Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect arising from the quality of service, price Conformity, to customer satisfaction and its impact on consumer repurchasing decisions Depo Grocery Store. Variables used in this research is the quality of service and price suitability as an independent variable, and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, and the repurchase decision as the dependent variable.This research method using purposive sampling with a sample of 157 respondents in the consumer Depo Sembako. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis and analysis using analysis kualitatf Structural Equation Model (SEM) operated by AMOS program version 20.0. This type of data is primary data and using a questionnaire with open questions closed.The results of this study prove all hypothesis is accepted. 5 accepted hypothesis includes the positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, compliance rates positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has positive influence on the repurchase decision, service quality has positive influence on the repurchasing decisions and price suitability positive influence on the repurchase decision.

Abstract

The recent economic downturn of 2008–2009 has brought renewed focus on working capital policies in Indonesia. The crimping consumer demand in economic downturn rapidly exhausts the working capital of businesses. Economic policy aimed at boosting cash flows of firms, either directly or indirectly, can be of enormous benefit in alleviating pressure on working capital. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between working capital management and profitability in different business cycle. The population of this research is all of the firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in period of 2007-2010. The samples were selected by purposive sampling method and do outlier to remain 39 companies. Method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with SPSS 23.0 as the analysis instrument. The result of this research shows cash conversion cycle and inventory conversion period have a negative and significant effect. But receivable collection period and payable deferral period have insignificant effect on the firm's profitability. During crisis period, only cash conversion cycle indicate a negative and significant relation with firm profitability. During economic boom, receivable collection period has a negative and significant relation to profitability. Inventory conversion period has a positive and significant relation during economic boom.

Abstract

Currently the hotel business competition is very tight, so that the manager of the hotel should be able to provide the best service so that customers are satisfied. Customer satisfaction is the difference between expectations and perceived performance or services. Hotel Pondok Tingal, Jl. Balaputra Dewa 32, Borobudor, Magelang is a hotel that offers many advantages such as a more modern karaoke (computer use). However, the price offered at the hotel is more expensive than in other places, so the impact on the Pondok Tingal visitors in recent years. Based on the data, the Pondok Tingal visitors in 2013 decreased on average 4 person/month with a tendency in the past 4 months has decreased. A decrease is caused by many factors, one of which is a low customer satisfaction. In this study the factors that affect customer satisfaction is analyzed through service quality, price and facility. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of service quality, price and facilities on customer satisfaction Hotel Pondok Tingal in MagelangThe population in this study is the customer Hotel Pondok Tingal, Jl . Balaputra Dewa 32, Borobudor, in Magelang. The sample in this study was 100 customers. The sampling technique in this study conducted by purposive sampling technique. Data type is primary. Abstract

Maximizing   firm   value   are   influenced   by   several  factors,   including   firm performance and corporate characteristics. This study examines the effect of good corporate governance, growth, leverage, and firm size on firm value by using firm performance as intervening variable.Firm performance is measured by using Return on Assets (ROA) and firm value is measured by using Tobins'Q. The population of this research is registered companies in CGPI ranking by IICG in 2009-2015. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling and  there  are  31  companies  that  qualified  as  a  sample.  This  research  used  linear regression by using Ordinary Least Square method to know the influence of independent variable consist of CGPI, growth, leverage, and firm size to firm value by using firm performance as intervening variable.The result of the research shows that CGPI variable has a significant positive effect on company performance, firm growth variable has positive effect not significant to firm performance, leverage variable has negative significant effect, and firm size variable has negative and insignificant effect, and firm performance is only able to mediate the relationship between CGPI and leverage to firm value. Thus, only CGPI and leverage have an indirect effect on firm value of CGPI rating companies listed on the BEI in 2009-2015.

Abstract

The user internet in Indonesia have been increasing constantly each year. One of the internet user is for online purchasing. This online purchasing is not only caused by attractive user of its website but also affected by the special offer of products from this website. This study is to seek for antecedents of this online purchase decison.The data was collected by disseminating questionnaires via internet and face to face method. The respondents were internet users. The sampling method was purposive sampling. The model developed was two stage namely 1) attitude towards use is a function of trust and professionalism, and 2) online decision is a function of trust, professionalism and attitude towards use.The results show that all regression coefficients were significant. The independent variable that has the most influence toward the dependent ones is trust (X1) professionalism (X2) and attitude toward use (Y1) respecively. The t-test result show the entire of independent variables (trust, professionalism, and attitude toward use) have positive influence and significant toward the dependent variable that is the purchasing decision (Y2). The model showed a very good fit.it implies that all variables played impact includes in online purchasing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze customer sensitivity to supply chain agility, analyze sourcing flexibility to supply chain agility, supply chain agility to company performance, customer sensitivity to company performance, and sourcing flexibility to company performance.The population used in this study were all creative culinary industry SMEs, where the respondents were people in the city of Semarang. The number of samples used was 117 respondents. The method of collecting data through a questionnaire. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using AMOS 22.0 analysis tools.The results of this study indicate that customer sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on supply chain agility, sourcing flexibility has a positive and significant effect on supply chain agility, supply chain agility has no positive effect on company performance, customer sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on company performance, and sourcing flexibility positive and significant effect on company performance. The theoretical implications of this research reinforce the theories that have been developed from previous research. The managerial implications of this study suggest that the creative culinary industry in Semarang City find out and respond to real customer desires, and build good relationships with raw material suppliers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to give empirical evidence whether Brand Image and Product Quality influence on Brand Preference and Loyalty Intention of Consumer.            The sample of this study are 400 people in Kudus that use Glade Fragrances. Method of analysis data use quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis.            The results of this study shows that the Brand Image and Product Quality give positive effect on Brand Preference with the regression coefficient  Y1 = 0.405 X1 + 0.329 X2. While Brand Image, Product Quality and Brand Preference give positive effect on Loyalty Intention of Consumer with regression coefficient Y2 =  0,658 X1 + 0,083 X2 + 0,206 Y1.

Abstract

In this fast growing era, internet is no strange to everyone. Whether it’s for individual, corporate, educational, even business interests. Marketing or selling a product throught the internet has become commonplace. Marketing with internet-based strategies,especially social media, can pressing the price of marketing or promotion, but it can reach a large income. Through social media, customers can find information about what they want more easily and freely. One of the biggest brand of cosmetics industry that utilize this strategy is Wardah Cosmetics. As a brand with more than 30 years experience, Wardah should be superior in competition, by building strong brand equity. This study aimed to analyze the variabels of social media perception, sponsorship marketing to positive word of mouth and its impact on brand equity. This study is conducted on Wardah cosmetic’s customer in social media in Semarang.Convenience sampling method is used for this research, samples were collected from 100 respondents (consumer who have instagram account, follow Wardah’s account (@wbhsemarang) and use Wardah products). Multiple regression analysis is used fo this study.This results showed that social media perception and sponsorship marketing has positive and significant effect on positive word of mouth, and positive word of mouth has positive and significant effect on brand equity.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) is a service company in the field of employment-listrikan in Indonesia.  The  company  is a state-owned  entities  (SOEs),  which  served  to provide and distribute electrical energy to the community that contains a social mission with optimum service. The services company, has sought to improve the performance (performance) company optimally and efficiently, by increasing the ability  to  memahamui  changes  in  market  structure  and  is  able  to  choose  an effective marketing strategy through product excellence. This is done so that the PLN can give satisfaction to customers, so the reference interest could be better.The  purpose  of  this  research  is  to  analyze  the  influence  of  product excellence  and quality  of service  to customer  satisfaction  PLN  (Persero)  APJ Semarang, to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on the reference interest PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang. The population in this study is the customer PT. PLN  (Persero)  APJ  Semarang,  with  a  total  sample  of  100  respondents.  The sampling technique was accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data questionnaire  with literature. The analysis tool used is multiple regression.The results of this study are: quality service and significant positive effect on  customer  satisfaction.  Product  excellence  and significant  positive  effect  on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction positive and significant effect on the interest reference.

Abstract

Islamic banking at the moment is one of the important things in the economy of the country. Non Performing Financing became one ratio that is considered by the Islamic banking. NPF is an indicator that shows the risk of losses due to financing. The deterioration of the NPF ratio means Islamic banks have a high degree of financing problems. This study aimed to analyze the influence of internal and external factors of the NPF Islamic bank in Indonesia.The hypothesis testing use BOPO, CAR, FDR, SBIS, inflation and the exchange rate as an independent variable and the NPF ratio as the dependent variable. The population in this study are all Islamic banks in Indonesia. The sample used in this study is a quarterly financial report of Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Muamalat Indonesia, BRI Syariah, Bank Panin and Bank Syariah Bukopin Syariah 2010-2014 period and also the data of inflation and the exchange rate against the US dollar by using purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements can be downloaded from the official website of each bank and the official website of Bank Indoneisa. The analytical method used is multiple regression with a significance level of 5%.The result showing that in partial BOPO and SBIS influenced positive significant, while the CAR and inflation negative significant effect on the NPF Islamic banks. For FDR variables, inflation and exchange rate partially no effect on NPF. Simultaneously or together, variables BOPO, CAR, FDR, SBIS, inflation and exchange rate. Results of regression estimation show the predictive ability of the model 46,5%, while the remaining 53,5% influenced by other factors outside the model that has not been covered in this research.
