Abstract

The global Islamic finance industry has demonstrated its ability to withstand the crisis for the values of the Islamic finance industry has prepared itself from speculations. On the other hand, there is support for the Indonesian government to develop sharia economic system since the majority of the Indonesian people embrace the religion of Islam. Islamic banking system, which prohibits a transaction of interest (riba/usury,) has become the investment solutions as well as the funding needs for both Muslims and non-Muslims. However, the community needs for banking products in accordance with sharia cannot be fulfilled properly because of Islamic banking has been made conventional interest rate as an indirect reference to determine the level of revenue sharing.This study analyzed the effect of liquidity associated with liquidity and the profit margin on revenue for the Bank’s results on transactions Musharaka financing moderated by JIBOR (Jakarta Interbank Offered) on Islamic Banks in Indonesia from 2010 to 2014. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method to 7 Islamic Banks which has total assets of more than 1 trillion rupiah. Secondary data were obtained from Bank Indonesia and web publications related bank. The analysis was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The results of this study indicate that the liquidity and margins with a significant and positive direction results on transactions Musharaka financing, the interest rates JIBOR moderated with a negative but not significant relationship between the liquidity on transactions Musharaka financing, the interest rates JIBOR moderated with a positive and significant relationship between the margins on transactions Musharaka financing.

Abstract

In this modern era, the need for technology, information and communication is growing rapidly. As the need grow greater, service providers are required to present a service that can follow the development of technology but in accordance with the needs and accepted by the society. Telecomunication and Network companies in Indonesia offer  many attractive products and with various benefits as a form of competition. As one of telekomunication company in indonesia, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Persero) or Telkom, presents their innovative product called Indihome Triple Play. This product combine three services in one product, that  consist of High Speed Internet on Fiber, Phone, dan Interactive TV. This research aimed to analyze the effect of Customer Value Anticipation and Marketing Communication on Intention to Adopt.The sample in this study is 130 respondents of Indihome Triple Play customers, using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) The results of this study indicate that Customer Value Anticipation and Marketing Communication have positive and significant influence on Product Innovativeness (as intervening variable), and Product Innovativeness has positive and significant effect on Intention to Adopt.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze on four 4 assessments: 1. Effect of the perception on employee safety behaviour, 2. Effect of demeanour on employee safety behaviour 3. Effect of knowledge on employee safety behaviour, 4. Effect of workplace on employee safety behaviour.This research has been done with techniques like taking random samples with considerations on the population that is quite huge, because it wasn’t possible for the researcher to cover the whole present population, so a representative was formed. Samples in this research are only a part of the whole employee PT. MuliaGlass Container.The result show that test F where the value of significance is 0,000, the coefficient of determination on satisfaction which is shown by r-square is 0,561 that means the customer satisfaction is 56,1% affected by variable of quality of service, price & promotion. Whereas, the rest of the 43,9% is affected because of other variables which were not checked thoroughly by researchers.the factors which not influence safety behaviour was knowledge employee. The result proved the factors which influence safety behaviour were perception, demenour, and workplace.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style and job satisfaction towards organizational commitment at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Semarang.The sampling method used on this research is proportional random sampling. Samples were collected from 70 respondents who are employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Semarang. Analysis method used here is multiple regression analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test.The result showed that organizational culture, transformational leadership style had no effect on organizational commitment. While job satisfaction is the only variable that has significant influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Njonja Meneer company pointed out that the organization is already doingapplication coaching, training and development, empowerment and participation in theorganizational practices. But in applying coaching and empowerment of the variable isstill not carried out optimally. This is apparent from the results of the interviews alsoshowed that employees in the performance of Njonja Meneer company is still low. Thepurpose of this study was to analyze the influence of coaching, training and development,empowerment and participation on employee performance in PT. Njonja Meneer.The sample used in the study were sixty people. Data analysis method used ismultiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 21. Sampling in this study based onterms the respondents established earlier that all employees and managers of high levelfrom all fields who have worked at least six months and have experienced the process oftraining development, and has been involved (participating) in decision making in NjonjaMeneer company.The results show that the coaching, training and development, empowerment andparticipation affect the performance of employees above fifty percent. From the results ofthe regression analysis training and development have the greatest influence on employeeperformance. That means training and development at Njonja Meneer company alreadydone well and have the most impact on employee performance than coaching,empowerment, and participation. While the smallest variable that affects employeeperformance is empowerment and coaching.

Abstract

Transfering the knowledge to a family enterprise is crucial to the survival of a family enterprise. This study aims to see the process of knowledge transfer that occurs in the family  company  that  is  seen  from  the  dimension  of  leadership  value  transfer  and leadership knowledge transfer.In this study, the method that is used here is a qualitative method which uses an interview approach, documentation, and case studies for collecting the data. This reaserch was conducted in arya mas family company that is located in salatiga city.The result of this study indicate that the transfer of knowledge that occurs in arya masfamili company does not occur perfectly, the transfer of knowledge that occurs in the family company only in the aspects of competence, capability, technical, and operational

Abstract

This study aims to analyze  the influence of price perception, promotion, and distribution to the purchase decision of Coca-Cola. Where the independent variables are price perception, promotion, and distribution affect the purchase decision as the dependent variable. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires and implemented to 100 consumer of  Coca-Cola as the study sample. Data analysis methods used are quantitative analyzes, the test reliability and validity, the classical assumption test, t test and F test, coefficient of determination as well as multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, showed that: price perception have positive and significant impact as well as having the greatest influence on purchase decisions, promotion have positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, distribution have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. The results of analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 33,4% variable purchase decision can be explained by variations of the variables price perception, promotion, and distribution, while 66,6% explained by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of team work and organizational culture on performance of nurses (Studies in the General Hospital of Sunan Kalijaga Demak).        Variables (Independent) of this research is teamwork (X1) and organizational culture (X2). While the Bound Variable (Dependent) in this study was the performance of nurses denoted Y. The population in this study were nurses civil servants who work in hospitals LOVE consisting of 162 people, 162 nurses were then selected by criteria have been working for 2 years and a nurse who was PNS, so we get a sample of 98. the data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire using Likert scale with interval 1-5. The analytical method used to test data quality, classic assumption test and test hypotheses with SPSS version 20.0.        The hypothesis of this study is H1 = Teamwork positive effect on performance, H2 = Organizational culture positive effect on performance. The analysis showed that the organizational culture of team work and positive influence on the performance of nurses. The results of the simultaneous test obtained F value of 7.883, the significant difference between the team work (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on the performance of nurses (Y) and vice versa. The results of hypothesis testing variables have the team work t count equal to 3.117 with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05. Thus H1 accepted, so it can be said that team work and significant positive effect on the performance of nurses. Hypothesis test results have organizational culture variable t count equal to 2,165 with significance level of 0.033 <0.05. Thus H2 is accepted, it may be said that the organizational culture positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses.

Abstract

The problem of this study is the number of user-level services at DHL Global Forwarding Semarang Branch which tend to decrease from year to year. It is influenced by the intense competition in the business of freight forwarders. This study aims to examine and analyze how the influence of brand image, quality of service, and the promotion of the use of decision DHL Global Forwarding services and to identify and analyze the most dominant factor affecting the use of the decision. This study tested the brand image (X1), Quality of Service (X2), and Promotion (X3) which affects the purchasing decision (Y)The  population  in  this  study  is  the  consumer  service  users  DHL  Global Forwarding. Samples were taken of 100 respondents, the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling technique. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis is multiple regression analysis. From the analysis, obtained the following results:Y = 0.169 X1 + 0.405 X2  + 0.339 X3Where all the independent variables have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions (Y). Adjusted R Square value is 0,504. It can be concluded that the ability variable brand image, quality of service and promotion in explaining variation in the dependent variable is the purchase decision of 50.4% and the remaining 49.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze further the effect of transformational leadership style, employee motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. In this study, the researcher uses of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture as an independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Methods of data collection in the research that is used is a questionnaire with a sample of 57 permanent employees of PT. BPR Arta Utama Pekalongan (consisting of a central office and four branch offices), in which the research is using a sample of census or using the entire population of employees of PT. BPR Arta Utama. Methods of data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the multiple linear regression that is performed to produce transformational leadership style, it has a positive and significant impacts on employee performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and organizational culture do not affect the performance of employee.
