Abstract

Bank is a financial intermediary institutions (financial intermediaries) that channel funds from the excess funds (surplus units) to those who need funds (deficit units) at the specified time. This study aimed to analyze the effect of CAR, ROA, Asset Growth, LDR, NPL, and BOPO to the financial distress of bank. The population in this study is Indonesian Banking Company that operates and participate in the rating of banks conducted by Infobank magazine in 2010- 2012, and published in June of each year from 2011 to 2013. Variables used in this study are CAR, ROA, Asset Growth, LDR, NPL, and BOPO. Tool is regression analysis used logistic regression. The multivariate result of this research shows that LDR variable is significantly affect for the financial distress of bank in Indonesia at α = 5% in spite of having different sign with that being predicted. Asset Growth variable have the same sign as that being predicted and significant. CAR and ROA variables are not significant and have the same sign with that being predicted. NPL and BOPO variables are significantly affect for the financial distress of bank in Indonesia at α = 10% have the same sign with that being predicted. Generally, the result were not accept all Ha. The accuracy of prediction bank fragility reaches to 98,2%.

Abstract

Bank as the financial intermediary institution take a role to facilitate the channeling between the parties who have excessive fund and distribute to the parties who need fund. This study aimed to see the implication of CAR, efficiency, size, equity, liquidity and fee based income to the behavior of funding and financing. This study used  Data Envelopment Analysis to measure efficiency value through intermediary approach and Multiple Regression Analysis. The samples are 11 Islamic Banks listed in Financial Service Authority database in years period January 2010 until December 2014. The result indicates that CAR has positive and significant impact to funding behavior, however some other determinants such as efficiency, asset, equity, liquidity and fee based income do not affect funding behavior. Meanwhile asset and liquidity has positive and significant impact to financing, equity has negative impact to financing, however other determinants such as CAR, efficiency and fee based income do not affect financing behavior.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decrease in customer satisfaction of Club mineral water that can influence the loyalty of Club mineral water customers. Based on the problem, this research aims to examine the effect of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as the intervening variable.This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Club mineral water customers in Semarang with purposive sampling method. The samples used were 100 respondents of Club mineral water customers. The data were processed using software SPSS 23, and the analysis used were multiple linear regression analysis and test of Sobel to test the mediation effect of the independent variable to the dependent variable.The result showed that product quality and brand image have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction with the result of Y1 = 0,331 X1 + 0,463 X2, and brand image, product quality, and customer satisfaction have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty with the result Y2 = 0,206 X1 + 0.318 X2 + 0.311Y1. The result of the Sobel test shows that there is influence between product quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as the intervening variable. Similarly, the brand image variable has an influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This is because of the value of t arithmetic higher than t table.

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyzethe influence of leadership style and Motivation toward performance of employee in PT Warna Alam Indonesia. Data collected through distribution of question naires and it is implemented to PT Warna Alam Indonesia 60 employee.Analysis Of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 16.Analysis technique use dismultiple regression by the least squares equations and hypothesist estingusing the-statistic for testing the partial Regression coefficients with the level  of  significance  of  5%.    It  also  tested  validity  test, regression  analysis,  and  the classical assumptions that included normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test.Based on the results of the study found no variables that deviate from the classical assumptions, this suggests that the available data has been qualified to Use the model of multiple linear regression equation. From the results showed that the variable leadership style and motivation is partially positive significantly. The predictive capability of  the two variables on  performance employee of 39,7%.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the main factors influencing dividend policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) especially in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during period 2011-2015.             The population of this research consists of 141  manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in years 2011-2015. This research used secondary data and used purposive sampling method in determining the sample. The total sample in this study are 58 companies. Multiple regression is used as the analysis technique in this research.            The study documents the positive significant effect of firm size, profitability, growth opportunities, free cash flow, and insider ownership on dividend policy. Leverage is negatively significant associated with dividend policy, moreover liquidity found has no significant effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

In Indonesian instant noodle market is lucrative. Indonesian people's dependence on fast food noodle is quite large. In this case also sparked instant noodle companies to compete in order to gain market share by offering products that meet the needs of consumers, because of the competition, the Indomie sales decline. To increase sales, Indomie do product development by releasing new products that Indomie Rasa CabeIjo. This study aimed to analyze the influence of preferences and price on customer attitudes and customer loyalty products Indomie Rasa CabeIjo in Semarang         This research uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The population is the city of Semarang who like to eat Indomie taste green chillies. While the sample is used as many as 100 people with non-random sampling method is to take samples at several stores and a minimarket in Semarang.The results showed that the preferences and price positive and significant impact on customer attitudes and customer attitudes positive and significant effect on customer loyalty products Indomie Rasa Cabe Ijo in Semarang. In the model 1, giving preference to the most influence customer attitudes of 0.648. In model 2, giving preference to the most influence customer loyalty of  Indomie Rasa Cabe Ijo product in Semarang at 0.341.

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon in the company by the high number of employee turnover and absenteeism. It indicates that there is a decline in the organizational commitment. Work environment and organizational culture are several factors that can enhance organizational commitment. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work environment and organizational culture to organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as intervening variable. This research was conducted using survey method which the data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 98 employees in spinning B division, part of production division PT. Apac Inti Corpora with the characteristics of permanent employees who have worked more than 1 year. Technique of sampling using non probability sampling that is purposive sampling. The method of data analysis that used is multiple regression, path analysis, and sobel test for the mediation effect.The result showed that, work environment has positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Organizational culture has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. And, job satisfaction is proven as mediator relationship between work environment and organizational culture to organizational commitment.

Abstract

The  key  of  organization’s    success    is  generated  by  each  of the  resources  of  the organization. It can be said that human resources is one of the determining factors for winning the business competition in a short period and long term. The human factor is not only the holders of an important role for the organization, but also a vital tool for organizations because it can not be replaced completely by other resources. The business competition today is requiring the role of human resources to have a competitive advantage and an organization should be able to improve the employee’s performance.This  research  aims  to  analyze  the  effect  of  variables  of organizational  culture,  job satisfaction  and  organizational commitment  on  employee  performance.  This  research  was conducted at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Regional IV Jateng- DIY. The number of samples specified by set as much as 76 respondents using Convenience sampling methods and Methods data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.The results of testing againts the hypothesis, indicating that organizational culture variable has positive influence on employee’s performance. Job satisfaction variable has positive influence on the employee’s performance, and  organizational commitment variable has positive influence on employee’s performance.

Abstract

This  research  aimed  to  analyze  the  influence  of  Third  Party  Fund  (DPK),  Non  Performing Financing (NPF), Return On Assets (ROA), placements of funds in SBIS, and equivalent rate of profit sharing toward profit and loss sharing financing. Case study on Islamic Banks in Indonesia Bank in period 2010-2014.Research population used was Islamic Banks in Indonesia Bank in period 2010-2014. Sampling tehnique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 5 Islamic Banks by removing outliers from 2 samples of data banks, so that data is processed only numbered 60 data. The data used in this research were obtained from the Quarterly Report 2010-2014. Analysis technique used was multiple regression that includes classic assumption test, F statistic test, t statistic test, and coefficient of determination test (R2)The  result  of  this  research  showed  that  Third  Party  Fund  (DPK),  Non  Performing Financing (NPF), and Return On Assets (ROA) had positive significant affect to profit and loss sharing financing. Placements of funds in SBIS had positive not significant affect to profit and loss sharing financing. Equivalent rate of profit sharing had negative not significant affect to profit and loss sharing financing. The result of coefficient of determination test (R2) showed the ability of model prediction was 98,2% while the remaining 1,8% influenced by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing level of customer complaints and followed by a declining number of subscriber in a row at E - Resto Semarang . This research effort undertaken to review the E - Resto to improve overall customer satisfaction using experiential marketing elements and become flagship restaurant in Semarang . The effort by E-Resto so far to improve customer satisfaction are unconditional guarantee for its  food  and  drink  and  efficient  complain  handling  by  taking  their  guest  comment positively. This study examines the elements of experiential marketing which consists of sense , feel , think, act and relate that affect customer satisfactionThrough the questionnaire method using techniques purposive sampling to 100 respondents who ever came and mergkonsumsi E - Resto Semarang products showed the regression equation as follows :Y = 0.202 X1 + 0.187 X2 + 0.199 X3 + 0.203 X4 + 0.188 X5Where all the independent variables have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.  Figures  Adjusted  R  Square  of  0.594  indicates  that  59.4  percent  of  the variation can be explained by the Customer Satisfaction to - five independent variables in the regression equation . While the remaining 40.6 percent is explained by other variables outside the five variables used in this study.
