the work environment is less than 0.05 so, that can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect on employee productivity at PT. Primatexco Indonesia, Rod. The results of the coefficient of determination of 34.3% indicates that the ability of the independent variable (training and work environment) in explaining the dependent variable (employee productivity) while the remaining 65.7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The value of the company is a factor that considered by investors in taking investment decision. Research by Sulistyawan (2005), and Hermawati (2011)  shows there are differences in the results based on existing data, there relationship that might be differences of  affect the value of the company.  Therefore,it is needed for further research. This study tested the effect of Sales growth (SG), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM) against the Return on Asset (ROA) as well as the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Sales growth (SG) against Price Book Value (PBV) on food and baverage manufacturing company that is listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) of the period 2010 – 2012. The sample used in this study consisted of 20 food and baverage manufacturing company that is listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) of the period 2010 – 2012. Its purposive sampling. The data obtained from Indonesian Capitan Market Directory (ICMD) and the Annual Report of the company. Analytical techniques used is multiple regression analysis and path analysis of SEM programs.  The results showed that Sales growth (SG) have a negative effect of the Return on Assets (ROA), as well as direct negative and significant effect on Price Book Value (PBV) also. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have a negative effect of the Return on Assets (ROA). Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a positive and significant effect of the Return on Asset (ROA).  Return on Asset (ROA) have a positive and significant effect of the Price Book Value (PBV).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing competition that occurs in the motorcycle industry. Today, Yamaha Motorcycles showed a decrease in the number of sales, especially in 2011 and 2012. Specifically, in this study review Yamaha efforts to maintain its position as one of the market leader by creating and improving brand equity, because the strong brand equity can encourage consumers to make purchasing decisions even to re-purchase the product. This study specifically to examine the brand equity elements, consists of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations, and brand loyalty on consumer purchasing decisions on Yamaha motorcycles.The research was conducted through a literature review and hypothesis formulation. Primary data collection through questionnaire method using purposive sampling technique on 100 respondents who had used or had a Yamaha motorcycle. The analysis had in this study are validity test,realiability and multiple regression withs F-test, T-test, and Coeffisient of determination (R2).Hypothesis testing using t-tests showed that brand awareness (X1), perceived quality (X2), brand association (X3), and brand loyalty (X4) have positivf and significan effect on buying decision.Then using the F test is known that a well-deserved four independent variables to test the dependent variable. Figures Adjusted R Square of 0,738indicates that 73,8 percent of purchase decisions variation can be explained by the four independent variables in the regression equation.

Abstract

Companies nowadays prioritizes employee’s experience in work. This is shown from the employee's productivity that is influenced by the non-physical work environment and the quality of information within the company. Employee productivity is also influenced by the ability to adapt to its work. This study examines the influence of Non Physical Work Environment and the quality of information on employee productivity with adaptive behavior as intervening variable. The method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression to test the direct hypothesis and path analysis to test the indirect influence of the hypothesis tested.The results of this research indicate a significant positive influence between non-physical work environment with adaptive behavior, quality of information with adaptive behavior, adaptive behavior with employee productivity and non-physical work environment with employee productivity, while the quality of information with employee productivity has positive but not significant influence. In conclusion, this research is able to prove the proposed hypothesis.

Abstract

Invesment both individuals and businesses to invest spend money to get money more. Return value in invesment can be seen from the financial performance of the money invested. Risk can be considered as a possibility of loss or destruction. More broadly,the risk can be defined as the possibility of undesirable result or the opposite of the desired. In the financial industry in general, there is a jargon “bring about a high risk high return” meaning if want to obtain greater result, will be exposed to greater risk as well.The population of the study is a data manufacturing firm listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2010-2013. The sample in this study amounted 58 companies by using purposive sampling. This study uses regression classical assumptions, to determine the variables that affect the risk of stockThe result of this study showed that there are three variables that affect significantly as stock risk. Variable leverage, profitability, sales growth have positive affect on stock risk, and liquidity and firm size did not influence and negative on stock risk.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavior that needs to be owne d b y c ivil servants. Many ways can be done to improve the Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( O C B) o ne with a financial compensation. Financial compensation were able to improve work discip line a nd motivation  of achievement,  so it can affect the Organizational  Citizenship  Behavior (OCB) employees. The purpose of this study is to describe and analy ze further on the influence of financial compensation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with the discipline of work and achievement motivation as an intervening variable.Data  collection  methods  used  in  this study is a questionnaire  with a  sample of 74 employees BNNP Jawa Tengah, which uses a sample of the entire population census or using BNNP Jawa Tengah employees. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression ana lys is . Mechanical testing data used in this study include path analysis and sobel test to test th e e f fec t o f mediation.The results of this study indicate that financial compensation negative a n d s ig nific ant to work discipline and a positive and significant to motivation of achiev eme n t. Th en th e f ina nc ial compensation and work discipline positive and significant impact on Organizationa l C itiz e ns hip Behavior (OCB), while the achievement motivation did not significantly affect to O r ga niz atio nal Citizenship Behavior (OCB). In addition, work discipline and motivation of achiev e me nt c a n n ot mediate the relationship between financial compensation on Organizational Citizenship Be ha vio r (OCB).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influences of competence factors to employee performance of PT TASPEN (Persero) Semarang main branch. This research utilize independent variables, they are integrity, achieve orientation, concern for order, customer service orientation, interpersonal understanding combined to a dependent variable of employee performance. This research focuses on five mandatory competence owned by the whole employees of PT TASPEN (Persero) Semarang main branch. The fact that three of them shows a lower percentage. For those reasons, it is needed to know how much the mandatory competence influence owned by the employees performance.Research method used is that quantitative analyze, with validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, double linear regression analyze collected through questioners spreading and implemented to the whole employees of 85 persons.Based on the done research in the past, it showed that all independent variables had positive and significant influences to the employees performance with the integrity variable influence to the employees performance reached 0,238; the achieve orientation variable influence to the employees performance reached 0,297; the concern for order variable influence to the employees performance reached 0,230; the customer service orientation variable influence to the employees performance reached 0,285; the interpersonal understanding variable influence to the employees performance reached 0,294.
