Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of brand image, product, price, and promotion to purchasing decision study case on consumer of Bandeng Juwana Elrina. This study used four independent  variables  are  brand image,  product,  price,  and  promotion.  purchasing  decision variable as a dependent. Simple random sampling method is used for this research. Sample were collected from 100 respondents who ever had experienced to buy in Bandeng Juwana Elrina. Multiple regression analysis is used for this study. The results showed that brand image, product, price, and promotion have positive and significant effect to purchase decision.

Abstract

Company in retaining customers need to increase loyalty by means of customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. To analyze the strategy the aim of this study to know the relationship of continuity marketing (X1), one to one marketing (X2), partnering program (X3), to customer loyalty (Y2), with customer satisfaction intervention (Y1). Sampling method using purposive sampling with technique of non-probability sampling at PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI), with the number of samples taken 182 customers who have used TIKI services.Based on the results of this research that continuity marketing (X1) and one to one marketing (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty (Y2), with customer satisfaction intervention (Y1). Meanwhile, partnering program (X3) has no effect on the customer loyalty (Y2), with customer satisfaction intervention (Y1).

Abstract

Implementation of mass transportation is good and decent for the community to deal with theproblem of urban transportation is by giving good service as the service more secure, convenient reliable, fast, and efficient. This study aimed to analyze whether the service quality and perceived value effect on passenger satisfaction BRT Trans Semarang.The sample in this study were 122 respondents had used BRT Trans Semarang service more than twice. The analytical method used is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).The results of SEM analysis showed that the service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on perceived value, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Service quality and perceived value need to be improved to increase passenger satisfactionBRT Trans Semarang.

Abstract

Price to book value is one of the variables used by investors to make investment decisions. Judging from the information value of book value per year and also the ratio of the previous year in the independent variable so that investors can determine the pace of further investment. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets to Price to Book Value by using the Dividend Payout Ratio as an intervening variable in the manufacturing industry sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period. This study uses 24 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2011-2014 as the sample. Determination of the samples was done by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is regression analysis and path analysis. Furthermore, Sobel test is used to test the strength in the interest of the indirect effect of independent variables on the dependent variable by an intervening variable. The results showed that CR has negative effect and not significant on PBV, while DER has significant positive effect on PBV. ROA has significant positive  effect on PBV and DPR has significant positive effect on the DER. Furthermore, Sobel test results show that DPR cannot mediate the effect of CR on PBV and also DPR cannot mediate the effect of DER on PBV while DPR can mediate the effect of ROA on PBV.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of profitability levels, financing levels, and efficiency levels to return on mudharabah deposit and return on equity. The proxy of profitability levels is return on asset, the proxy of financing levels is financing to deposit ratio, and the proxy of efficiency levels is operating expenses to operating income. While the dependent variable used in this research is return on mudharabah deposit and return on equity.This study used secondary data with entire population of Islamic banks listed in the Indonesia Bank (BI) in 2011-2013. The method used to determine the sample using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, regression testing prior to first tested the classical assumptions.The result of this research showed that return on asset (ROA) positive significant with return on mudharabah deposit (ROMD). Other result noted that operating expenses to operating income (BOPO) is negatively significant with return on mudharabah deposit (ROMD), while financing to deposit ratio (FDR) are did not significant with return on mudharabah deposit (ROMD). And the result of this research also showed that return on asset (ROA) affect return on equity (ROE), Operating expenses to operating income (BOPO) is negatively significant with return on equity, While financing to deposit ratio (FDR) are did not significant with return on equity (ROE). Overall it can be concluded from these results that return on asset (ROA), financing to deposit ratio (FDR), and operating expenses to operating income (BOPO) affect return on mudharabah deposito and return on equity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Service Quality Customer Satisfaction Premier Auto Detailing Semarang. The population that will be used in this study consists of customers Premier Auto Detail Semarang. In this research, sampling is done with a technique accidental. Thus meaning the sample was taken as a Premier Auto Detail Customers who happened to be found at the Office of the Premier Auto Detail, the number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents.The results showed that the physical evidence (tangibles) against direct impact on customer satisfaction, reliability (reliability) effect lansgung to customer satisfaction, responsiveness (responsiveness) directly affects customer satisfaction, assurance (assurance) directly affects customer satisfaction , empathy (empathy) directly affects customer satisfaction

Abstract

Employee performance decline at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Office of Central Java and DIY in the first semester of 2016. In addition there is a research gap on the relationship of work environment, leadership quality and work motivation on employee performanceThis study aims to determine the effect of work enviroment, quality leadership, and motivation work on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Office of Central Java and DIY. The sample inthis study is employess of PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Office Central Java and DIY that amounted to 74 people with using random sampling technique.Data tabulation in this study includes validity test, reliability test, clasiccal assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The result of this research shows that the independent variable that is work environment (0, 386) leadership quality (0.251) and work motivation (0.264) have positive and significant relation to dependent variable that is employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the efficient inventory level in this case is whole milk using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity).The object of this research is Restaurant Soto Sedeep that is located in Banyumanik-Semarang. Data obtained based on records maintained by the Soto Sedeep during the period of January to December2014. The data used in this study are: whole milk purchased during 2014, data on whole milk during 2014, ordering cost data, the data storage costs, and also the frequency of purchase. Analyses were performed using the EOQ formula, safety stock, reorder point and maximum inventory in one year.Result of this study indicate thatpolicy of whole milk asone of the raw materials at Soto Sedeep is considered less eficient.Based on EOQ calculation in this study, it is found that as much as 4,074,7 liters whole milk should be ordered in order to have efficient optimum inventor. By applying EOQ, the Soto Sedeep could save about Rp. 10.712,100 of inventory cost over a year period.

Abstract

Loan Loss Provision (CKPN) is important in the banking because CKPN can keep banking in remain likuid. The problems on the average CKPN in commercial banks during the 2010-2014 periode, CKPN value is always decreasing, but not in accordance with the provisions stipulated by Bank Indonesia. This study aimed to examine the effect of the Non-performing Loan, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Size and Return On Asset against the Allowance for Impairment Loss Loan Provision Conventional Bank Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchangeperiod 2010-2014 so we can know why the CKPN value can not accordance with the provisions stipulated by Bank Indonesia.            The sampling technique that used in this research is purposive sampling method. The total sample in this research is 21 conventional bank. The analysis used multiple regression. The results of this study found that  NPL, CAR and ROA has significant and positive impact on CKPN, while the Size variable have no significant positive effect on CKPN and LDR have no significant negative effect on CKPN. Additionally obtained adjusted R -square value of 54.5 %. This means that for 45.5 % explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Credit is the main activity and used to be the largest source of income for the Conventional Commercial Bank, so it requires more attention for the crediting activity when considering that any banking activity is always exposed to various risks. Even though the bank's management has made various efforts to control the lending process, the banks potentially exposed by credit risk. This study aimed to examine the effect of CAR, ROA, ROA, LDR, Credit Growth and Credit Quality to the Non-Performing Loan (NPL). This study used a population of 120 commercial banks in Indonesia on period 2013-2015. Based on purposive sampling, obtained a sample of 12 bank which has NPL ratio above 5% for at least three quarters in the study period. The analytical method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on test results, LDR and Credit Growth showed a negative relationship with Non-Performing Loan (NPL), but these variables have no significant effect on Non-Performing Loan (NPL), while CAR, ROA and BOPO have negative significant  effect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL). Credit quality with proxied by Loan Loss Provision (LLP)  ratio has significant positive effect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL).
