Abstract

This research purposed to find out the influence of promotion, the quality of product and after sales against interest buy yamaha motorcycle and analyzing the most dominant factor in influencing consumer interest in purchasing yamaha motorcycle used student of diponegoro university in semarang.This research used samples totaled 100 people taken from consumers who buy and use yamaha in the faculty of economics and business Diponegoro University of semarang obtained by used technique purposive sampling. Then kinds of analysese against the data obtained quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis covering test validity test reliabilitas, test classic assumtions, test multikolinearitas, test heterokedastisitas, test normality, multiple regression analysis, F test , t test, a coefficient of determination. The data have met, test the validity of reliabilitas, and the assumption of the classical tillable so as to produce the regression equation is as follows:Y  =   0,264 X1 + 0,320 X2 + 0,333 X3Individually order from each of the most influential variable service after sales with the regression coefficient of 0,333 and variable the quality of the product with the regression coefficient of 0,320. While variables its influence the lowest is promotion with the regression coefficient of 0,264. The model equation having value fastene count rp59.22 47.436 and extent of signification 0,000 and extent of signification smaller than ( 0.05 ). It shows that the independent variable promotion, quality of the product  and aafter sales has influence significantly to interest in buying.

Abstract

Base lending rate is the implementation process of the management of bank funding. In banking industry which more competitive, banks are required to offer a low base lending rate. On the other hand, the banks had no motivation to maximize revenue. This study is aimed to analyze the effect of reserve requirements, deposit interest rates, third party funds and cost of loanable funds to the base lending rate.            The samples used in this study are 14 private national banks and state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. The method of this research is using multiple regression model with IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program to analyze the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable.            The result shows that the deposit interest rate and the cost of the loanable funds have positive and significant effect to the base lending rate. However, reserve requirements and third party funds does not affect to base lending rate. These results proved that high interest rates on time deposits are the bank's strategy to increase market share of time deposits which is bank's largest sources of funding and the component that has the biggest influence on BLR is COLF amounted to 33.79% of the components that form BLR.

Abstract

Du Cafe has decreased sales which can affect the customer loyalty of cafe. Every cafe or restaurant is required to have a different concept so it must have experiential marketing and perceived value, whose main purpose is to influence consumer satisfaction. Building customer satisfaction that will affect on consumer loyalty, so that later will have an impact on sales increase, and can maximize market share in accordance with company expectation.The purpose of this study to analyze experiential marketing and perceived value on customer satisfaction and the impact on customer loyalty. The population of the study was all consumers who had ever done purchase transaction on Du Cafe product at least more than once, where respondents are Semarang people. The samples in this study were 125 respondents. The method of collecting data through questionnaires. This study uses analytical techniques of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22.0 as the analysis instrument.The result show that the experiential marketing has positively and significantly significant   effected   customer   satisfaction,   perceived   value   has   positively   and significantly significant effected customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has positively and significantly effected customer loyalty, experiential marketing has not significantly effected customer loyalty, and perceived value has positively and significantly significant effected customer loyalty.

Abstract

Increasingly complex and intense competition in the service industries has forced top managers to seek the most appropriate strategies to win the competition. One of the strategies to achieve success in the service industry,is the applicationof the equity compensation plays an important role in the empowerment of human resources, because in the service industry, human resources potential spearheading the company's success. So far, research on equity compensation is still minimal, for that is the need for research that addresses fairness in compensation as the main topic.Research "Analysis of the Implementation of Justice Compensation in PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch in Central Java" make PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch in Central Java as an object of study the implementation of justice compensation. PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) is used as a research object because it already has offices spread throughout Indonesia which is an SOEs but shaped Persero who have rights and obligations as the other than as a government company also has rights and obligations as the company in general so, it can be used as one example of the fairness compensation or view that is currently happening in Indonesia.The study aims to analyze and determine the extent to which the implementation  ofequity compensation applied by the company and how the company justice. Research "Analysis of the Implementation of Justice Compensation in PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch in Central Java" made against employees of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Central Java using the case study method. The data used in this study is documentation of data company, literature data and interview data. Type of study is a qualitative research. The sampling is done by purposive is based on the criteria of field work, position level and years of service. Data analysis is done by using data reduction taking into account the validity of the data that has been obtained. Subjects in the study "Analysis of the Implementation of Justice Compensation in PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch in Central Java" is an employee of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Central Java which is considered to with the criteria of field work,level position and the work period corresponden to research objectives.

Abstract

Culinary businesses are keep  booming and growing nowadays, which causing a tighter  competition between all culinary businesses’ owners. The main purpose of this research is  to get to know if there’s any impact of product quality, service quality  and customer value on customer repurchase intention at Blends Pasta & Chocolate Unika Semarang with customer satisfaction as the intervening variable.A total  sample of 100 respondents are taken by purposive sampling technique and all obtained from Blends Pasta & Chocolate’s Unika Semarang customers who purchased at least 2 times before. All data are collected from both  opened and closed questions on questioner’s answer. The method for analyzing data is using  double regression method on SPSS 21 version.The result from data analysis  showed that product quality, service quality, and customer value variables have all positive and significant impact toward customer satisfaction  with  coefficient regression Y1=0,354X1 + 0,276X2 + 0,275X3. Meanwhile costumer satisfaction’s variable has positive and significant impacts toward customer repurchase intention variable with coefficient regression Y2 = 0,747Y1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence perceptiont of price, perceptiont of quality product, and promotion of the buying decision on Suzuki motorcycle in Solo. And this research also aims to analyze the most dominant factors that influence on buying decisions of Suzuki Motorcyle in Solo.The population used in this study is consumers of Suzuki motorcycle around Solo. The sample in this study are 100 respondents and the technique used is non-probability samplingtechnique with the approach of purposive sampling.From the analysis result, the indicators in this study are valid and reliables. The most dominant  factor  that  influence  on  purchase  decisions  are  promotion,  then  the  perceptiont  ofproduct quality, and the last is perceptiont of price. Then though the F Test can be seen that theindependent variables feasible to test the of the dependent variable success product. The result ofAdjusted  R  Square  is  0,439,  it  means  that  independen  variable  can  explain  about  43,9% of dependen variable

Abstract

 This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the profitability of Islamic insurance companies in Indonesia. This study used firm size, volume of capital, asset tangibility, premium growth, and liquidity as independent variables and return on assets as the dependent variable.The number of samples in this research were 24 Islamic insurance companies that were determined by purposive sampling method. This study used secondary data from the financial statements of sharia insurance companies registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2014-2017. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis where previously performed classical assumption that includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test.The results of this research showed that firm size and volume of capital have a positive and significant effect on return on assets. Tangibility assets have a negative and significant effect on return on assets. Premium growth and liquidity have a positive and insignificant effect on return on assets.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects arising from the Service Quality and Store Atmosphere on Consumer Satisfaction and its influence on Consumer Loyalty from consumer of Salwa House cafe. The variables used in this study is Service Quality and Store Atmosphere as an independent variable, then the Consumer Satisfaction as an intervening variable and Consumer Loyalty as the dependent variable.The samples in this study is consumers of Salwa House cafe with some 104 people by using Non-Probability Sampling techniques. In this study developed a theoretical model to propose three hypotheses to be tested using analysis tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through a program AMOS 21.0. Based on the research of data processing SEM for full model has met the criteria of goodness of fit as follows, the value of chi-square = 66,232; probability = 0,062; RMSEA = 0,056; CMIN/DF = 1,325; GFI = 0,913; TLI = 0,980; CFI = 0,985; NFI = 0,941; and a marginal criteria which is AGFI = 0,864.With the result of goodness of fit criteria that it can be said this model is feasible to be used. The result of sem analysis showed that the variable of Service Quality and Store Atmosphere had positive influences on Consumer Satisfaction with an equation KK=0.405KL + 0.472SA + z1. And Consumer Satisfaction had positive influences on Consumer Loyalty with an equation LK = 0.847KK + z2. And than the results of hypothesis testing showed that the Customer Loyalty can be improved by increasing Service Quality and Store Atmosphere affect the Customer Satisfaction as a determinant of success increase Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Tegal Regency’s Metal Industry is one of the oldest metal industries in Indonesia. This industry began in Dutch colonial era, to meet the demand for equipment & spare part for sugar factory, rail way, shipping and textile factories. Metal Industries in Tegal Regency continues to grow until now, but few years back this industries experience decline, this is due to the difficulty to obtain raw materials and a lot of abroad products that enter Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship between entrepreneur orientation, human resource competencies, innovation and supplier resource capabilities to competitive advantage of metal industries in Tegal Regency.Using questionnaire to metal Industry owner in Tegal Regency and regression analysis, these four variables (entrepreneur orientation, human resource competencies, innovation and supplier resource capabilities) were tested whether they had an influence on competitive advantage, and how much influence they had.The results showed that the variables of entrepreneur orientation, human resource competency, innovation, and supplier resource capability affect the competitive advantage of metal industry in Tegal Regency either partially or simultaneously. However, only three have significant affect, namely supplier resource capability, human resource competence and innovation.

Abstract

This study examine the factors that affect probability stock hitting the limit. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the beta, book to market value, firm size, and trading volume activity against the probability of stock hit limit on company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used is maximum likelihood, logit regression, and hypothesis testing using nagelkerke R square. The result are (1) beta has negative significant impact to probability stock hit up limit, but it has no significant impact to probability stock hit down limit. (2) book to market value has negative significant impact to probability stock hit up limit, but it has no significant impact to probability stock hit down limit. (3) firm size has negative signifikan impact both on probability stock hit up limit and down limit. (4) trading volume activity has positive significant impact to probability stock hit up limit but it has no significant impact to probability stock hit down limit.
