Abstract

Abstract Physical education in schools is of significant importance to education as a whole. The existence of physical education in schools not only improve health and physical fitness, but also provide experience in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor for children. To achieve the successful teaching of physical education in schools, there are other factors, including: teachers, students, facilities and infrastructure and curriculum. One way to achieve the goal of teaching physical pendidilan is to implement a method that readily accepted by students. One alternative to facilitate the delivery of content from teacher to students is to use learning methods are easy to understand olegh students. Learning methods are given to the students are expected to achieve the goals in physical education and is also expected students can obtain easiness in learning because the main emphasis in this method is to create an atmosphere of joy and delight at the elementary school students and encourages students to participate , creative and communicative.      The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in learning the technique of passing a volleyball game play approach. The research location in SDN Dukuh Kupang IV/491 Surabaya. The subjects consisted of 38 students of SDN Dukuh  Kupang IV/491 Surabaya. Of the increase and the procedures that have been performed, the learning model used is the approach play.         From the results of this study in order to obtain a description of the learning process more effective and provide optimistic results, al for students, it needs to be delivered is at the time of applying the model of learning through play approach teacher should prepare well before implementing that learning to maximize learning out comes and teachers always creates a fun learning environment so as to eliminate boredom in a student       Keywords : passing down, play approach

Abstract

Abstract Sport is something that is closed related to human’s life physically and spiritually. Physical education is a part of education which totally puts the physical activity and heath life pattern in the priority for the physical, mental and emotional growth and development. This research aims to find out if there is a difference of Pyhsical Fitness degree of students who join “Pencak Silat” extracurricular and those who do not. The sample is taken by using random sampling and purposive sampling method. It is a sample collection technique in which the characteristics have been recognized before based on the population features or characteristics. This research is comparative research. It is a research which compares a group of sample with another group of sample based on the certain variables or measurements. The populations in this research are the seventh grade and the eighth grade students of Junior High School Bahrul Ulum Surabaya. Indonesia Test Of Pyhsical Fitnes (TKJI) is used to collect data. Based on the research result, it is known that on average the students who join “Pencak Silat” extracurricular amounts 14.76 with the deviation standard 1,964. On the other hand, the students who do not join “Pencak Silat” amounts 14,32 on average with the deviation standard 2,322 . By doing calculation using Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) for windows evaluation 20, the t–test analysis obtained is thitung(0,723) <ttabel(2,0105). In other words, there is no difference. Therefore, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. It can be concluded that there is no difference of body fitness degree of students who join “Pencak Silat” extracurricular and those who do not. Abstract

Abstract Physical education is the education that cannot be underestimated because it has important role for the students’ future. The quality of it shown by the learning effectiveness that can be seen from the preparation, learning realization, and the students’ activities during the learning process. Besides that, it can be observed from the result, willingness, method, and cooperation from the students’ perspective. However, that fact is that the physical education is underestimated and the students’ fail to understand the learning material. Because of the importance of physical education, a teacher has to be creative and innovative in order to create conducive and effective learning atmosphere until the learning materials become attractive, not boring, and the learning objectives can be achivied.This study aims to now how the effectiveness of the realization of physical education learning in schools. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative.The result of this study showed that effectiveness of the realization of physical education learning in schools (Study in Ponorogo state high school) belonging to good category by the students’ formative questionnaire average score of 4. The average score of the learning effectiveness based on the observation is 61,37% and can be categorized as good.Based on the whole result of this study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the realization of physical education learning in Ponorogo state high schools included is included into good category. Abstract

Abstract One factor that can affect an individual's learning outcomes, the ability of teachers to manage learning by applying the right model and make it easy for students to learn the course material, resulting in better learning. Application of the learning model is wrong or not good to make such errors will continue and if not corrected will still be learning the wrong so dangerous for students and will exacerbate the world of education. In accordance with the definition above, a matter that must be performed by a physical education teacher cooperative learning group type investigation began with the division of the group. Furthermore teachers and their students choose a particular matter with the problems that can be developed from the topics. After the subject agreed with the problem, learners and teachers to determine the research methods developed to solve the problem is a learning model that is currently widely used to make learning student-centered teaching (student oriented), mainly to overcome the problems, especially basketball. The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the effect of the application of learning models Investigation Group to study the basketball chest pass to junior high school students N 2 Tekung Lumajang. (2) To find out how much influence the application of learning models Investigation Group of the basketball chest pass to junior high school students N 2 Tekung Lumajang. Objectives of this study is a class VII student SMP II Tekung and number of samples taken 54 students. In this study researchers used a type of experimental research. The results obtained no effect of the use of learning models Investigation Group of the basketball chest pass in grade VII Junior High School II Tekung the t count > t table 7.653 > 2.056. Learning Group for Investigation of learning outcomes basketball chest pass. At Junior High School students in grade VII II Tekung Lumajang an increase of 5%. It can be said that the effect of the implementation of cooperative learning model of the type of Group Investigation to the learning outcomes basketball chest pass turned out to be an impact on student learning outcomes better. Abstract

Abstract Discipline is an attitude that effort to controlling self on individual and social to develop pursuance and observance to rule and regulation based encouragement and awareness that emerge from own heart. Education is an important matter to human live, since with education human able to develop better vice versa. Government notices the important of teacher role to generation, therefore they tries to improve teacher competence by improve their prosperity through programs that they have designed, like certification program for teacher who already have PNS status. This research aim to detect the discipline rate on teacher in a matters like dressing, on time presence, on time teaching schedule, and daintiness during physical education learning process. Beside, to detect how big teacher’s discipline that already PNS and GTT on learning process at elementary school on Rambipuji District. Method that applied in this research is quantitative with comparation approach. Based research, so it can be conclude that there is no difference in the level of discipline penjaskes teachers and civil servants in terms of overall indicators GTT with a significance value of .402, but when seen by the indicator there is a difference in terms of learning activities with a significance value of .042. Abstract

Abstract Extracurricular is an education activity which is done out of the usual school hours and counseling service which aims to help the students’ development based on their needs, potential, talents. Meanwhile, there is a fact that the extracurricular activity is impeded by the low interest of the students to participate. Based on that fact, the amount of participants in basketball,  volleyball and football extracurricular in Vocational High School 1 Slahung Ponorogo is on the wane. This shows that the students’ interest in extracurricular activities in Vocational High School 1 Slahung Ponorogo is low. This research aimed to investigate what factors which cause the low interest of the students in extracurricular physical activities in Vocational High School 1 Slahung Ponorogo and also to investigate the dominant factors which cause it. The research design used was descriptive qualitative and then analyzed by using regression analysis. The result of this research showed that the factors which cause the low interest of the students in extracurricular physical activities in Vocational High School 1 Slahung Ponorogo were the aspect of feeling which has the coefficient of 0,345, 0,134 for the physical condition, 0,119 for the students’ interest to choose the other activities, 0,145 for family, 0,149 for the instructor of extracurricular activities, 0,189 for the facilities and infrastructures, 0,110 for friends, 0,165 for geographical condition, and also transportations with the coefficient of  0,158. The dominant factors which caused the low interest of the students in extracurricular physical activities in Vocational High School 1 Slahung Ponorogo generally were feeling aspect  which has the coefficient of 0,345, the facilities and infrastructures aspect with the coefficient of 0,189, and also geographical condition with the coefficient of 0,165. In conclusion, the factors which cause the low interest of the students in extracurricular physical activities in Vocational High School 1 Slahung Ponorogo consist of feeling aspect, physical condition, the students’ interest to choose other activities, parents, the teacher/instructor of extracurricular activities, facilities and infrastructure aspect, friends, geographical condition, and transportations. Whereas the dominant factors generally are feeling aspect, facilities and infrastructure aspect, and geographical condition. Keywords : interest, students, sports extracurricular activities

Abstract

Abstract An abstranct Physical education is a process of education through physical activity and also a process of education to increase physical capabilities. To achieve the possible best  goal of motion activity, the new methods to support the achievement of the activity is needed. Modification of learning materials of  the long jump with a squat-style using cardboard media to enhance student learning outcomes is a way to develop learning with media. Nowdays in the long jump learning, physical education teachers are still using the method of  common standard learning, so in the result, the learning process is still substandard and there is no modification of learning method in these games, as well as the less of enrichment of the motion so that the students have less sense of fun and joy. In order to make students enjoy and interest to join the physical lesson, physical education teachers are expected to create kinds clever variation or modifications of learning, especially in the long jump squat style. Research target are students of SMP Negeri 4 Bojonegoro grade VII and number of samples taken 2 Class by 60 students who were divided into 2 groups: experimental group and control group, each group consists of 30 students . The method in this analysis using two differen samples of t test are , while the data retrieval process is done using the long jump test style squat with a jump distance assessment guidelines. The results of analysis of two differen sample (Paired Sample t Test), namely: the experimental group and control group obtained the value t count = 1,96905and the calculation of the table t (0.05; 29) = 1,699).because since-t count > t table-is 1,96905 > 1,699. In other word as the result, there is effect of the influence of learning modification with cardboard media to the study result of the long jump squat style class VII SMP Negeri 4 Bojonegoro.From the modification of cardboard media can infolve the students’ studying result as 11,38%. Abstract

Abstract Education is conscious effort and plan to create an atmosphere of learning and the process of learning so that learners are actively developing potential for her to have a religious, spiritual power of self-control, personality, intelligence, morals, as well as the necessary skills themselves, society and nation. By learning use the model of cooperative type TGT expected to increase the motivation of learning. This research aimed at described the application of a model of learning cooperative type tgt against motivation learn a student X SMAN 1 Panggul Kabupaten Trenggalek in learning bolavoli. This is the kind of research Quasi Experimental Design. Method of collecting data uses the method poll and observation. The population of research is all the students class X SMAN 1 Panggul Kabupaten Trenggalek the academic year 2012 / 2013. Based on the learning to use uji-t one party can be inferred that the average study result of the students experiment higher class than a student control. Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this study are (1) to find whether the application of CTL method gives an influence on the result of studying physical education or not (2) to find how far the application of CTL method can give an influence on the result of the study after studying physical education. The object of this study are the eighth graders of Junior High School 1 Rengel Tuban for about 63 students. This study is conducted in the form of experimental research. While to collect data, the researcher conducted a test by asking the students to dribble a ball then take the results of pre-test and post-test. The result of this study can be concluded as follows: (1) whether the application of CTL method gives an influence on the result of studying physical education or not. The result of the calculation is collected by using Uji-T, it is found that the result of the t-hitung is 7,92, by making a correlation using taraf α=5% and N=63, it is found that the results of T-tabel is 2,000. From the analysis, it is found that T-hitung>T-tabel is 7,92>2,000. (2) the application of CTL method can increase the result of the study for about 15%. Based on the analysis, the hypothesis that says “there is a significant difference on the result of the study of physical education after the application of CTL method” can be accepted. It means that the CTL method can be an effective way to be applied in studying physical education because it can gives a significant difference in the result of the study of physical education for the eighth graders of Junior High School 1 Rengel Tuban. Abstract

Abstract In the School Based Curriculum, each school has discretion in formulating and implementing a school curriculum based on the needs and characteristics of the schools and their respective regions. Accordingly, this study tries to find out how the process of drafting and implementation of SBC in particular adjustment seven scope of physical education in SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya. Through qualitative research methods descriptive study describes the implementation of the seven scope of physical education . Then, through this study is expected to provide information for human education, especially focusing on physical education about SBC and adjustments of seven scope of physical education. In conclusion, in SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya in accordance with the guidelines of the National Education Standards Agency 2006 (BSNP), whereas adjustment of seven scope of physical education  done through meetings with the benchmark situation and the condition of school facilities and infrastructure which SMKN 8 Surabaya is a tourism group  vocational school and the needs of learners where the majority of learners are female. Overall percentage of the seven scope of physical education in SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya is the scope of sports and games is 17.56 %, the scope of physical development activities is 14.86 %, the scope of gymnastics activity is 16.21%, the scope of rhythmic activity is 16.21%, the scope of  aquatic activity is 14.86%, the scope of outdoor education is  6.75%, and the scope of health is 13.51%.
